My mistake hindi naalis ko ung tag nung sapatos so hinayaan ko nalang. Then eto lng kakarecieve ko na dalawang fubu shirt grabe, halatang halata na hindi authentic! Ung tahi nya halatado maxado. Un nga lang ung napunit ko ung packaging nya kaya i end up keeping the other one tas return nalang ung isa. Sa nangyari wala nkong tiwala sa zalora

I am just quiet surprised for those very disappointed costumers who had bad experience with ZALORA but I am quiet been BLESSED I had the GREAT ONE. My last orders were CLN sandals and it's supposedly 1,499 regular price and they marked it down to 999 each pair plus give me additional 25% for Mother's Day. It wasn't a quick delivery as my previous orders though but when I had the items I could really can tell that my waiting time before I got my order was really so much worth'ed. Very beautiful piece of sandal big markdown plus big discounts for 2 pairs of sandal I only paid 1498. 50. And they're both authentic CLN. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU ZALORA
Sa zalora ako bumubili ng branded name apparel like fubu, havaianas, levis, hawk, jansport, ego, mick&marty, banana peel, world balance, crissa, hotkiss, aero, dyse one, nike... etc. Na mga branded name. 1stym ko mg order ng nike shoes, asang asa ako na 100% orig kasi ung nike socks na naorder ko b4, orig. Tpos ng marecev ko ang nike shoes kahapon lang, subra ako nadissapoint kasi parang class a lang sy, na mabibili mo sa cartimar! Isasauli ko tlga ito!.

I order 2 dresses and a sandal on October 26 already paid in my card until now November 21 hindi pa din nadeliver everyday ako nag e mail sa knila just to tell me the status of my order pero hindi nila masabi or ma track yung order ko sabi nila "the hub is not responding" ganun ba kapulpol yung company nila? Coz all i know that Zalora is a big company, to think nag order ulit ako on October 28 and was delivered October 31... Then ordered again on November 11 and delivered November 13 all transaction in COD. So how can they explain my October 26 order na up to now wala pa

