This was my first order from Zolucky, and I am very pleased. The items I purchased are quality made items, and the prices were very good. Shipping was faster than I expected, which is good because I purchased these items for part of my daughters' Christmas presents. I hope they like then as much as I do.
So far it has been good. The product came wrapped ok.
From the beginning it was a wonderful experience. In the end, and after seeing many designs, it was reduced to two dresses. A difficult choice as everything is fabulous. So since this special dress is for a special occasion, I decided to shop online again here.
Two items were totally misrepresented by both the pictures and fabric content. I have purchased many things from zolucky and they always match their description. The wait is long so I accept that when I order. My request for return was processed quickly but the cost of returning the items far out weighed their price. I was offered a 15% discount in stead but the place to click does nothing. I won't be risking this site again.
I have never been disappointed with my purchases from Zolucky.

The fold of my new dress bought online here is very interesting and unique in its design, it is the best quality I have bought. I will ask for more.
In stock does not mean in the USA, lots of hanging threads, colors not as bright as ads, ordered oversized garments and they were too small. Will be donating or size gifting

I have been trying to return the items. They will not send me a return label. The items DON'T look like the photo.
I would like to return them for a refund. I have been try to received the label for about a week. It is very hard to return item to this company. DON'T BUY.

DO NOT be fooled with their pretty pictures. Every single item I bought was the wrong size, by at least 2-3 sizes, and some of the items were absolutely NOT what was pictured.

Was so excited for the order, but very disappointed when they arrived
I loved everything from an order in December of 2020. This order was a bust however. The green velvet advertised shirt had no velvet. A second small size shirt was HUGE. The ring was the wrong one and total junk. The other items were ok but not great. I'm not happy at all.
Enjoyed the site, but would like to see less repetition.
Very friendly customer service, the delivery of my dress was very fast and the packaging perfectly presented. If you want to treat yourself, this website is a must. Thanks for all the help.
