I don't recommend any one to shop with Zara onlin I had a bad experiences twice with Zara online
They failed to deliver to my house then when I contacted them they said there was to mistake in the delivery however after weeks of phon calls with them they replaced the first item
The second item they denied and they wasted my time over a back and forth investigation and phone calls and emails it was such waste of money and time
I'm so upset I will never order from them again
I never had anything like it even when I order from sellers from china through eBay or amazon
The worst customer service l have ever experienced in my life. I lost my gift, l called customer service l have gift card number but they said they can't help me
As a physical store, I have never had any problems with Zara at all. This was my second time ordering something online and it was an atrocious experience. I ordered a jacket and a pair of boots that I had wanted for some time. As I was tracking my package I found out that it said it had been delivered, but it said it had arrived in Pennsylvania when my address is in Maine. I called only to find out that my package had been returned to them and on top of that the items I had wanted were sold out and for some reason, they could not resend the package. Everyone was avoiding my questions on where my package truly was and I had to pry them to even learn if I was going to get a refund. A week later I got a call from someone saying the same thing that my package was lost and they could not give me the items, still no mention of when my refund would come in. Almost 3 weeks later I finally called them again asking where my $100 was and now I am expected to wait for them to "review" my case before my refund is processed which will most likely take another 2 weeks. As a college student, $100 is a lot and to not have my clothes or my money until a month and a half later is horrible.
Your last campain making fun of the suffering that is going on in Gaza is appauling and a disgrace. I don't understand how you would epect a decent human being to like it or buy your products again.
I am a regular shopper at Zara but my experience today was horrible. The employee at the changing room demanded for me to turn a jeans I didn't even try on upside down... when I decided to walk away and told her I didn't even try it on so she should do her job... she decided to report me to the security guard... so I decided to call the police for harassment. I went trough this drama all because of a jeans. Such a mean lil employee chasing me around the whole store for nothing... I didn't even try on the jeans... I told her the store is so messy that I took the unturned jeans like that... I had a size 38and a 40... the size 38 fit me after I tried it on so I didn't have to try on the other size which was turned inside out and for this this girl treated me like I'm a thief... she literally chased me around to turn the jeans upside down... wow... so when I decided to call her colleagues to come catch me like I stole something wow really? I'm never shopping there ever again... this is how the employees treat a customer
I never received items ordered online to be picked up at store. Both kept blaming eachother, no one helped. Essentially stealing money from people. Order# *******
Kicked mr enza denino and me out. CX in the chat lads. Callers led to Paul getting kicked out of store on stream just before he bought some sick threads. Security are cucks
I was at Zara today, International Plaza, Tampa, Florida. My wife bought 4 items, two for $7.90, and the other two $25.90. The problem was when she left the store she noticed the total rang up at $112.98. Two of the items that had stickers showing $25.90 actually rang up at $39.90 and $49.90 respectfully!
We returned to the store 30 minutes later and showed them the error. They said the the items were actually $39.90 and $49.90. They said that the price marked on the clothing ($25.90) was incorrect. I questioned how that was possible since it was their label and it was attached to each piece of clothing. They came up with some rediculous excuse saying a customer must have done this. Then I questioned this they came up with another excuse saying it had to do with European labeling. What a fraud! This also happened the only other time my wife attempted to buy an item about 3 months prior. She went to the register and it rang up more than the item tag said it was. She didn't buy then, and didn't buy any of the items today either.
I believe they are doing this on a regular basis to increase their profits and counting that most people won't check their receipts and notice their fraud.
This seriously needs to be looked into and I actually now regret not having called the police to file charges of theft against them if possible. This looks like a class action situation against Zara.
I began shopping at Zara in 2004 and have decided that I wll no longer buy clothing there anymore. It's one thing for stores to employ obnoxious employees but to cut back on the amount of cashiers thereby having shoppers waiting 15/20 minutes to make purchases is totally disrespectful. Now to find that they have consciously decided to resize measurements on their clothing is the last straw for me. I use to wear size 8 & 10 Zara clothing, be happy with the length of their trousers and the width of their sleeves, I still own and wear trousers I bought 3 or more years ago that fit! Now I cannot buy trouser, skirt or jeans past my mid-thigh never mind the shirt sleeves being too tight and too short! I know the owners have decided to go with Euro sizing but come on? Don't they know the reason why there are so many 8, 10, 12 on the sales rack is simply because they are much too small! It's because of these two reasons I'm back to shopping at Bloomingdales, JCrew and Gap, they at least realize American women have recovered from the depression era's malnutrition?! Fact is the average American woman is a size 12, why push your European beauty standards on us. so yeah, I'm done.

I have been shopping online for almost 10 years now and this is the worst company I have ever shop on. Aliexpress sellers have better customer service than this company. Bought over 300nzd worth of clothes but they sent me something I did not order, not my size and was only less than 60nzd. I chatted, emailed and even had to make a Facebook account just to get any response. A week after I received an email that I can proceed with the return. Went to the store and returned the item. I was told they cannot give me the correct products because the email only says I can return. They took the wrong order, processed it through "extra online" and said I will get a refund within 24 to 48 hrs. It has been a week since I returned the item but NOTHING. They are not even responding through FB chat anymore. Everytime you talk to someone, no one seems to know about your issue. You have to tell what happened over and over and over again and it always goes back to "oh we're so sorry for the inconvenience, we will look into this matter". But the "looking into this matter" never ends, it will never resolve. Disgusting! Hope this company gets bankrupt!
Horrible customer service. The customer service is inefficient and not helpful at all. They never tried to solve your problems but keep buck passing. I didnt get my package and they refused to reship or refund!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!
