Be really, really sure you want whatever you order from Zolucky. Here's the email correspondance regarding a blouse that arrived with a raw, unsewn edge around the neck:

I know your return policy says that I have to pay for return shipping so you can consider a refund or replacement, BUT this item should never have been shipped since it is fundamentally flawed. I've attached two photos of the blouse so you can see that the neck edge is completely unhemmed.
I believe that the most appropriate response would be for you to send me a replacement blouse [size large] and a return label with postage. I'll be glad to return the flawed blouse I received if you can replace it and send me the postage.

MUCH different. 2) They DON'T tell you item will ship from China. 3) promised $6.99 shipping and 50% off coupon for email, gave me $15 then IMMEDIATLY took it back in "shipping and handling" charges. 4) Originally offered me 15% ($6.00) but fortunately I used pay pal and got 50% back LESS SHIPPING and I got to keep an item that I can get at the 99 cent store for about $10.00 that wound up costing me $25. But from what I see here, I made out pretty good.

When I received goods the quality and the colors were not good. I returned them paying a fortune to send the to China, yes, never thought it was there….
The company never bothered to pay at customs to collect it in China so I never got my money back.

The language for making order was Italian, to return them English and I am Spanish. Lucky me I speak English to defend myself from cheaters.

I love browsing through the website... I know by experience the sizes are off... always too big... a bit of a gamble, but I took another chance!
So much colours to choose from... I love all the prints!
I saw many interesting items on the Zolucky website and decided to place an order. The delivery time frame was way pass what I was expecting! I understand that the company is based in China, but it is not acceptable to have to wait months for your items! Order was placed 8/27/21, didn't receive it until 10/12/21. Way too long! Ordered 4 pairs of earrings and 2 shirts. 2 of the 4 earrings were not as described!(poor quality, different material used from what was pictured on the website. Size charts for the shirts are also incorrect! Runs very small. Not too pleased with my order, but won't return because returning to China is very expensive. So, to close it off, some items are a hit and others are a miss! See pictures included. On right are items received, left are website photos.

I so looked forward to receiving this shirt that I ordered in plenty of time, but the one I received is so not what I ordered. I hope this reordered shirt arrives in time for the event. UPDATE:: I was the one in the wrong. It is the shirt I ordered. I just looked at a bit of the pattern and not the whole shirt. In my communications with Zolucky, they were always more than kind and understanding and helpful in trying to resolve the situation, when, in reality, there was no situation. I have apologized to them and for any misunderstanding this post offered.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