This is my first time to order at zalora, and having read all the reviews, totoo nga ang kasabihan nasa huli ang pagsisisi I ordered 3 items last Sunday and it was delivered Wednesday but when I opened the package I noticed its not authentic. I ordered 1 shirt, 1 blouse and 1 culottes but the tela of the shirt is so manipis and same with the blouse. Ok na sana yung culottes it looks original but may defect naman! The garter is twisted Hindi pantay ang Pagkakatahi. And I agree sa mga reviews na nabasa ko dito, i discovered that the brand that I bought comes from another brand and there's a living proof, naka attached pa yung receipt na sa ibang brand nanggaling. I'm traumatized. I'll never ever order again from zalora!
Hi zalora,, my past experience in zalora online shopping is great until my last purchase. I purchased a CATERPILLAR boots (BCAT-10 BLACK) with order number ******* for 4,599 pesos. It is twice the price of a Gibson boots so I was expecting a boots that is way better than that of a gibson product. Unfortunately the Gibson product is much much better thatn this item that was delivered. I was not home when it was delivered so, It was not me who received the item. When I came home, I was so happy to inspect it but then I was very disappointed because it is not an original CATERPILLAR product. The description of the boots in zalora has a steel toe but the item that was delivered has no steel toe, so I am really convice that it is a fake CATERPILLAR boots. At first, I think that zalora is selling only authentic product but now I think otherwise.
I just found out na hindi pala authentic yung Nike shoes na nabili ko last 2 weeks. Nakaka dismaya lang kasi akala ko nakamura ako kasi SALE daw. Yun pala hindi orig. I do thorough research and as of checking yung description ng Fake ones ay parehas sa items na nabili ko sa Zalora. 2 pair pa naman ang binili ko. I ordered a pair of sandals last February 2020 worth P1,000.00. It was too small for my husband so I filled out the online return form and sent it back to zalora. After a few days they sent it back to me indicating that I had not included the sales invoice with the package. Funny enough the sales invoice was in the returned package when I got it. When I went to online to chat with their customer representative and pointed this out, they said the returns team was looking for a tape type receipt of the seller (BENCH) and not the sales invoice I sent back. I must mention that the sales invoice that I got is an official looking sales invoice, complete with TIN, VAT and other details you can find in a legally printed sales invoice. I keep insisting that it was the only sales invoice with the package, as it is not legal to issue 2 sales invoice for the same transaction. I have tried both the live chat as well as calling their hotline. All of them promising to give me feedback but never doing so. So disappointed with Zalora. So this will serve as a warning to potential buyers. ZALORA HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SO DON'T EXPECT RETURNS TO BE PROCESSED PROPERLY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND LET YOU EXPECT FOR A REFUND WHICH WILL NEVER HAPPEN.
I bought a Jabra headset with them to use for my ESL work. After going over several reviews online I finally thought of buying one and since I had a good experience buying a bag with them before I opted to go with Zalora one more time. But after receiving the headset and trying it out, to my surprise and dismay it cannot even SUPPRESED NOR REDUCED any background noise, so I returned it to them the following day. Then it took a while and finally an email saying they already have my returned package, then the recent email I received after a few days did not even give me any proper resolution, and worst he closed the ticket. My money is with them as well as the item. So I opened another ticket again with the previous details, the next CSR is very kind enough to be overly sarcastic to even say that "It is impossible to get 100% noise cancellation even with headsets worth 25,000 and up". Hell, girl, it is not the right time for you to say things comparing expensive items to just entry-level items that I bought! That is also one of the reasons preventing me from buying higher priced products because it might be defective and won't be able to do even NOISE REDUCTION. They wanted to return the same item to me that IS NOT FREAKING WORKING AT ALL. I needed a headset not just for a normal day kind of music listening or calling but for professional work. It seems that this company's CS doesn't even know how to properly work or answer customer service concerns, they lack empathy and a sense of urgency as well as comprehension of what the customer's underlying concern is. Very incompetent, and unprofessional and don't really care about their customers. I'm not going to be surprised if this company will slowly dies out soon because of not caring about the source of their income, us, the customers.
It's been a year since I got hooked on Zalora Phil. I have had bought numerous items that's of good quality may it be cheap or costly. The most expensive item I bought from Zalora is the ASICS sneakers where they gave me a discount though it was not included in their discounted promo that time which made me realize perhaps I've been a loyal customer hence I was given 10 percent off. The ASICS sneakers is really brand new and genuine. From Mango shirts and bags this brand is all authentic in Zalora unlike in Lazada where I bought a Mango sling bag a couple of years ago that's very disappointing. Delivery wise the items were always handled by the friendly and efficient 2go courier. Yes they are courteous and they make it a point to text or give me call when I have a package. Plus the 2go tracking system is also user friendly as in you can see in their tracking your package is out for delivery. For now, they changed their courier which is Airspeed.Its good but not as efficient as 2go. In Airspeed their tracking system makes no mention of your package is out for delivery however Airspeed also makes a call or SMS you before delivering your item. All my transactions are cash on delivery. One time I returned a K Swiss sneakers they gave me a refund via Credit Wallet that can be used in a year... still the actual amount of money I paid them. They did not charge me anything when I returned the K Swiss shoes. What I do not like with Zalora are their dress and shirt measurements for Women which are for SMALL sizes BUt still it is declared there that they have other sizes from Small to XL etc. Usually when we buy clothes we need to know the measurements of the different sizes because not all measurements for specific sizes are alike. Sometimes in other brand your bust size may be 44 inches which is XL but for other brands this can be a 2XL. At least we are aware of what to buy or not and if it will fit us perfectly. It is inconvenient returning an item especially when you live far from the courier's office. I do not buy pants and clothes without measurements mentioned in the details. I trust Zalora well but hopefully they could make an effort to post appropriate measurements for some brands without it.
All dress and stuffs are beautiful, i love them. Its easy to shop. Very convient and helful since this time's pandemic.
This entire process has been a nightmare. My earrings never arrived. I texted the delivery person multiple times and was ignored. It said delivery would be reattempted but no attempts have been made whatsoever in first plsce. I cannot wait every day. I have work. If it cannot be delivered keep the item and refund me because I do not wish to conduct business with your company ever again.
As for the return and exchange, the items were cheap looking and expensive to purchase. I spent hours going to several different cliqq approved 711s and no location would accept my package. This is a scam. So I contacted customer service and she scheduled a pickup for TUESDAY THE NINTH or today and yet i get notification they attempted to pick up already? Also I no longer want my exchange. The item I was excjangitnf, please process as a return and have delivrty driver for the exchange item be sent back to zalora. This is all so terrible.
I have no idea how to get my return back to you. I have unsuccessfully tried numerous times and problems are all on your end. I cannot keep waiting and return to USA after a while so please kindly take care of this asap. To be clear two items in my possession are to be returned for refund (item for exchange is NOT WANTED DUE TO NEGLIGENCE) and item on the way is forever lost by now so give a refund please.
Zalora answers you but not followup questions despite the ongoing service ticket. Do not be scammed. Returns are a scam with them and they will not help once they have your money. Would not advise business with them.
