I always have a good experience with Zalora.com.ph that is why online shopping with them is a breeze. The packaging is impressive and delivery is really fast.
Buyers beware though, please do not shop at LAZADA.COM.PH. The products that they are selling sucks, especially cellphones. There are many horror stories about this website. I will never again do online shopping with Lazada.com.ph.
Zalora.com.ph is the only reason why I got hooked with online shopping. Their items are superb, discount and coupons are generous, pricing is reasonable and they just have the best costumer service.
My items always arrives on time, returns are done flawlessly and user friendly website.
Good words should always be spread for awesome online store like Zalora.
To cut it short, bought a pair of shorts that can be used for swimming and the sizing was about 3 sizes off. Unbelievably waaayyyy off! I was slightly smaller than they're model and I got 2 sizes larger than hers. But it was still tight on me! It was eating into my skin in minutes! Since they're under the category of "swimwear", they cannot be exchanged for hygiene purposes. They're shorts! Not a bathing suit! The company who owned the item was willing to have it exchanged, but only through Zalora. Tried, but no luck. Never again! What a waste of time and money just for a pointless policy!
Thanks Zalora for the item it was so good and perfect. I love the slippers but my only problem is the delivery is too long 45 days due to ECQ. Anyway it's worth the wait because I love the item. Looking for another items again soon. Stay safe and God Bless...
The customer service offered by Zalora is ridiculous. I was offered a birthday discount. When I tried to use it, it said that the discount had already been used which was impossible because I haven't made any purchases since my birthday. Then I was asked to call +65 ******* but when I did it said that the line was done for upgrading and to call back tmrw. Meanwhile the items that I wanted to buy and were sitting in my shopping bag have disappeared, apparently the Closet dress I wanted is sold out. It was there last night then disappeared when I wanted to check out and then reappeared this morning. And now has disappeared again. What's going on? I've written to customer service but by the time they respond, I'm sure other sale items would be sold out. Is this a ruse to get people to shop, entice them with false discounts / promos and they finally end up paying full prices? Terribly unethical. So disappointed. Shame on you Zalora.
I ordered Skechers Envy- good thing in Mauve color and they sent me Navy Blue with different box (skechers flex box) hassle to send it for return as i am leaving on Thu for 2 weeks, and the reason i ordered the shoes cause i am going to wear it on my journey but this is what happened. So f***** pissed off
Second time im not happy with what i received. Seriously? My first return was unsuccessful like the "pickup" option is useless. This is the second time im returning my purchase using the "pickup" option. Someone better show up! FRUSTRATING!
So I just received the "powder brush" a minute ago and ITS NOT EVEN A POWDER BRUSH. So completely different from what is shown in the website. Its a BLUSH BRUSH I can tell. Not only that, the bristles are falling off. It looks so cheap! I get it. It's not that expensive because I got it on sale. This is my first time to purchase something like this online to see how reputable Zalora is and this is what I get. This is the reason why I don't trust online stores in the first place! ZALORA Philippines misleads their customers with their scam promotion. Lure potential customers so they can earn website traffic. Mislead potential customers by naming their product to a different product. Sending you a product that is totally different from what you ordered and ZALORA hoping that customer will not complain about it at all. Then just simply tell you that the product you want is now out of stock. Offering a refund using their Wallet credit feature even when the customer did not request it at all. Cost their customers time, effort and inconvenience as well as emotional stress and disappointment.
Fast and decent. I ordered a cheap item just to test the site (a bracelet) and chose to pay through COD. 1 week later (I'm from Laguna), I woke up when my phone rang. A guy from Zalora is calling to inform me that he was infront of my house! Got my order, paid the guy and everything went smoothly.
Packaging is in good condition with no noticeable scratches or damage.
I already recommended this site to my family and friends. The only downside I see is the lack of tech accessories and gadgets. Zalora mostly offer apparels, trinkets and small gadgets like watches, headphones, phone cover etc.
I recently tried to purchase an item but made a mistake. Sure enough Zalora is fast at processing my order cancellation and within a week issued me a full refund!
I ordered a compressor and still never got it but was charged for it and good luck getting any right information off of them on the where abouts of your item they suck and are nothing but a scam tool site
Bad customer service received from Lora! Unhelpful and sarcastic! Not even checking the history of the purchase. I always order items online and their customer service is by far the worst i've encountered
So I bought at zalora for a birthday discount of 27%. When I received the product and compared it to real nmd's and reviews on how to spot fake products, it was surely fake.

Order sent was different, it was a very ugly old bag. I dont believe its a mistake, you have quality control before you pack the item. Youre a scam! Though you would return the money, the hassle that it will cost the buyer is not acceptable! Dont try buying here again!
They got my order wrong and they said they still have the correct item with them. So i said i still wanted it. It took a few days before informing me that the item is out of stock! The refunded my money via wallet. It meant that i needed to order another item from them. When i tried to order a new item, i was asked to pay for shipping! Just wow! It was them who got my order wrong, why did they have to charge me for shipping? They gave me a big headache that i didnt deserve. And all through out this transaction, they never, not even once apologized. At all. I will never patronize zalora again. Customer service sucks!
This company is a scam. They are sucking people or taking advantage of people who are wanted to have the item they have. And they are asking people to pay the fees from overseas. And the local fees. Why are they selling things that are not on hand? It seems like made to order?
At first, i was impressed with the item i got. But when i ordered levi's jeans i suspected it to be fake because of the zipper brand(IDEAL is the brand not LEVIS or YKK)so i bought another pair and its really not genuine.the levi's jeans i thought it was authentic turned out to be fake. This time the red tab at the back right pocket has no levi's name on it. See the pix. Beware of this online flatform though you can send the item back for free shipping. Still a waste of time. Trust rating is negative. Goodbye zalora.
My experience with Zalora so far has been great. I ordered two items (a watch and a bag) and they arrived way earlier than the expected date. Thumbs up to Zalora for exceeding expectations! The quality of the products I ordered are great as well. Although there was a bit of a problem when it came to delivery since they couldn't find my residence (it was on my part since my residence is quite hard to find) but nevertheless they contacted me about the problem and was able to solve it in a day. I'm looking forward on my future shoppings with Zalora!
