Amazing!

I custom ordered 30 wedding invitations. And when they arrive, they were in perfect condition. And exactly how I created them. The whole shipping process took less and 5 days to arrive. And it is all in amazing quality. I would highly recommend.

Well-Designed Postcard Invite

I was very impressed with the entire process. I was able to easily navigate my way around the website and find what I was looking for. I placed an order and recieved it only 7 working days later (as I live in Australia). I was so happy when I saw the finished product. The business cards looked exactly as I had imagined and the quality was second to none. I will definitely use the website again and would recommend them to anyone thinking about ordering from them. After several attempts at designing my invitation, I was able to save and order it. The save process on the custom designs could be a little better, but the product was exactly what I hoped for and I received it very quickly. I will order from Zazzle again.

STILL WAITING
January 2, 2017

I ordered Christmas gifts on November 28. They were due to arrive on December 8. I contacted them five times before Christmas (including two phone calls when I waited over an hour on hold each time) and two times since Christmas. I have yet to receive the order.

Zazzle attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Needed personalize item fast

We needed a personalized gift for our son's white coat ceremony, and Zazzle's website was the only place I was able to have something shipped in time. The gift we ordered was perfect and arrived when it was scheduled. We were very pleased with the product and service.

I was so disappointed

Hi guys I decided to give you a go. But so disappointed when I received my purchase of a personalised passport cover. It looked like a skinny piece of cardboard I cannot give this as a gift it looked too cheap so went out and bought something else

Ordered buisness cards and paid extra to have certain date. Day came and went, called customer service, she read off script. Item shipped to address that was 4 years old, no contact except the generic one stating my order is shipped and that I should have a certain date that has come and gone.

Made a great design, ordered it, paid for it, everything was going great, then they cancelled my order, failed to communicate it to me, then completely left me hanging and didn't try to help out. I get it, there are some designs that they are not allowed to produce, but I really wish they would have told me this ahead of time and made a better effort to tell me my order was cancelled.

Love my Zazzle products!

I've ordered a personalize stamp in the past (and it's AMAZING), so I can back for my son's graduation announcements. I found a template that was fitting and utilized it for the announcement and return labels. We are happily sending them out now. The cardstock quality of the announcement is very nice, the print quality is wonderful, and I love how they turned out! Very Grateful for the community of creators that share their talents and the products that I can create with Zazzle!

I ordered Save-the-Date cards for my wedding. They arrived in time but text was cut off and there was a white line at the bottom of each card (poor cut). When I contacted customer service, I was told it was my fault because the text was not included in the safe to print area. They never sent me a proof to confirm there was a safe to print area so how was I to know? After repeated requests for a full refund, I was told I could ship the cards back to them (at my cost) and receive a refund in 3 weeks. I doubt I will see a dime from them. Never using them ever again.

Zazzle is my go-to website whenever I want something custom made and always delivers high quality products. I recently was pricing cases for the iPad Air when Zazzle had a Flash Sale with 50% off all cases. I've been eyeing the Dodo Cases since learning about their craftsmanship and was thrilled to find a great design and snag the half-off deal to check out the product. I LOVE the case- it's so well made and gorgeous!

Very poor customer Service, Poor response. I used a Groupon and the website did not give an option for the amount the Groupon was for. I order 70 instead of 75 cards. The website started out charging. 49 a card but when I put my Groupon in, the cards went up to $1.70. The Groupon was to cover the whole cost including shipping however, I ended up paying $34 extra. I needed to place my order because these were Christmas cards and I figured they would fix the problem. It took three days for them to get back to me and when they did, they said they could not refund the money because I put in the wrong amount. They offered a new code but did not give me a code. When the cards arrived, they were wrong. If you use this company, good luck to you.

Custom business cards

I designed my own business cards. I love the way they turned out & they arrived quickly. The design program was a little tricky to use. I had to use my own software to get the image just how I wanted it. I also didn't find the QR generator until after I made them. I used a different site to generate my QR code.
