Many items had no review and others looked phony. How many times does the entire population use the word pleasant to describe the fit color or feel of a clothing item? Not nearly as often as the 4 different reviews I saw. Many of the items had limited photo views and NO reviews. I am hoping that when my order comes, it isn't junk like half of the items I ordered from Zulily recently.
The pants were exactly as advertised and arrived very quickly, nothing happened, I looked for the clothes easily and they were available in the required size on this website.

Ordering was easy and quick, BUT I would not quality what I received as quality products. The shoes were Not what was represented online. At all. And I am a true size 7 shoe, no more, no less. These are very large, probably at least a solid size 7 and not even close to the same color featured. One of the shirts looks like... I don't know, just junk. I tried to bleach it to be a more tone down color yellow, no dice, will not even bleach. Not sure I will ever wear it. I read the reviews and ordered anyway, so it is on me. READ THIS!

Based on my first ordre, it's difficult to tell if an item will fit properly. Some Mediums fit, some were too large, some Large were way to large, and I needed a medium. Charts are not accurate.

I was looking for a pair of pants that are squat proof. Website with too many options, I asked for help online. They gave me 3 options and I chose 1. I love them.
I was searching for some unique gifts for family and friends. I found what I wanted-some very unique items for really good prices. The quality was better than expected.
My first order I ordered my usual size 2x. Everything was too small so I ordered 3x and they are still too small. Since you can't return them or get full credit I gave up.
I have been dealing with Zolucky several wéeks now about bad orders. They told me to remove bad review and they would process full refunds. NOW that I did it they won't respond to any of my emails. Their sizing charts are NOT correct and their ads are not what they send you. They are dishonest.

I have been waiting patiently for Zolucky to respond to my faulty items I ordered. And I am getting the run around and am tired of it. They take your money and send you junk. Items NOT even like ordered, unfinished hems and sleeve, shirt that wouldn't fit a baby and you ordered from their charts.
I've asked for a mailing label to return ONE dress - asked the day after receiving the dresses and still no response.
The ordering process was easy, but the rest of my experience with Zolucky was awful. The clothing that I ordered was not good quality and one of the items was not at all as pictured. Beware you can not return the products, because they have to be sent to China and the cost is prohibitive. The company offers a 15% refund, which in my case amounted to $4 and some change. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

If I had known the clothes were coming from China I never would have ordered them. Everything was too small. I ordered my usual XL and they were skin tight. When I tried to return them I was told they had to ship back to China at my expense which turned out to cost almost as much as my original order! Although they offered to let me keep them if I would accept a 25% credit, I still lost money and have clothes that I can't wear. Will not order again.
Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
