Zazzle did refund me after I chewed them out. But before they did that they told me they couldn't do a refund for a charge under X dollars. They said all they do was a credit toward future purchases. Really? I did not believe that for a minute. I pushed the matter and got my refund, magically. Of course, they had to make it sound like they were doing me a favor. Spare me.
So if this happens to you, stick to your guns and get your money back! It's not right that they trick people into signing up for an auto-renew membership.
I made the mistake of taking the dangled bait of free shipping on an order, and inadvertently and unknowingly signed up (says Zazzle) for "Zazzle Black" membership. On auto-renew no less. Found out about this only when the charge went through on my payment service... a year later! Zazzle will not reverse the charge, which is pretty shocking. I do not recommend this business for anything!
I have no idea what has happened to The Zazzle website, but the programming needs some tweaking. I have ordered custom postcards from Zazzle many times over the years. Up until my last attempt to design cards, it has always easy to enter and orient the text on the image side of the postcard. I could get the thing done in less than 10 minutes, and the quality of the product was fair (not exceptional, but okay) for the price. Today, though, I spent 30 minutes trying to get their system to accept my simple text design. Every time I used the grid lines to orient and center my text block, the system went wonky. My text repeatedly blew up (the font increasing on its own accord), and the grid would not accept my attempts at changing the orientation. Even when I shrank the font to mice type, it still confused the programming and the lines ran to the sides of the automatic margins. When I tried to backtrack or undo, my text block repeatedly disappeared and had to be entered again. I gave up and will find a new printer for my cards.
Over the years I have ordered many things from Zazzle. The postcards were the only things I ever ordered twice. Their printing quality of the posters and pillows I've ordered has been variable, and mostly very poor. They have refunded me on a few things that were unacceptable, so I'd say their customer service is okay. But their quality standards are not reliable. They enlarge images beyond reasonable resolution quality, and their fabric inks (on printed pillows) are so low-saturation that the images look faded.
Amazing fast service with it being so close to holidays and excellent quality products so far with several orders
I've even received several orders early with all of the current holiday rush
I will definitely give 5 star for Zazzle on quality and timeliness.
I highly recommend Zazzle to anyone and I'll be ordering more soon.
Each time I update my review, they respond saying they have sent me e-mails to help resolve my problem. My problem is that I don't know where my package is; the tracking number they have given me returns an error. The e-mails they have sent do not tell me where my package is but rather make excuses as to why I can't track it yet or they just apologize for any inconvenience. So for the sake of transparency, please respond to this post, on here, telling me where my package is and when I will be receiving it. If you can't do that, don't bother commenting on my post with more of your lies.

I have been a loyal customer of zazzle for many years. Unfortunately, my last two orders went terribly. For the first one, I received one of my items but not the other. Two months later, somehow the intended recipient received two of the same item that had never arrived earlier. For the second order, it was canceled twice with no notice. The only reason I discovered the cancellation is that I checked on the shipping status online. I still dont know why the order was canceled. In addition to these problems, I have found that my recent orders have taken way longer than usual to get to me. On the several occasions I have tried to contact zazzle about these issues, the online chat button was never available, the wait to talk to a person on the phone was over an hour, and I did not receive a response to my emails. I will be using other companies from now on.

I ordered two shirts two weeks before Christmas. I received them roughly a week after I ordered. The shirts were cheap quality and printing was very faint. The cream colored shirt was more beige/tan and I didn't like it. The other shirt was smaller than it should have been. I asked for replacements and was told I would get two day shipping to get them in time for the holidays. I received one shirt three days later. It is now 10 days later and CS says it hasn't been processed yet. They dont work weekends and will get back to me next week with an ETA. Seems like after the holidays getting orders out in a timely manner is no longer a priority. I have three emails in those ten days saying they will upgrade my shipping but not when it will ship. It makes no difference how they ship it if it doesn't ship for a month.