Never shopping here again. I ordered a balck bag and never got it, they still charged me. I WAS a good customer, spent quite a bit of money a year. Going elsewhere now. Horrible customer service!
I have tried contact ZARA for more than TWO WEEKS since ZARA have received my returned packages. All the return process is followed correctly within one month of purchasing. I have talked to more than 10 representatives about this and no help from most of them not even put my question into a claim. It was a terrible experience. But what is worst, I still did not get my refund correctly. Even when I finally got an email from zara to call Zara on July 24 which I called, I still did not hear anything back from them. I wrote an email having all my purchase information, my bank statement, my mailed back package photo and the ups delivery confirmation to them to apporve I have mailed the return item back. After I called and called, they finally asked me to forward the email to a different address rather the one on their website. I finally got 3 items refunded but they still not refund me for the last one. It is rediculous as the items are mailed together in same box! I have filed my return request correctly on ZARA's website. There is no explanation why they refund incorrectly or apologize at all. They just steal my money from my pocket and refused even say sorry. I still can not believe a big company like ZARA trade their customer this way.
I strongly recommend against buying a Zara gift card, or allowing them to transfer the balance of a return to one of their cards. I tried to use my card for the first time today and it came up as invalid on their "activate card" site. I first tried to resolve this issue through chat. The customer service person told me they couldn't help me and that I needed to call customer service. I called customer service and spoke to Lorenzo who told me this was an in-store issue and that I would need to call the store. I asked to speak to a manager, and he told me he is the manager and that I would need to call Corporate in order to file a higher complaint, but he would not give me the phone number. I called Corporate and spoke to Jessie, who told me I need to call customer service for any complaints. When I told her that Lorenzo said I had to call Corporate, Jessie said that she couldn't imagine why he would have said that as only customer service can handle complaints. Is this honestly how Zara runs its business? I am amazed at the run around I just received and still no sign of resolving my issues anywhere in sight.
Dear Sir/ madam;
I live in Salerno, Italy and I always go to Maximall Pontecagnano to check the lastest sales. I have often go to the my top 4 in my list of stores Zara being the first, Stradivarius, Pull and Bear and Bershka.
I noticed that the costumer assistants in Zara and the rest of these are cold and very unpolite. In Zara, i usually go at around 10-11:00 am so people are just starting their day. Not a soul would go out of their way to say good morning, or goodbye or thank you for coming! Try one of you to go incognito and pay, they dont say anything to let the costumer feel pleased.
Or is it a corporate norm?
Thank you and have a good day!
Nena
Every time zara deliver damaged clotes.
And not easy to return
Web sute not to mention you have no availability of anyone to help woth annoying rules.
This is last time I order.
I ordered a few items online on 26 December 2015. Now I know it is the holiday season and understand the stores are probably busy during this time of the year, so I was expecting the delivery to take a little longer than usual (I wasn't sure what their usual was as this was my first ordering from them online) Well it was 2nd January 2016, I finally got an email telling me the items has been shipped. A week later, there was still no sign of the package. After a couple emails, I decided to call them instead, and between all the calls made, I had been told different things, from items are available and are being shipped to 2 items out of the 3 I had ordered are out of stock. It is 18 January 2016, I made another called and they are telling me they will refund me for all the items. After reading some of the reviews about not getting their refunds, I sure hope I will get all my $300++ refund back.
**Update 01/29/2016. I am thankful that I got my refund on 22 January 2016. I am however still disappointed that I did not get the items that I thought was available online as I was looking forward to wearing them.
Trying to return two items at a local store that were purchased on line and STILL AVAILABLE ONLINE AT REGULAR PRICE is not possible if you go beyond their 1 month return policy. I was not intending to return the items but brought them into the store and was refused. I called online Customer Service and was also flatly refused. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years both in Canada and Internationally but they did not care nor would they even provide a credit. I am left with a pair of "kitten heels" that are impossible to wear from even the car to the office as it feels like you are walking in a metal shoe. The dress does not fit as it shows online and as such it is far too low cut for me to be able to wear out. I am left with two useless items, out hundreds of dollars and no place to turn except to Sitejabber. Not pleased at all and am questioning why I have been a loyal consumer of Zara's for so long. The only reason they got a 2 star is that I have been happy overall with my previous purchases, but the negativity from today has really set me back. It is a head shaker as to why they are very willing both at the store level and online customer service to loose a customer who has spent thousands over the years on myself and family members for the sake of a couple of hundred dollars. Seriously!
I never complain about a company online but this felt necessary. I recently was gifted baby clothes from Zara for my baby shower. I returned some items along with a gift receipt through the mail. After about 2 weeks, I called to see if they had received the package and to make sure the credit would be returned to me and not the gift giver (so that she would not know I returned her gift). They read back my email to me and said the credit would be sent there. A week later, I called back and was told the credit was actually emailed back to the gift giver. I awkwardly asked the gift giver to look through her email and she did not see a credit. Three days later, I called Zara back and was then told the credit was sent back to her credit card and there was nothing they could do to get the credit to me. The very, very rude customer service rep told me that he didn't see why I couldn't call the gift giver and ask her to send me the money for her gift. He said he did not know why they didn't see the gift receipt with the package, or why I was told three different stories each time I called. He would not transfer me to anyone else and said that he was the highest person I could speak with and took no ownership for their mistakes. Needless to say, I would not return anything via mail and trust that you will receive the credit, even if you do everything in the instructions to receive it.
Order alot times with them. First package 1 dress missing. Second order also 1 dress missing. Wth? Quality is great but no point if i dont get all of my order together
