Bought a pair of $10,000.00 earrings and the screw on backs will not even stay on and they will not stand behind them. Zales sucks. Find you another place to spend your money. All they want to do is charge you more for something they should fix without any charge. I will never step foot in another Zales.
Zales have wonderful selections of jewelry for wonderful prices. Never take your business anywhere else.Go online if you cant make it in a store to look through theyre selections. From rings to bracelets, i promise they wont let you down.

Well i made an order and got an email confirmation with an order number. Well when it come time for it to be delivered no zales stuff. So i decided to check on things come to find out my order was canceled. Waited forever when i did finally reach them the lady proceeded to tell me. Lol that somehow after all this time ive had this card something went wrong. Apparently. She claims maybe or possibly there was information that wasnt matching which is a lie my billing info gets sent to my address etc. Its been that way since i got the card from the local store which i love them at the store. But now my son wont get his special gift he wanted extremely bad which really hurts me. So i will be paying this card off and canceling it i will get one from someone who cares about me as a customer i do not care if canceling the card will affect my credit this was ridiculous for me a loyal paying customer to go through horrible experience the worst and i wont forget that.
Call zales and my name is on the account with my husband. They see my name and said ma'am we still can't tell you how much to pay he has to call from ICU and tell us it's okay for us to talk to you even though your name is on the account. If the promotion is not paid off on time the company will just add interest. Please someone tell me, I'm I missing something in trying to pay a bill. Have a Bless Day.
I bought a 14 gold necklace for my wife several days ago. It was our 10 years wedding anniversary. The product was absolutely amazing and my wife loves it! I was hesitating for several days and then I decided to ask for some help so i contacted them and said i want a gift fro my wife. They gave me lots of good advice and then I paid the order without hesitation. I must say part of the reason is that they provide customers super good services. My wife and I are both jewelry fanatics. She loves jewels with delicate appearance and I, love hip-hop jewelry. I bought her the most precious gift from Zales and she, bought me my favorite Cuban chain from KRKC&CO, a jewelry store online that sells super fashionable men's jewels. We both received the beloved gift, which means a lot to us at out tenth anniversary. So i strongly recommend Both Zales and KRKC&CO for all the jewelry fans.
I ordered diamond earrings for my wife on 2-16-22. Delivery date was on 2-28-22 still haven't received earrings on 3-3-22
Call customer service 2 different times and both times they refused to refund me or give me a delivery date. Manager on customer service line refused to refund my money and hung up on me. The store told me I had to order this item online, it was the only way to get the item I wanted.
I spent over an 1 1/2 just on hold just to talk to someone from customer service.
I expected a high quality of customer service. I will be looking for a different jewelry retailer for now on!
I will never buy from them again. The company doesn't have a jewelry repair and offer a guarantee on all high end purchases. It takes 1 hour to dip the rings in rhodium but they have no jewelry repair employees to do it. The solution is to take your jewelry and send it off for 3 or 4 weeks. Then it comes back and look worse than before you sent it. The solution to that was "well we would be more than happy to send it off again. " Zales are you crazy I would like my $15,000.00 plus wedding rings on my fingers as they are supposed to be. I even told them to let me know what store had a jewelry repair person and I would drive there. Wow don't you know not one store in the whole USA has a repair person in it. Please don't make the same mistake my husband and I did and buy from Zales go to a good creditable jeweler Finks is my choice after this experience I don't need the headache. My rings are two completely different colors after they rhodium dip them. Photos below
The worst customer service ever! A friend and I walked through Lynnhaven Mall, stopped at Zale's to look and ask questions, intending to come back after Christmas to shop. The sales agent, Kyle, worked with us and answered our questions. I guess I asked too many questions because my last question to him he simply yelled NO. Yes, he yelled at me. There were two other salespeople, both women and at a cash register when a man came to the counter to ask a question. My friend and I came up about three feet from the man and stood until one of the saleswomen acknowledged us. Neither made eye contact with us, and both made like it took both of them to answer the man's question. When they could no longer ignore us, one asked if we needed help. She walked us over and pointed to the item in question and then hurried away from us. Just a little bit of research and I found horror stories on Zale's customer service. Oh well!
If I could give Zales zero stars I would. My boyfriend is deployed and he got me this bracelet it broke 3 weeks later and I took it to get fixed and resized. They gave me a hard time about getting it back and it doesn't fit. So $#*! you Zales.
I have been shopping at Zale's for over 30 years. My complaint is about the quality. I made a purchase Christmas before last and the quality was not up to par. I wanted to return the item badly but did not want to upset my family member. This I decided to give it another try and order 3 heart necklace sets for my daughter and myself, received the order and it's a thumbs down again. The put the necklace and earring in a ring box which looks tacky. My daughter's set was to come with a personalized note. It was alright, right on a paper giving details of the price. My necklace set was in a ring box, 1 earring was floating around in the UPS box, the pair had no backings. Presentation is horrible! To correct I would have to spend my time repackaging and mailing. Zales please step it up!
I did an order on my laptop and the wrong billing town and zip code pre populated. The order was in 2 shipments and I canceled the second one and still shipped. They charge you the full amount which takes 7-10 days to drop off then when items ship they charge you again. One item was sent back to Zales because town is wrong and can take 30 days to get your money back. All around the companies online ordering system is flawed and I'd never shop there again!
I am wearing a diamond bracelet for almost a month. Once latched the bracelet will not unlatch. My husband gave it to me on our 6/11/22 wedding day. He had a problem opening the latch before he gifted it and took it to the store where they told him it is supposed to be that way. Well it has been on for over a month. We are told it will take another week for customer service to help.
Each person we talk to has a different story. We keep getting put off. And I wear my diamond bracelet gardening and painting. ( with tape over it).
I'm going to reach out one more time then take it to a jewelers that will help us.

