I love my glasses! Thank you! Why do I have to enter at least 50 characters?
I ordered glasses online from Zenni for the first time on 3/6/16. My 2 pairs arrived and were on my face 8 days later. I LOVED both of them. The quality was incredible. There was slight eye strain when wearing them indoors. (I only wear glasses for driving, and they were great while driving with no strain whatsoever for their intended purpose. There was only the very minimal eye strain when focusing on closer objects, which I don't need glasses for anyway.) It turns out I measured my PD a few mm off.
In the first order, I ordered a pair with 10% blue tint, and the tint was a little darker than expected, but I'm not complaining because I can use them as driving sunglasses. The other was a pair from the $6.95 selection, which ended up being my favorite, and which a lot of people have asked about because they love them too!
The day after I received them, I put in an order for 2 more pairs (with 2 different PDs) of the $6.95 glasses, and they arrived 13 days after ordering. Even found a coupon code for free anti-reflective coating! Again, I'm very impressed. One of the pairs is a thin, flexible metal frame which I'm not used to, so I'll need to adjust to them. I got clip-on shades for an extra $4. The other pair, I got $19 photochromic lenses and tested them out (especially after researching and reading complaints about photochromic lenses in general AFTER I placed the order.) But... I have ZERO complaints. They darken quickly in just a couple minutes in the Texas sun, and lighten better than many photochromic-critics stated, although they take about an hour to go all the way back to clear. I found my perfect PD with one of the pairs as well.
All of the glasses are great quality, especially considering for 3 of 4 frames, I paid $6.95. With all the add-ons, 4 pairs of glasses with a mix of anti-reflective, hydrophobic coating, tint, 1 pair of clip-on shades, and/or photochromatic lenses... my grand total was about $90. Even with my PD being slightly off with the first order, it was financially worthwhile to "test" a few PDs and have 4 pairs of multi-functional glasses for $90 than it would have been to go to a brick & mortar store, shell out $200-300 for 1 pair and have my PD perfect the first time.
Zenni is becoming an addiction here...
Zenni stays in business because they use the cheapest processes and materials available, and because even if they fail to deliver a correctly manufactured product, they refuse to refund more than 50% of your money. That's right! No matter how many times they screw up, they are guaranteed to pocket at least half the money you give them. They sent me two sets of glasses with defective lenses (the original pair and the replacement pair). I need glasses for work and for driving, and I didn't want to wait another 3 weeks for yet another replacement that may very well be defective and have to be sent back too, so asked for an RA number and a refund. Zenni outright refused to refund my purchase price. They wanted me to send the glasses back so that "their Quality Control lab" could test them for defects (?). Zenni doesn't have a "lab". Labs costs money to staff and operate, and there is no way that they go through the expense of testing their cheap returned glasses for defects, especially when the customer cant see out of them, so yeah, they probably ARE defective. They toss them in the garbage and give you a stock answer of either "Yes, they were defective and we will replace them" or "They weren't defective, but we will give you store credit." Either way, the outcome is the same but you are supposed to think that they actually did something. Never mind that I can't see with them regardless what this imaginary lab says. Also, if you want a refund, they will try every angle to convince you that this is somehow your fault. They know that most ophthalmologists don't write the pupillary distance on the prescription, so they will ask you how you came up with whatever number you gave them. If you say, "I measured it using the instructions on your website" they will tell you that this isn't REALLY the way you should measure your PD, that it needs to be done by an ophthalmologist, and that the PD is the most likely culprit. When I pointed out that an incorrect PD doesn't cause the problems I was experiencing, their customer service reps simply doubled-down on the PD as the cause. I got tired of dealing with their non-answers and refusal to refund my money. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, and I encourage anyone else having problems with Zenni quality do the same. Or better yet, go to literally any other eyewear provider. You can't do worse than Zenni.
Fast as always and the glasses fit my son perfectly and the prescription was spot on! Ok

Answer: Hi. We are sorry to tell you that we have recently and temporarily discontinued delivery to Spain. We hope to ship there again soon and we encourage you to check our website frequently to see when it is available again.
Answer: I had no problem with returning my initial pair of glasses. I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.
Answer: Hi Reginald, thank you for your question! We do not manufacture only lenses, or lenses for non-Zenni frames. I am sorry about any inconvenience!
Answer: Hi. Yes, store credit is one of the options available when you contact us during the 30-day warranty period. And our Customer Service department will be eager to help you with the return. Please call us at 1-800-211-2105, email us at service@zenni.com, or chat with us live by clicking on the floating Support button that appears near the bottom-right corner of any page on our website and a representative will issue a return authorization number and provide return instructions.
Answer: Hi. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. However, we don't ever want to assume that needing time to adjust to the lenses is the only reason a customer could be having difficulty with their glasses; consequently, if you have recently purchased progressive lenses, and have problems seeing clearly through them, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-211-2105. Doing so will give us an opportunity to address the issue and to offer you a proper resolution. Thank you for posting your question.
Answer: I had the same experience. Very disappointing. When I called about the problem they questioned the accuracy of my prescription. I was able to return them for a Zenni credit, less shipping costs. Waiting to see if the second pair is better...
Answer: Yes, it costs a little more for bifocal lenses. It does not however cost as much as it does in a typical eyeglass office/store.
Answer: None. There is no guarantee on anything (lenses or frames) beyond 30 days.
Zenni has garnered a mixed reputation among customers, with notable strengths in product variety and affordability, particularly for fashionable frames. However, significant concerns arise regarding the quality of the glasses, with frequent complaints about incorrect prescriptions, poor craftsmanship, and shipping delays. Many customers express frustration with customer service, citing slow responses and inadequate support for returns and refunds. Overall, while some customers remain satisfied with their purchases, a growing number report dissatisfaction, indicating a need for the company to enhance its quality control and customer service practices to improve overall customer experience.

Thank you for posting this review.
We are thrilled to know that you have been happy with your past orders; however, we are very sorry that you are having problems with your new glasses. We see no records in our database indicating that you have already contacted us about this issue, so before ordering a new pair, we encourage you to call our Customer Service department at 1-800-211-2105 or chat with us live by clicking on the floating Support button that appears near the bottom-right corner of any page on our website. Please have your prescription and pupillary distance (PD) handy when you contact us. A representative will be happy to review them to confirm that they were entered correctly on the order, and if they were, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and ask you to use it to return the glasses to be inspected. And upon completion of the inspection, if the results indicate that the glasses were manufactured incorrectly, we will remake them for you. However, if a review of the prescription details confirms that either the prescription or PD were entered incorrectly on the order, you may choose to return the glasses for one of two refund options – either a 50% refund to the credit card you used to pay for the order, excluding the shipping fee, or 100% store credit, excluding the shipping fee, which you may use to reorder the glasses with the correct prescription and/or PD. A prepaid return label will be provided for you in this scenario as well. If you are worried that the return period for your glasses has already ended, please don’t. We are aware that it has ended, but it has only been a few days so we are happy to extend the warranty for you to return the glasses for any of the return options previously discussed. We hope you will contact us soon so that we may resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
