I ordered a poster for the passing of our two month old son. I was concerned about the picture being grainy with the enlargement but it was perfect. Paid extra for expedited service because I was concerned I would not get it before his service, but my order was shipped very shortly after placing my order so I received it with plenty of time. I recently ordered business cards as a gift to my boyfriend. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product. My only suggestion would be for more templates/designs to choose from and a quicker view customizarion process. I had to click out of the text box to see my changes. Also now that I think of it, some guidelines for customization would have been useful too!
Everything was perfect and made very easy to follow a baby could do it with ease. And customer service was great they made what was a already hard task very easy for me to do. I found the unique item I was looking for and was impressed by the courteous, fast manor in which I received it.
The product I received I liked. Such a shame that I received it 2 weeks after my order, despite paying a lot and twice for shipping, because my one year Zazzle Black Premium shipping membership " did not apply to my order". I would not recommend.
I order from Zazzle.com 2/3 times a week. I mostly purchase postcards. Zazzle has the largest selection (more than eBay or Amazon, I think). There has yet to be an image that I wanted and I could not find. The quality is speculate! The cardstock they use is of the highest quality, the images come out crisp and clear. Not to mention the shipping time. I live in Hawaii and I receive my orders in 3/4 days, depending on what day I place my order. They are fast, efficient and I try to recommend them to everyone I know.
The labels I ordered were perfect. The app automatically chose my credit card billing address as shipping address. It was my business address but I work remotely. I wanted to change it but could not. I would have had to cancel the order and start over. I went to my business to pick them up, only a slight inconvenience, I was a bit dumbfounded there was no easier way to change the ship to address than cancelling and reordering.
I have ordered several times from Zazzle and I am extremely 100% satisfied. The products I ordered came on a timely manner along with the product came as it was it described in the description. Will order again from Zazzle for all my other party needs.
Don't order from this company! I ordered my son's baptism invites in April its mid may now!... and I still don't have the "replacement order" was supposed to be here today and now they said maybe Tues! Thats over 4 mote days of waiting for this "express mail"! This is an absolute joke I've spent over 220 bucks and still have my product! This is not fair! This is sooo not cool! I just want my invites for my baby's baptism!

I ordered several items for Christmas. The items were delayed--not shipped when promised. Tried to call almost daily to inquire, and each time I called I got a voicemail which stated that due to high volumes, they cannot answer my call, nor could I leave a message. The voicemail instructed me to leave an email at their support email address, which I did--3 times--all unanswered. My intent was to have it forwarded to where we'll be for Christmas, as we are no longer at the address I'd asked them to ship to. Now that my items are shipped (according to their "status") I've tried to track my package, which I cannot do as there's no link to allow that, that I can see. So I have no idea when it'll arrive. I would not order from them again. Period.

Do not order from this company. They have a great practice of taking your money and then later, if they feel the image is in violation of something, they will cancel the order but keep your money. At some point they will eventually give it back so they say. However, I am not in the habit of handing money over to a company that takes your money and then decides to not make it.
I was initially denied to make a particular mug, and then I changed the graphic at which point they denied me again. In the meantime, they are holding onto over $40 of my money. I know its not that much money but its the principle.

Zazzle offers a lot of different products that range all over the place. So far with my couple of purchases I've been extremely happy with Zazzle, not only with the products they sold to me, but also how quickly they shipped it off. One of the better web sites I've used so far.
I wish there were 0 stars as option. I ordered a mouse pad and a card for my husband's birthday last month and I never received it, it's been more than 30 days and nothing, when I complained they refunded, e 3 days later, but I wasted my time creating a present for my husband and he never got it, he was so excited about it because he was studying the subject. On the email they had the nerve to say "they would make an exception in refunding me this time because I'd have to return the product to receive a refund" mind you! I wouldn't be requesting refund if I had gotten the product I paid for! Websites like this should be shut down as a Scam.

Every time I order from Zazzle I am more and more impressed. This company goes out of their way to make things happen for their costumers. I ordered everything I needed for my engagement party through Zazzle and was impressed by every piece and their prices. I recently ordered my first photo Christmas card ever and did not realize the estimated delivery was two days after Christmas. When I emailed and asked if there was anything they could do to get it to me before Christmas they went out of their way to expedite the order and ship it to me overnight. I am beyond pleased with this company. They truly care about their costumers and their work which is rare these days. I 100% recommend Zazzle for all your design needs.
The coupons I had were great and I got a good deal on the shirts I bought. The shipping route was a bit ridiculous because it went in the wrong direction instead of coming on the day it was expected. My previous experience with purchasing a shirt from this website was much better.
Great site! The products are great quality and you get them fast! If you're making your own product then just be careful with their online tools. It can be easy get white space on the image if you don't line it up correctly. Good news is that they have 100% satisfaction guaranteed so you can just return the product if it wasn't printed correctly. Overall, I think it's a great site.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
