Zero tolerance to listen to customer issue. Solving problem? She just doesn't want to listen. And i am Zno pro plan member for past 3+ years and purchased products periodically.
I have had a Maker Plan subsription for a couple of months. Their terms & conditions say you can cancel any time with a notification period. After numerous emails and requests via web form, I simply never got a response to my cancellation request. They kept withdrawing money from my credit card account and I had to contact VISA to credit this back. The products and books they offer are nice, but prepare to being screwed if you want to cancel your plan.
The book arrived. Nice packaging and it us, as you said, a great product. I posted this to your page. I just got mine back. I was at first skeptical but the product is legit. Colors are accurate. Pages are stiff card stock but stiffer. Cover is very smooth and the texture is creamy, certainly nice touch. I'll do another using the full sweet of destgne and layout option. But rest assured, the book is legit!
The first time I ordered, they had put the wrong province, so the package bounced in the system until I called DHL to sort it out. Ok, mistakes happen. The second time I order (I placed the order before I received the first order), I asked them about putting in a border on standard prints, which the website indicated was possible. Client services said it's not possible. I had to place an order to meet a deadline, but sent a message right after saying if it is possible to put a border per website, please do. I sent them a message withe a screen shot of the website, and they were like, oops, just kidding, it's possible. So I asked them to follow through with my request, and they responded they can't change an order. Poor customer service. Not making the mistake of ordering from them again.
I am so in love with our wedding album. Not only is it stunning and great quality, but I literally just ordered it on Aug 30th around 4 pm and it was at my door on Sep 3rd 3 pm. So exciting! Pricey, but you get what you pay for. I bought the leather/crystal cover.
Worst and unprofessional printing and costumer service I experienced! I ordered my wedding album through ZNO, Uploaded high resolution - top quality photos, and I received a totally different album - with low quality blurry and off color photos. When contacting them they said the original photos I uploaded are the problem. Showing them proof of their mistake did not help and they won't refund me.
I was really nervous to order because theres definitely some not so great reviews, HOWEVER! I ordered 2 glass front wedding albums and got a 50% off coupon which was AMAZING!
The leather and inside quality was absolutely incredible! The photo on the outside looked a little off-colour I think maybe from the glass? Anyways, I still loved them so much and got 50% that I didnt feel it was necessary to contact them.
About 4 months later my husband suggested I contact them and instantly they were like, no problem, we'll ship out 2 new ones asap and they did!
The new ones arrived and they were the same so they suggested I choose another style and send out ANOTHER 2 pairs totally free and so fast!
Over the top superb custom care! Would totally recommend and order again.
I am so thankful to the ZNO team for such a beautiful 14*11 Linville Album Set. It arrived a week before the due date and its absolutely gorgeous. Prints are stunning, page weight is perfect for a professional Wedding Album and the box it comes in is the same linen cover as the Wedding Album itself and is so beautifully presentable. The software they offer to create the album is simple and very user friendly. I ordered the Green Tea linen cover and its a truly sublime color (While creating the album you will get the option to choose the cover color). Lastly, i have a wedding album from them ordered 7 Years ago and to this day its pristine and has retained the quality of the prints exquisitely. Thanks again guys

I ordered a Layflat Photo Book with linen cover with Debossing in Gold.
The Font on the front page was not straight so I send an email to customer support. They refused to acknowledge the issue and have not been willing to rectify the issue.
Really disappointing that this was not checked before sending
Poor customer service for an expensive product at nearly 200 USD
I took a big chance ordering one of their high-end lay-flat photo-books when I had never ordered products from them before. It was fairly expensive but seemingly on par with what most of these companies will likely charge for this product. I was very happy with the product received. Great quality printing. Pages feel great. And looks exactly as they advertised on their website. The only thing I did not like was how the acrylic cover was attached to the photo-book. But their customer service was great and they addressed my concern promptly! I was especially impressed with that part of the service.
I ordered two photo books and what I received is unacceptable! Pictures are blurry, dark and funny looking... when I filed a complaint via email support, basically she told me it's nothing wrong on their end it's the type of book I chose... really? Why the $#*! do you even sell something that is crap?! Walmart one hour photo book looks amazing compared to ZNO's $#*!! People don't waste your money, find a different company.
I have been buying from them for a pretty long time now their quality is always amazing amongst all their products. The only thing that puts it at 4 stars instead of 5 is because they have slightly risen in price.
Sub-par quality control, most of my orders have been flawed, with printing errors, incorrect cropping and bad glue. Not worth it if you are a professional and care about giving your clients a quality product. When you contact customer service they don't try to correct the problem!
Wow, I love my crystal cover leather wedding album. It's just perfect. The quality is amazing, very thick sturdy pages, black gilding, great lustre photo paper.
The customer support is very helpful and responsive to messages.
I wish you included Lithuania in your shipping destinations. Now I need to use third party services to get my albums.
Also, they offer big discounts and you can combine them with planner plan. Great way to save money. Keep it up, Zno!
I ordered a floating print in frame 1 month ago. Estimated delivery date was 1-2 weeks ago. Order is being ignored and hasn't not been sent, zno has ignored my emails. Next step is to report fraud through bank.
When I ordered an 8x8 book I didn't realize how big and impressive it would be in real life! I was so excited to see my album when it arrived even after spending weeks designing it! (it doesn't take very long though unless you're a perfectionist like me...) I recommend zno.com to EVERYONE!
They're pricing is on the expensive side, but not terribly, and they always have sales...

Have dealt with them for 3 weeks. They are terrible. All they do is delay any response to resolution. They claim they need more photos as they cant see the problems in the ones I sent. As you can see one is smudged other was dented. Either they didn, t look at them or they lie
Ordered four 20x30 metal prints. Came with a dent in three of them. Other ink smudged. Followed all instructions to report problems and received emails giving me excuses why they couldn't process my problem. Asked my wife if I should reorder and she said to flush the three hundred dollars down the toilet instead.
I used to love them until I needed customer service. They ran a sale for the holidays. I placed a large order and the discount code appeared to apply but my cc was charged the full amount. It took 10 days and numerous calls and emails before they replied with a store credit (while they extended the discount on their site) UNACCEPTABLE. I received my order timely but now there is a problem on one of the pages. I have been calling and emailing but still no proper reply. This is insane! I have three orders waiting in the pipeline that will now need to be fully redone through another vendor as I will not be using Zno ever again. This is more than frustrating and extremely unprofessional.
I initially signed up several years ago (they had a different name then... can't remember) for a little black book. Loved it, ordered several more over the next few months. Always great.
I decided to get a large canvas printed and loved it. I've since done 3 large canvases all with the same quick shipping and high quality.
I did have to deal with customer service once as I was having trouble creating one of the books, that experience was positive and they helped me get it sorted.
Answer: My pictures were shipped from Shangai so I'm assuming China.
