I used Zazzle to design a custom gift and was really happy with the way the entire process turned out. Designing is easy and fun and it allows for some fine tuning of the image and overall design. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to make that special gift (be it for someone else or for themselves).
Every product that I have purchased at Zazzle has been of the best quality. Their printing is excellent and the art I have bought looks great. I recently purchased some greeting cards and I could not believe how quickly they arrived!
Love the stamps and section just have to be careful with size as the automatic size to order is medium and not small so my stamps were too big for the envelope. Also wish the stamps did not have the barcode & advertisement on the side. I would use them for my invitations but need something more subtitle and elegant.
I always order from Zazzle I love everything I've ever gotten from birthday banners to invitations to blankets the quality is fantastic well worth every penny! It's my go to store when I want to customize with personal photos its great!
Very cute things on their website, and their customer service is even better. They didn't give me any problems and solved my problem within 4 minutes on the phone with them. Very happy experience with them. Will shop with again soon.
I love my Zazzle Orders. I have ordered invitations for the last 8 years for my Gingerbread House Decorating and Brunch. They have all been perfect. And yes I order in July! With a 50% coupon!

My baby girl is turning one in July! We are doing a winnie the pooh themed birthday party and zazzle had the sweetest winnie the pooh options to choose from! We couldn't be happier with how they turned put!
Since writing my last review zazzle rep contacted me to rectify my order. They fixed the time and express shipped it to me so I can mail them out in time. Thank you for doing the right thing! I appreciate it!
If I can give them a minus I would! I asked them to modify an order and they wanted me to buy it again and charge my card twice I said no. Other companies don't do that! It'll take 7-10 business days to get my money back. Awful I didn't want my money back just to modify and order and they couldn't accommodate me any other way! I paid almost $30 to express my order and they couldn't even modify it without placing another order. Mind you the first order hasn't even shipped yet. They didn't even reach out to the seller-so now I have incorrect times on my invites what a waste of $60. I will never use this company again. What if I don't have the $60 to spend again that's inconvenient!
Kathy went above and beyond to help me. It was a pleasure having her assistant me. She replicated a shirt design that had issues. I am excited to submit and then receive my order. Kathy receives a gold star from me!
We ordered wedding invitations. We paid expedited fees and still the order was shipped late and only half the order was ever received. Also not pleased with the quality. The back of the invitations looked like they had ink stains from the rollers. I cannot recommend Zazzle to anyone.
I have repeatedly sent cases to Zazzle inquiring about the status of my order and have not received any useful feedback. It has almost been three weeks and I still have not received my order (which is not the 5-12 days delivery time that Zazzle promised on their website). Originally, the mugs I purchased were bought as a gift, however this delay in shipping has created problems for me and now I am unable to give the mugs as presents because it is so late. I am extremely disappointed in Zazzle's service. I do believe that I paid a considerable amount for the mugs and I at least expect it to be delivered in good quality.
If I had known the shipping would take this long, I would not have chosen standard shipping because then I would be able to track my order, which clearly I am unable to do now. But then again, if I would have known, I would not have ordered from Zazzle in the first place.
I am not impressed at the customer service and would not recommend this for others.

One of the products i ordered was lost in transit, and the replacement was then delayed in coming out. After getting in touch over webchat, Thelma resolved my issue quickly and efficiently for me. Always great customer service. Thanks.
I always go to Zazzle to get those extra special gifts & they usually never disappoint. Shipping is usually tight, colors are great and as pictured. On occasion the cheapy t-shirts are not so great but I have learned.

I ordered photo graduation invitations on Tuesday and they arrived on Thursday! Super fast shipping and high quality invitations, worth every penny! I prefer Zazzle over Shutterfly, just my personal opinion.
Like many of you, I wished I'd read the reviews prior to ordering. I ordered 4 pillows. Liked two and wanted to return two. As directed on Zazzle website, I sent an email requesting RMA. "If you don't like it, we'll take it back. Really it's that simple"... wow is that misleading! Sent an email requesting return on 12/1. I did receive a reply on 12/3 asking for more details. I replied again on 12/5. On 12/8 received email asking for details about replacement items. I replied on 12/10 and sent item numbers AND pictures of replacements. Today (12/17) I followed up and stated 'I have not had a response. Please advise." I did receive a response, HOWEVER, it was the same email asking for details about replacement items. I forwarded my email with details. Then I received ANOTHER email from Zazzle asking me for details about replacement items. I have currently been on hold for 25 minutes. Giving me time to write this review. Buyers Beware! Stay Away!
I messed up on customizing an order from Zazzle and after contacting customer service they credited my account for the price of the poster. I then used that credit and ordered a poster of some snow leopards for my niece. She loved it! She put it in a frame and it is now hanging on her bedroom wall. I was surprised at the clarity of the image considering the size of the poster (36 x 24). Next poster I order will definitely be from Zazzle.
I placed my order, and it was shipped and delivered within the specified timeframe. Zazzle made this experience great! There were many options to choose from, and the cost was cheaper than having it made in my state. If you choose zazzle, you will not be disappointed!
I needed lots of help with an order of fabric and other items for an upcoming baby shower. Kathy at Zazzle customer support spent a long time on the phone with me and was very patient and incredibly helpful explaining and guiding me through all the details and options for the products I wanted to order. I ordered a shirt that had a picture of my airplane on it. I received a shirt that looked like a kid colored it with a crayon. I sent them a picture of the shirt and a request for a refund and they told me no. I'm disputing with cc company.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
