I received my order and absolutely loved everything but the font appeared to small on my business cards, so I contacted Customer Service explained to them my dilemma and they were quick to offer me a suggestion on how i can change my design to fix the issue and gave me an account credit to reorder my cards and did not make me ship my previous batch back to them! I love their products, design options and will definitely continue my business with them
I placed an order on 12/7. Estimated delivery 12/16-12/20. Order status still says "making". I have emailed and was told they upgraded my shipping at no cost to me but they have no idea when the order will ship Today is 12/28 order still says "making". Unless they had to grow the cotton for the tshirts this is ridiculous
I ordered a few products from them and my address was covered up and I received no help to receive my order on there end. I found 1 of my orders on my own and the rest I haven't found even though I paid for it. The mail company said zazzle didn't even respond to them. So wasted money.

I spent way too much time getting my customized item completed due to lack of logical, adequate tools available for the task, and had to actually close out of the application twice and restart from scratch before I got what I was trying to accomplish, but then the PayPal check out kicked back to the Zazzle site, unsuccessful, and there was no indication that it did not make the proper connection. I tried it three different times, thinking maybe there was a delay, but it never showed up in my PayPal account, and my Zazzle Shopping Cart still showed my order just sitting there. I was pooped.: (

The process was simple and the finished product was amazingly great. Good stuff! This was the only site out of many with a reason fee for this type of service and I especially over the moving image on the clothing model, that is a great way see how y our image will look on a real body.
I was looking for a special truck design, for a gift, a hat and t-shirt. I had looked everywhere with no luck. I remembered I had ordered from Zazzle before, so check out the hats and t-shirts. I found EXACTLY what I wanted. The design on both items is perfect! I can't wait to give this gift!
Ordered an oversize retirement card and had difficulty personalizing it so ordered the stock item. It took just outside the promised delivery window which was no big deal as I ordered early but... the quality is so poor!
The graphics, paper quality and folding are like the card is from a dollar store... the card is not folded square and white shows crookedly at the bottom of the card... not acceptable!
I am truly disappointed as I had been expecting something with a "Wow" factor.:-(

From start to finish, it was an easy experience. There was samples available to go by, there are different color options, font, size,...etc. They made them quick and shipped it out fast. I am 1000% satisfied with the product we received and the whole process to obtain it. Would recommend them and would go with them always.
After they verified my order, I later received an email saying they cancelled it because of copyright. Hmmmm... So an illustration that I employed an artist to do for me is copyright? Sounds like Zazzle should take a look at a dictionary.

I ordered a matching set off dazzle and received confirmation of shipment. Then I saw a credit to my account without an explanation? It seems the top I ordered wasn't available after the system confirmed the selection for delivery. Please do better
Order a photo binder for Christmas gift on Dec. 15. Paid extra for expedited delivery. Order site says it was to be delivered on Dec. 20th. Still don't have order and Customer service is closed from Dec. 23- Jan 2! Very disappointed.

Robert started my chat immediately when I clicked the bubble, and was able to fix my parent's wedding pic to fit the vintage sticker properly rather than just the corner that showed when I downloaded it. AWESOME! Shipping is a bit extreme, but service was excellent.
I ordered from their site, unusual customized presents nice items arrived on time and in good shape but were a bit expensive, I later looked at other sites and found better deals. Products arrived and were as described so its a good site
My invitations arrived as shown on my order; however, they were even more beautiful than the online photos showed. They also arrived 5 days earlier than the initial suggested date of delivery. Thank you.

I ordered a shirt 20 days ago with express shipping. When it was not received I tried to call and was told my hold time would be 45 mins - yes 45 mins! When I did reach someone, I was told they would refund the express shipping and the item was shipping out. 7 days later, no shirt. Again tried to call and hold time was 25 mins. When I checked the status on their site, it has said the same thing since ordering - no updates.

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
