Do not order from them. They are scammers. The products are substandard in material and inaccurate website. They also sell out of items that you have ordered and do not tell you and will not refund your money for the items. They also create a shipping label the minute your order to make sure you cannot return the items even though they do not ship it our for at least 15 days which is the time you have to return the items.
There is no way to contact them and no information on where to return your items. BUYER BEWARE.
It's easy to find items at good prices but the items I ordered in my usual size were ALL too big. I'd actually go a size down. Return process is kind of annoying. I had the choice to return my items (which would take a lot of $ to ship back) or take a 15% refund price (which was very small). Delivery took forever and the site's pictures in my opinion, were very misleading. Looks nice on the site but once my items were delivered and I tried them on the fabric was stiff and pretty heavy when wearing. I was excited to shop the site but it was a huge disappointment. Won't be reordering from them.
I found myself on this site for hours trying to decide what I would pick! Found a Christmas present as well. My only complaint is that for MANY of the items I was choosing from had the same item code. Made searching for items a bit complicated/frustrating lol
I ordered 3 tops and a pair of shoes from Zolucky. The order process was OK as was the delivery time. I was disappointed in the fabric of two of the shirts but decided to keep them. The shoes fit and are comfortable. The sweatshirt was too small and I wanted to return it. I soon learned that I had to pay to return it to CHINA! It was shipped from California. Zolucky offered me a 50% refund if I just kept the item. I decided to do that because of the cost of shipping it to China.
I'll be interested to see how long it takes to get my refund. Anybody in need of a size medium sweatshirt with a giraffe on it?

One of the items was marked small (which was what ordered) but it much closer to being a large. Disappointing.

This website is great. Excellent customer service, someone always responded to me in a timely manner. I tried to buy a simple dress with a good discount, it arrived on time, it is very beautiful, I will definitely order more and recommend it to my friends.
Ordered to top and go the first on and it fit. Received the second, the same size and did not fit. Returned it after much hassle and still have not received the credit back. Will not order from this company again!

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.
For return, refund will be issued after your return parcel is well received. Could you please find the tracking number for the return parcel? You can get it from the shipping courier you used to send back the parcel.

Easy to order! It did take some time in getting to me.
I will be returning the item as the colors were not as vibrant as shown as time of ordering. Very disappointed.