The styles were many and for many occasions. Zazzle made the process easy to design your card. It was a simple process and lots of fun to play.
Avoid Zazzle. Their site is incredibly buggy whether running chrome, firefox or safari.
It takes alot of time to create an order and then to receive an email a couple days later that the order is cancelled because the logo won't render is unacceptable. Why not simply provide us an email asking for a new logo to be submitted? So, had to create another order and we'll see if that goes thru and arrives on time.
I am normally a CafePress person and will continue to be one. I ordered a present for Christmas and it came in over a week later than what Zazzle promised and was in two separate parts (I ordered a mousepad which is only supposed to be ONE item). I have reached out to them and hopefully they will accommodate.
The printing does look very nice but not worth the aggravation. Use CafePress instead.

I placed 2 orders. One in 4/29/2020 and one on 5/5/2020. As of today, I have not received the entire order even though my bank account was charged when I ordered the items instead of when they ship! I have tried calling and emails many times and their response, to say the least, is extremely underwhelming! I would not recommend ordering from this company even though the products (face masks) I have received are adequate.

Was looking for birthday announcements for my wife's 60th. Found what I wanted and they were very reasonably priced. I received them much earlier than expected as well. Very pleased.
I've used zazzle for wedding invitations, graduation invitations, address stamps, rsvp cards, custom envelopes, and thank you cards. The customization options are amazing, and adding more images, texts, or even a new overlay to create a completely different color and texture cost nothing extra. Everything is such high quality, from the quality of the matte paper to the quality of the envelopes to the quality of the pictures. I am always insanely excited to have a reason to order again, as I love designing and making my product look exactly how I want it.
I really enjoyed it. I stumbled across it doing a Goggle search for an invitation, so I designed and ordered my invitation ton Zazzle. It was great. The order was filled fast and the invites were mailed to me in no time. LOVE THEM! I received so many compliments on them. They were a hit!
After my previous complaint this company sent me half of my total order from. 11/28/2016. They took out of my charge card for the total order but I am missing half of it. I notice on the received order today that their numbers are all mixed up. Their first apology also included a discount they were going to give me but instead I receive half my order and charges for a full order. Missing are ornaments ----received are only the mugs ordered.

I am terribly disappointed with this website. The design is perfect but I am totally unsatisfied with the customer service. I contacted them a thousand times, and all that this guy Jesse has to say is "your payment has not been confirmed wait few more days". I have a Christmas celebration and have ordered the mugs for everybody to get them at least by the middle of November. I am in Australia and ALL the phone numbers are from US. Why do they have an Australian domain website zazzle.com.au if they do not have a customer service here? I am terrible sorry because I am already thinking that I will lose all this money with ghost mugs. I have been trying to speak with the company and no feedback, not a word from them. All that I want is a word with someone to confirm my order and send it by November 20th or my money immediately back!

It was very upsetting to see that $400+ worth of wedding invitations were just thrown in the box. Some of the invitations were damaged to as they got dirty from a hole in the box. I feel if a little bit more care would go in to packaging then it would've changed to my experience.

Ordered a custom ornament and submitted copy to be printed. Item delivered had a dark streak down the center. Quality Control is non-existent as they just send out product as fast as they can without verifying that it would be acceptable. Too late to return it and have it re-made as it is a gift.

I ordered 4 face masks and paid £14.32 for the fastest delivery option. They took 15 days to arrive, so too late for the two birthdays I wanted them for. When it became clear they would not arrive in time, I tried to change my delivery option to the slowest, but my email was ignored.

I recently used the Zazzle online application to create customized wedding invitations and was disappointed in the items I received. As a result, I emailed the Zazzle support team and asked for a full refund. I expected them to give me a hard time and to make me pay for the shipping of my product back to them. However, to my surprise, Zazzle took care of me and gave me a full refund. I will be using this company for future items and I love the unique things I can find on there. The wedding invitations are a good idea as well, but I suggest ordering a sample before making a full purchase. GO Zazzle!
The cards that I ordered were said to be small, but I understood that the cards themselves would be 3 1/2 x 4 when folded - not BEFORE folding. They are TINY. The price seemed doable when I thought they were going to be actual note cards with envelopes, but they didn't come with envelopes. What on earth am I supposed to do with this many miniature cards?! They're business-sized cards. I can't use them for anything. Waste of money, unfortunately.

Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
