Everytime I went to my acct page, there is no return button. I can't get any help.
It is very difficult to place an order. You cannot narrow down your searches for items. Also, the system is always requesting me to complete an order even if I have done so already. I just hope I am not charged more than once for my items.

Fast delivery! The t-shirts were very good, their print is very good and the quality is more than I expected. I will buy online again soon.
They only give you 15 days to return. You have to get the return approved before they will send you a label. I ordered 5 items and can't wear any of them. None of the sizes are near what they state and quality is crap. I can't imagine the models in their pictures are wearing the exact same items. Never again!

I purchase two items and those are totally different fabrics and colors from the images on Web. I requested a refund but they asked me to send items back to China with the shipping cost paid by me as below from the company customer center email:
"Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.
Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund 【for the item(s) in question as compensation】 instead of returning the item(s).
If you still want to return the package, you should email us for a return label as soon as possible."

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
