I spent way too much time getting my customized item completed due to lack of logical, adequate tools available for the task, and had to actually close out of the application twice and restart from scratch before I got what I was trying to accomplish, but then the PayPal check out kicked back to the Zazzle site, unsuccessful, and there was no indication that it did not make the proper connection. I tried it three different times, thinking maybe there was a delay, but it never showed up in my PayPal account, and my Zazzle Shopping Cart still showed my order just sitting there. I was pooped.: (
