I ordered a shirt that had a picture of my airplane on it. I received a shirt that looked like a kid colored it with a crayon. I sent them a picture of the shirt and a request for a refund and they told me no. I'm disputing with cc company.
If I could give negative stars I would. Shirt to be shipped by Jan 3,2017 at the latest. Took two weeks to print to begin with. I contacted Zazzle on January 9, telling am I still hadn't received my shirt. I asked for a refund and to not bother shipping it. They wrote back that it has been shipped and to keep the shirt for all the trouble. I looked at my account and the shirt was returned the same day they said to keep it. That means they never shipped it to begin with. Now they say they will refund my account within 21 days. Do not use this company. Customer service is awful. No idea about the finished product, since I doubt mine was ever even made. Never again!

I ordered a custom messenger bag through Zazzle. I found them originally through a Google search and was a bit hesitant to shop through them as I had never heard of them before, but I'm glad I did. I found a few other sites with similar bags, but none of the other companies had an option to customize anything, so I opted for Zazzle.
The customization process was very easy and quick, and the best part is the bag actually looked exactly as I expected it to! It took about a week and a half from when I ordered to when it arrived, which is pretty good for a custom item in my opinion. They provided shipping tracking, so I knew exactly when to expect it.
It was a great shopping experience and I would not hesitate to order something from them again in the future.
I ordered two items for my desk - total of $60+. I received a msg from Zazzle stating that my package had been delivered 3 days after I had ordered it. The estimated shipping time was 7-10 days. Obviously a mistake. I contacted customer service to let them know that I had not received any package. Customer service's response was that the email stated that it was delivered, so it was. PERIOD! I never received a notice from any carrier (as I always do with deliveries) and most certainly did NOT RECEIVE my items from Zazzle! The 'mistake' is on their end and they refuse to right it! I am out $60+ and there is nothing I can do about it!

I never have any issues with usps deliveries expect for when I get things from zazzle. First they lost my wedding invitations. Now I'm waiting for thank yous and return address labels and it's been over 10 days since I ordered them and once again.I believe they are lost. I will never order from zazzle again. They have the longest shipping time. I made the order in novemeber 25 and I'm still waiting. Over 10 days. Pathetic! Never again. Go to Etsy or another site.

I designed a custom mug with images and lettering and I was verypleased with the results. The fact that I can order customized items in single or small quantities inexpensively, without sacrificing quality, is such a happy discovery! It makes it possible for me to gift my friends and customers in a more meaningful way.
Zazzle is easy to work with and create a card with your own verse and even scripture. Love chosing the background color. Also there is such a wide variety of cards to choose from. Love It! The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because shipping costs are pretty steep.
I would've like the item to have been shipped in a timely fashion so it could've been given at my mother-in-laws 85th birthday with her other gifts. She received it almost a week later but she was happy with the gift so thats all that matters
I had 3 identical orders. Two were delivered, one was not. USPS lost the third box.
USPS did not even answer my emails. The Zazzle rep expedited the same order for free and express shipped it. She was polite and apologetic, even though it was all USPS' fault. The customer service rep gave me everything I was about to ask for, before I even asked for it.
Stay away from this company! I ordered a print which looked great on the website, but the print itself was so horribly blurred and grainy. Clearly a low-res photo that was blown up and turned into a big blur. I was offered a zazzle credit instead of a refund, so I ordered a new, different print. SAME THING.
There is obviously no quality control. Low-res photo blown up which resulted in a blurred, grainy, pixely photo. I contacted customer service over a week ago and heard nothing. I made a second attempt and I'm hoping to get this all resolved. Terrible quality prints and customer service is just bad. Pay a little extra and go somewhere else, it isn't worth the headache. BUYER BEWARE

After waiting 25 minutes for "Customer Care" to pick up my call - Kathy immediately sensed my displeasure and very professionally assisted me in completing an on-line order that continually rejected my CC information. Based on some of the actions she took it was clear her management team had empowered her to make the customer happy - and she did that by NOT putting the customer on hold. Well done Kathy
I ordered my xmas cards from Zazzle, and paid for express service/shipping. The box that came only included half of my cards and they actually put in WET envelopes. There was no damage to the box, so the wetness didn't happen in transit. They put them in there. They shipped a replacement for the remainder of my order - still not here... it's Christmas eve. They suck. I will never order from them again.

I've been using Zazzle for a couple of years now for all my custom design and printing of my stickers/labels for my candle line. My experience with Zazzle is wonderful. They do a fabulous job of printing and their customer service is a #10. They ship when they say they are going to ship. They stand behind their products 100% and are right on the ball to correct or reprint a product that is not met to my high standards. They don't ask questions but back their guarantee! I highly recommend them.

This company is a joke, my order was cancelled over a month after I placed the order and led to a non-profit campaign being completely ruined. They say they will help with my complaint but I have been ignored time and time again by the company. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I researched loads, reading about there own company, going on LinkedIn etc, however it appears I was wrong.
So many negative reviews that I heavily suspect many of the reviews on here are fake. Posted at the same time, accounts with no previous reviews and same writing style to name a few tell tale signs.

I ordered something for Mother's Day and paid for shipping so it'd be rushed. As of today's date, I have not received my order and it's well past Mother's Day. I've tried to get in contact with customer service for a refund and nothing... I wouldn't order anything else from this site

If I could give this site a zero I would. I ordered 50 invites for a baby shower. There is no way to proof your order after entering info. I placed the order and asked customer service NOT to send until I could see a proof. Naturally they ignored me and the invites came with the sample info. Someone else's shower. I have 100 people to invite and no invitations. They refuse to give me a refund and want me to re-order. It won't get here on time. HORRIBLE service. $100 Loss.
I ordered my item express shipping for which the website promised delivery 12/15. The item didn't even ship until 12/161 I waited on hold 45 minutes to get customer service to ship the order and then they didn't ship it express. Another hold time (35 minutes and still counting) and I still have no resolution. Order your items anywhere else. Not from Zazzle!
The tie we designed turns out just like the image provided on the website. I only wish I could've made the image bigger since it's a fairly detailed logo. But, for the purpose of a high school athlete, this worked great for their "Dress up on Game Day" days for school.
I had the pleasure of having Carey help me with my problem. Carey was professional and kind. He addressed my concern and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and retain me as a customer with Zazzle. Carey is an asset to the company. Having a knowledgeable, professional and kind representative like Carey will put Zazzle above the many other internet competitors. A job well done and much appreciated.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
