Made a great design, ordered it, paid for it, everything was going great, then they cancelled my order, failed to communicate it to me, then completely left me hanging and didn't try to help out. I get it, there are some designs that they are not allowed to produce, but I really wish they would have told me this ahead of time and made a better effort to tell me my order was cancelled.
