The coats were exactly as pictured and arrived in brand new condition in a timely manner. Ordering online was a simple process and there was a wide variety of clothes.
The cute shoes I received was a size too big. I asked for an exchange and/or refund, but was informed that "don't do exchanges" and will only refund 15% of charge. AND I would have to pay for shipping back to China@ $33! Since the shoes were less than $30, I opted to give them away rather than return them.

Can't wait to receive my new boho-chic wardrobe. So gorgeous.
The shirt should have fit, or even been too big in the chest, but it was so tight I couldn't even button it. It was extremely long, and the sleeves were about 8 inches too long. It was a horrible fit, and I'm afraid to order anything else from them. Rather than send it back and go thru a hassle, I just donated it to a Salvation Army Thrift store. I was VERY disappointed in it.

I needed help but you called on my house phone and I can't punch in a number that way. At first I had a 10% off, but that disappeared when I had to start over. It was an extremely frustrating experience for this 75 yo lady.
I like the magnification option. But the colors were not sometimes exactly the same as the product that came.
All items ran small, materials in clothing nothing as expected. None of the cloths seem to hang right.

I wear a large so ordered large. Items were at least XXL. One was wrong color. Material was awful, one top looked like a tent. Won't be ordering again. Not sending back as not spending more money on this poor quality merchandise. Throwing away.

The computer part was quick, now let's see how fast the shipping is.
Returns go to China. Purchaser pays. Also restocking. No phone #. I requested return instructions but never got them. My wife said the blouse cloth is too scratchy. The refund time has expired, 30 days. Probably wouldn't have amounted to much after return trip to China. Lots of scam reviews. Zolucky charges show up on CC statement as Chic V UK. They get lots of bad reviews also. The picture on line of the blouse looks really Hot! The one we got was Not!

Everything I received was the same quality as if I would have ordered through Wish. Clothes too small, bad stitching, off fit... overall, bad, bad quality. To top it off, I can't return anything. Everything says final sale. Never again.
