I Bought these black office pants at Zara at $49.9 & after wearing them twice, the zip got stuck & broke off, i was at work & had to tie my blazer around like stupid clown!. Canada Store have over compromised on quality of these so called brand names!. Will never ever shop at Zara again!
Worst return policy of any store. I Purchased a jacket for my daughter-in-law, and asked the cashier to put the receipt in the bag. When I got to my daughter-in-laws house, she didn't like the jacket and the receipt was not in the bag. I went back to zero a few days later and explained that the receipt was missing, but my Visa statement could prove that I purchased the jacket. The manager absolutely refused, saying that the best they could do was to exchange the jacket for A different size. I then called corporate, spoke to a supervisor, who basically told me the same thing with an attitude. Up until now I have been a very loyal Zara customer. Horrible, disgusting customer service to say the least. Very very disappointed.
Daughter left in tears after dealing with this so called manager in zara henry street dublin all she wanted was to change 2 pairs of trousers she had forgotten her receipt but had prove of purchase as she paid on card he made an absolute show of her with about 15 people behind her she asked him to stop it hes an absolute bully
I am a regular customer of Zara and really like their fashion collection. But I still think that its a bit overpriced as compared to the quality of fabric which they are offering. Apart from that the shoes are also not of that good quality. I do not recommend Zara for footwear at all. The main reason is their low durability. Apart from that they do offer some good discounts and they also deliver to your house and can exchange at the store if the size is not right. Thats a really good thing. I love shopping from Zara.
Maybe it's items that I buy, but many of them are just not lasting more than 3 months, especially shoes. I used to spend all my salary here, but now I do not.
I got an item the other day, the moron in the cashier emade a mistake with the receipt and didn't take the security tag off. I went back to get that security tag off and they told me that I stole the item because the receipt didnt match the item. They told me that the best I could do was to buy the item again, or leave without the item I paid.
What is this $#*!ty service, accusing your customers of stealing, I am sure there are better clothing stores out there, I used to like Zara a lot until today.
So basically they have my money for the past about 7 returns. Noone there gives an answer as to why, its like pulling teeth, I wonder if this is even legal. Somehow I was told that one of the returned items they never received for like 19.99. They said I need to pay, paid it the second they sent me the link, and when I call they have no idea what I'm talking about! I have 8 case numbers pending, they are sitting on over couple hundred of dollars, and there no-one to talk to!
I quite enjoy Zara because they have on trend kids clothing for my son. I do have to say, I think the kids clothing (quality wise) is better than the adults. The jeans generally last unless my son grows or plays exceptionally rough (generally wears in the knee area if it does).
I have not had a bad experience with Zara thus far and can order last minute items for trips that will arrive on time to take with. I purchase some swim trunks (for son) for our trip to LA and they have become his favorites. Will continue to buy with them!
Most of their kids clothing last the perfect length for a tall growing boy of 7.
T'was my first time to order in Zara online. I've been contacting them many times cause I haven't yet receive my orders and it's been 2 weeks already but they just transfer me to different people and asking me the same questions. Stupid! They've always telling me that It was delivered already but I've never receive anything from them. They stole my money. I would never ever try to order again from them and in-store either. And I would not highly suggest them to my family and friends.
I will never shop at Zara again! I have called several times trying to get a refund on a order I returned I always get different people they give me the round around and ask me the same questions over and over I feel like I'm on trial for a crime and all I want is money back, all they say is how can I assist you? And I apologize bunch of thief's! I will be taking legal action against this company. People be aware dont shop Zara!
Buyer beware. Zara has the absolute worst customer service. I ordered a pair of children's shorts in sand color and they sent the wrong color (pink). I spent about an hour on hold explaining this to them and they insisted the pink shorts I was holding in my hands were in fact beige. I sent them back because they said they would reship it. They sent me the SAME pink shorts a second time. I wasted about 2 hours of my life on hold speaking to various representatives, all who were rude and completely unhelpful only to be told that I have to return them AGAIN! I sent 2 written letters to their NYC office because I wanted to get the gift card I have for the store refunded to a check as I don't want to give them any business. It's been months and no response. The service I received was horrific. It's unbelievable that they treat their customers this way. Never again!
Zara online has a terrible supply chain and customer service employees. In three occasions they sent me my order with missing pieces, the first 2 times they took a lot of time but they solve my issue but just 2 weeks ago I ordered clothes for my baby I ordered 14 pieces and I only got 6. I put the claim and they never answered me, I had to call 4 days after and talk to a supervisor, who told me that they did an investigation and that the box weight was accordingly to the weight of the full 14 pieces, after talking to her for a long time and explaining everything, she agreed to do partial shipment because they didn't have all the pieces in stock and partial refund, and the supervisor told me this was "AS COURTESY" like I didn't pay for my clothes and I was stealing from them, when they can not even give you proof of that. WHAT A SHAME ZARA! And with all the reviews that I have read online I can see this is a constant problem for you, a company like yours with such a name should do something about it! You just lost me as a customer.
Had an unauthorized purchase on my bank account from Zara. I contacted them immediately when it went pending. I have never shopped Zara. They opened a case. 6 days later the items ship to whoever ordered them fraudulently and Zara shipped them and charge my account instead of stopping the order day 1 when I called them. They refuse to credit my account. It has been one greedy excuse after another. HOW DOES THIS PLACE STAY IN BUSINESS! BEWARE OF THIS GREEDY UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY.
I bought from their website some clothes and was looking forward to recieve them. But later I was disappointed - I got a shirt of a very bad quality, and the trousers came with a big stain. Is it normal?!
Zara shipped the wrong color sweater on my order. Customer service rep advised me that I had to send the wrong color sweater back to them in order for Zara to ship the correct one. BAD customer service, it was Zara who made a mistake and I had to wait a week for the order to arrive. Not purchasing from Zara in the future. Other retailer would of send the replacement right away.
Online business has always been my preference. I can choose it over and over again. Buying online is amazing and makes things easier for the customers. You receive same product at thesame price you get at the shop. In addition you have the opportunity to change the product if you don't like it. Online business is also less time consuming.
I bought from Zara my most uncomfortable shoes, quality is very poor, material is thin, it won't last one week. I am disappointed. Even China has better quality! I also have a belt bag, which should be 20 cm (the official website tells), however it's only 18, and my 16 cm phone doesn't fit in it at all! Wasted money! They also always forget to remove that,, label lock" so I hope you have a hammer at home
Bought clothing in Ibiza but i live in Miami. Went to exchange/return a few items before I left but apparently they are not open on Sunday's. The customer service rep said most stores (after saying all were closed). I figured it would be no big deal to exchange here in the US. I don't even want money back, just sizes and maybe a different shirt but they basically say screw you. They don't care at all. Don't want to even try to help. So basically I am now extremely mad and will use the greatest tool on earth to talk about how bad they are, social media! All they had to do was be willing to work with me in someway. Nope. The culture of this company is terrible so it must be from the top down.
