Is anyone having a hard time with this company zno of late? Is anyone having a hard time with this company zno of late?

Answer:

Yes, unfortunately they keep sending my pics on an aluminum backing that are always warped, bent or damaged. Don't order anything printed on aluminum from them. I even got one replaced that was sent with damage - frustrating.

Is your company really based in the usa? i call the number on the website and i always get a voicemail explaining i should leave a message and someone will call me back in 24 hours. never do they call me back, instead only get emails....and never are they actually responding to my questions its almost like im on the hidden camera show boiling point? ....its sooo crazy the amount of time ive spent on this.... Answer:

They ship from China so I doubt it's an American company. If it is it's just a front for a China manufacturer.