Zales has some fantastic deals on rings. I'm not going to lie: I wanted to buy my fiancee an engagement ring that looked as nice as possible for as little money as possible. Since I had heard Zales commericials on the radio and been in a store or two I knew I could trust them. So I found a couple rings online, emails the links to her friends, got the OK, and made the purchase. I didn't regret it. Zales saved me a ton of money on my engagement ring.
My wife and I while shopping at your store in the Galleria in Hoover, store 1572, we had the pleasure to meet your sale person name Sam. I must say she is very pleasant and a great personality. She assisted us with our purchases of his and her wedding rings for upcoming celebration of our fifty year wedding anniversary. She also scheduled me a date in September to come in and talk with a Jeweler about designing a necklace for my wife for this occasion. It was our pleasure meeting with and purchasing our rings from Sam. Sam's knowledge and guidance was very value and helpful in assisting us with our purchases.

The jewelry is okay I guess even though it is low quality the price is low too. The main issue is if you have any questions concerns or complaints they will go unanswered and unheard. They are the least customer friendly company I have ever worked with and I will never be shopping with them again.
I ordered a necklace from Zales Jewelry online and after receiving it the stones in it were so tiny I could hardly tell th we re ×ere any. The cost of this necklace was so expensive I should have a very had a larger chain and stones that were visible.
I will never purchase from them again.
I've been shopping at Zales for many years, and I must say Christine is fabulosity, gracious, professional and actually knows about the jewelry she's selling, great upseller too, she as brilliant and beautiful as the diamonds she sells! Customer service at its finest!
I order on October 3,2020 and they say that I will get my order on November 3. If I had known it would take a month I would have shopped somewhere else. I will not buy from Zales again. They should refund some money sense it takes so long.
I stopped by Zales on Saturday, March 27,2021 in the Augusta Mall to purchase a 795.00 Movado watch. I was told the watch was ringing up 695.00. So because the Manager was on vacation the sales person could not get anyone to override the system to make the sale. I have never heard of such and will take my business else where from now on!
