I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

The U.S. Postal Service website advises that this order was delivered to you on October 27,2022, which means that it was within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered, when you posted your review, on November 23,2022.
Therefore, you may return these bifocal eyeglasses to us for a physical inspection of the scratched lens and an inspection of the prescription in the lenses.
