The item I purchased was delivered in a timely manner to my home. My package arrived without any deficits or packaging issues. Overall, I had a good experience with Zapaka and their clothing line.
I bought size AU8 shoes from their Australian website. The shoes came marked size EU39 which is the equivilent to AU8. However the shoes were not an EU39, they were tiny and more like an EU36. I sent multiple photos to them showing them they were incorrectly sized but they just kept denying there was a problem. Very difficult to deal with. Their shoes are in the middle of the photo with 3 shoes. The other shoes are both my own size EU39 shoes. I also left a negative review on their website which they have not uploaded.
I have no words to describe my disappointment.
Delivery extremely late. No contact with customer service. Mistakes in order (only 4 positions of 12 in my order was correct).

I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding and I love vintage, mainly 50s. This site has so many options and for a decent price. I ordered 3 dresses and 2 tutu petticoats. I am actually in love with these dresses and planning on ordering some of the other dresses I really wanted to buy originally. The dresses are well made in my opinion and really soft. I am always concerned when ordering online, the main reason I took the plunge was seeing customer photos of the black and white striped dress and saw how well it looked. None seem cheaply made. I have seen some reviews complaining about wait time, even from coming from China I ordered on Aug 5 and received them Aug 17... maybe Canada has a lesser issue arriving?
I have noticed that most of the negative reviews on this site (sitejabber) are not verified customers. So I'm not sure if those people are actually fake. I mean out of 75 1star reviews only 15 are verified? Seems odd.
Either way, I love these dresses and gonna order more in the near future.

Placed an order 1/31/2024 (ORDER ZAPAKAUS*******) and have emailed their service team (*******@zapaka.com) with no response. Also called the number that is tied to the credit card charge which occurred 2/1/2024 and got a voicemail of which a message waso left.
Still no response on my order update request.
Don't bother ordering from this company. The worst, most frustrating customer service ever! Shop elsewhere, where the company actually cares about their customers.

I ordered on March 9th. I ordered 2 sizes for my daughter's prom. The dresses took so long to arrive I had to but another dress for her to wear to prom. They finally arrived March 31st and they DID NOT FIT. And we ftook measurements and followed their sizing guide. They also emailed me and said I could not order 2 so I said fine just send the size 18 and they sent both anyway and charged me for both. Of course their phone number is fake. You will never get an answer! When I email for return they say I have to send pictures? So I did 3 times and it's been days and no response. They're crooks. Please please don't buy from them! I will also be posting this on EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE REPEATEDLY! I am a hard working widow and I worked overtime to get these dresses for my daughter and now I can't get my money back. Such horrible disgusting people in the world!

If I could write less than one star, I would. I purchased what I thought was a beautiful ball gown in June for an event in July, and while it arrived on time, the sizing was inaccurate so I had to return it and ask for a refund—something I might note, was listed as free on their website, but when you read the fine print you realize you won't have your shipping refunded, there or back. It was a task to get them to acknowledge the refund initially in emails, and they tried to talk me out of refunding the item and encouraged me to sell it. I chose to proceed with the refund. This was July. I sent all the necessary materials to them, and was to expect a refund in the 10 days following receipt. Weeks passed. Months passed. Crickets. In November, I decided to email them again. Once again, no response, 4 months later. I was then most heartily displeased, so I followed up a week later. The crickets were louder. Finally, approximately three days ago, I sent a final scathing email. Apparently someone's attention was gotten, because they immediately apologized and processed the refund. Only, of course, for the price of the dress and not for the shipping—which is, again, in the fine print but worth noting. I'm not one to write reviews, but this was the worst, most traumatizing shopping experience of my entire life. DO NOT. I repeat, DO. NOT. PURCHASE. FROM. ZAPAKA. And perhaps, don't buy from anything that doesn't have a storefront in the future.

Simply one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had the misfortune to have
I ordered a dress that looked nice on the website but when it finally arrived it was very poorly made with cheap looking fabric and was far smaller than their own sizing guide, I would suggest by at least two sizes
Because 'easy' returns are advertised I thought it was safe to order. The fact is that Zapaka are based in China and if you are able to eventually get them to accept your return you will need to send it via a tracked postage method in order to get your money back. The correspondence I have had since my purchase in February has been exhausting, both with Zapaka themselves and also with PayPal who I thought I would be able to rely on, not a chance
The bottom line is that really the goods are substandard, as you can see from the authentic reviews posted on here - rather than the glossy studio photos they would like us to believe are real...
Anyway, do not take the chance on wasting your money with this company, they are a massive con and enormously disappointing.
Honestly, I have been left with a £55 dress that is completely useless to me but would cost too much to send back to China tracked... it is not even good enough to gift to somebody or sell on
I firmly expect more fake reviews to now go on this site in defence of this awful company and in order to counteract my honest and authentic review :(
The company completely misrepresented where the products would ship from. Shipping time was indicated as three to 7 days from North Carolina. Items arrive three weeks too late from CHINA.
