What a relief
October 17, 2017

So I had already placed my order I read a lot of negative reviews and was a little scared after ordering 3 large print books. They arrived on time and looked beautiful. The quality was actually better than I expected. My first experience with ZNO and it was great for what it's worth.

Everything I Hoped

The ZNO little black book was a total treasure for just $5 shipping! It came in a week's time and was beautiful quality. I was worried from all the bad reviews but I thought hey, no big deal it was only a couple dollars if it's crap. It was easily the best $5 investment ever. My book is solid and gorgeous. I'll be ordering full price from them for future photo books!

I've been making books (about 20) over the past year. At first they were reasonably priced around 30-35 dollars for each with whatever promo was going on. Since I was such a regular I bought in to their maker plan. Since then I've paid $45/book +10 shipping on each. Now I'm stuck in the plan for 6 months paying more than I ever did before I got the plan. Unfortunately since these books are a series I have to continue to use this company to achieve consistency and to make them look nice for my child to have later in life. If I knew then what I know now I would definitely find another company to use. The quality of the books is fine and I love the binding puts dates and my daughter's name on it, but honestly in the long run I feel ripped off.

I got their Little Moments Calendar. It looked really different from regular calendars that stands up like a folded triangle on the side. The Little Moments Calendar looks kind of like a phone's charging stand, where you can go through the months. It looks really cute and also serves the need of a room decor. The solid wood base also looks very expensive though I only paid around $20 for it. Love the simplistic design. Great product.

I love how thick the lay flat photo book's photo paper(substrate) are. They are very good quality-I literally feel like I can get a child to scratch and beat at it and it will still look perfectly fine.

I am a professional photographer and I use Zno for all of my projects because they have a good variety of high end and lower end products, which works well with all budgets. Regardless of the type of product, all of my clients were very satisfied with the quality of their special prints or photo books. I also really like their website since it is very easy to use and their pre-made templates are also great as well.

The first order I placed with Zno was their Little Black Book. It was promoted to be free, but I ended up having to pay full price for it since I did not realize that the offer was only for their app, which is a bummer. However, the process was easy to follow and the photo book turned out far beyond my expectations. I was not hoping for much since the price was not very high. But the little book turned out to e such luxurious looking I can't believe it! I am glad that I chose a darker cover page photo because the deep rich colors made the book look more classy. I love it! I am going to try out the other products they offer!

Little black book
January 4, 2018

Ordered a little black photo book on a promotion, it took a while to receive it but that could have also been because of the holiday's. I LOVED that the pages were made on a very thick paper, the only thing I wish I could have done was add text to the pages but otherwise it's an excellent value for what you get, I am very happy with it!

I ordered a Layflat Photo Book with linen cover with Debossing in Gold.
The Font on the front page was not straight so I send an email to customer support. They refused to acknowledge the issue and have not been willing to rectify the issue.
Really disappointing that this was not checked before sending
Poor customer service for an expensive product at nearly 200 USD

I ordered two photo books and what I received is unacceptable! Pictures are blurry, dark and funny looking... when I filed a complaint via email support, basically she told me it's nothing wrong on their end it's the type of book I chose... really? Why the $#*! do you even sell something that is crap?! Walmart one hour photo book looks amazing compared to ZNO's $#*!! People don't waste your money, find a different company.

Sub-par quality control, most of my orders have been flawed, with printing errors, incorrect cropping and bad glue. Not worth it if you are a professional and care about giving your clients a quality product. When you contact customer service they don't try to correct the problem!

Scammers

I ordered a floating print in frame 1 month ago. Estimated delivery date was 1-2 weeks ago. Order is being ignored and hasn't not been sent, zno has ignored my emails. Next step is to report fraud through bank.

Terrible customer service

Have dealt with them for 3 weeks. They are terrible. All they do is delay any response to resolution. They claim they need more photos as they cant see the problems in the ones I sent. As you can see one is smudged other was dented. Either they didn, t look at them or they lie

Ordered four 20x30 metal prints. Came with a dent in three of them. Other ink smudged. Followed all instructions to report problems and received emails giving me excuses why they couldn't process my problem. Asked my wife if I should reorder and she said to flush the three hundred dollars down the toilet instead.

Horrible Company they wont help you with anything. Preview software is faulty and when reaching out for help, the lady (who sounded very ghetto) was rude and defensive the minute i started speaking with her. Not the best quality either my sample album already looks old and i've taken good care of it.

Photographers be warned!

I have been using this company for 5 years and recently had a product drop shipped that was lost in the mail a month! Horrible customer service and no regard for loyal customers whatsoever, they are handling the situation by insisting I make my client wait another 1-2 weeks till their delivery company investigates instead of rectifying this w a reprint or refund.
This is not how you run a business and not is it a risk you want to take if you like to keep your clients happy.

Never order from this company because if anything is wrong with the product they don't care and will not fix it unless it is within their terms and conditions.' After reading reviews it's seems I'm not the only one who has had a terrible customer service' experience with them.

Literally the WORST. I'm still waiting for my albums and I ordered in February. They won't return my calls, they respond like once every 2-3 weeks via email with no helpful information. Who the hell runs a business like this? The albums are for an elderly couple with a granddaughter in foster care that they never get to see. This was the most special day they ever had with her, and now because of ZNO, they're incredibly disappointed and so am I.

Paid shoot

I order a Presentation Box Album with a USB Set, and of course the 25x25cm Layflat Photo Book. It Ships from China which I'm not bothered at all, the delivery date is not bad.
The bad part is the quality of the album itself which the client can't accept. The glue they use is not sticking properly.

Flimsy Material
January 3, 2020

I've ordered the aluminum pictures 24x36. Every one I received is warped, bent or damaged. The aluminum that is printed on is so flimsy I can't possibly see how I can ever get a good picture that I'd be proud to hang out of them. Although the picture is beautiful, the mounting surface is so damaged that I'm debating even keeping them. I would not recommend getting any aluminum backed pictures from them. I've attached a pic of one of the three but they all came out with this type damage where the picture looks deformed because of the thin aluminum material. I got one replaced but the replacement also has these defects.
