With all my surgeries, I cannot wear just any shoes, I have to have some I can slide into, due to the fact I cannot bend over enough to put tie up or strap shoes. The Zappos (I've ordered 2 pair) have worked fine.
I purchased a pair of safety boots through the Zappos Amazon Fulfillment site and they really really hurt my feet but they were from 2021 and I wanted to see if they can exchange them for for the same boot but a larger size. I knew it was a long shot but it's always worth a try seemingly it wasn't a very long time, about 3 months and I couldn't wear them very much because of the pain. So, when the rep kept repeating the policy I was like okay then I just have to throw the $160 safety boots away bc I am unable to wear them and she said "let me repeat it to you one more time". It was like speaking to a robot, a rude robot. Carhartt is a great brand, but the seller sucks!
I have orrdered from Zappos.com several times and had a wonderful experience. I have only had to return something one time. It was easy to return with a prepaid label that was free to me. Also, I recieved a free overnight shipping code for my next order. Their customer service over the phone is Awesome! I don't say that about many websites or even stores for that matter. I was able to understand the lady that helped me with a question I had about things before I placed my order. I always recommend Zappos.com!
I have adored Zappos since I found their bit of shopping heaven for me! Their buyers were spot on for quality as well having an eye for forward thinking, as I purchased a wide brimmed hat in '09 treated with SPF! Plus, their Customer Service was outstanding! Yet, once Bezos purchased Zappos, I feel like I am shopping@ Amazon and NOT Zappos, that it was, but no now. I have kept TWO items in the last 18 months. Previously I took to Zappos for not only my shoes, but my handbags, sunglasses, swimsuits as well as active wear for hiking and gear. Now, I might as well shop on Amazon (which I will not), BUT I hate their Customer Service, as well as possible knock-offs.

Take all the positive adjectives in the English language that describe wonderful things and you'll have Zappos. I love them. I have never had a bad experience and I shop with them a lot. I love their return policy. (HerRoom.com could follow Zappos business model here, FYI). The employees are friendly, their site is friendlier. I rarely shop Amazon bc I don't like how things have to be returned. Zappos is the real deal. Zappos' business model is fantastic, a real gem. I just love, love, love Zappos. They're my BFF.
AMAZING! Usually went I shop... I think about it. Do I really need it bad enuff? If I don't like it. When will I ever find the time to take it back? If I order it online. Will it be here before my next birthday?
No worries. Zappo's customer service and deliveries are top notch! On my most recent order; after placing the order the very next day I second guessed myself and wondered if I had even submited the order. Then my doorbell rang. It was a package from Zappo's!
It would be a better world if Zappo's could run the IRS. Imagine that... Next Day Service!
Love Zappos. Not only do they have a great, varied, wide selection of quality products (I buy a lot of shoes and dresses from them), their customer service is EXCELLENT. I recommend Zappos as one of the best sites for clothing and shoes.
I confess I don't shop at Zappos.com as much as I used to, but I still scan their selection regularly. Having a brick and mortar DSW close by takes care of a lot of my shoe cravings.
When I order I get quick delivery and good service - and between Zappos and DSW I can find most anything I crave at a reasonable price.
Zappo's used to have a store in Las Vegas that we visited when in town - apparently the 'returns' went there and it was like Shoe Nirvana but last time we visited it was gone. Oh well, time marches on.
Just spent an hour on the phone to get a refund on the sneakers they sent me. I ordered 7.5 but they sent me 6.5 so I returned. Maybe they want to pay attention. Bad news is they will never refund to your credit card but to a gift card and even with a gift card they did not refund the balance. A total scam and they are essentially stealing money. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
I bought with them while I was living in Portland, then as I know in Portland you can find great Outlets I went there to compare the prices. Zappos has better prices and much better quality at least with Clark.

Nothing fancy - ordered an electronic gift card for my sister because I waited too long to get her a real gift. It arrived in less than 20 minutes and looked good enough to print.

Bought a pair of asics that fell apart days after receiving, they replaced and same thing happened. Yeah they refunded my money but why not sell quality goods to begin with? What a concept.
