Purchased a wedding ring back on 2/9/2021 before my wedding to my long term partner beautiful ring, fast forward to 10 months later the top piece of the ring literally falls off while im in bed on my laptop. Mind you this is a 3k ring, i take it to zales and ofcoarse their only solution is MORE MONEY either pay to repair their faulty product or buy the extended warranty like wtf! So i leave call zales customer service they tell me to go back and send in the ring to see if the cost isnt too much theyd cover the repair and they didnt go through with that too, the only good thing as they mentioned is that i can put the ring towards an upgrade as if im gonna spend another dime on those mother$#*!ers! Hell no DONT BUY FROM ZALES THEIR PRODUCTS ARE A PIECE OF $#*! SUPPORT A LOCAL JEWELER!
I ordered a necklace on-line on 03 Feb with the assurance that it would be delivered by 14 Feb (Valentine's day). As of 10 Feb I had not received any shipping information, therefore, I called the Zales customer support number and was assured that I would receive the necklace on Valentine's day. I further reached out to the Zales chat line and was again assured that the item would be received as promised. I received a note shortly after my conversations (10 Feb), indicating the item has been shipped along with tracking information. Upon checking the tracking information, I was advised that the necklace would be delivered on 15 Feb! Thank you Zales for ruining Valentine's day! You would hope that placing an on-line order 11 days before the needed date would suffice to get the item on time. Zales is acting like it is no big deal and I cannot understand how they can compete with other on-line retailers with this kind of service and attitude.
The jewelry is okay I guess even though it is low quality the price is low too. The main issue is if you have any questions concerns or complaints they will go unanswered and unheard. They are the least customer friendly company I have ever worked with and I will never be shopping with them again.
I have been shopping at Zale's for over 30 years. My complaint is about the quality. I made a purchase Christmas before last and the quality was not up to par. I wanted to return the item badly but did not want to upset my family member. This I decided to give it another try and order 3 heart necklace sets for my daughter and myself, received the order and it's a thumbs down again. The put the necklace and earring in a ring box which looks tacky. My daughter's set was to come with a personalized note. It was alright, right on a paper giving details of the price. My necklace set was in a ring box, 1 earring was floating around in the UPS box, the pair had no backings. Presentation is horrible! To correct I would have to spend my time repackaging and mailing. Zales please step it up!
Placed order 12-******* tracking info said 12-23-2021delivery date on 23rd it changed to the 26 and it keeps changing everyday, today is says the 1-18-22, only to find out the tracking # is no good, it a label that was created, spoke to several people from zales on line and on phone only to get the run
Around about my refund. They can not let me speak to any supervisors or give me name of district or regional managers… They couldn't find any information of where my order originated from…
Zales is a joke. I have tried to order one specific item THREE times when a discount was allowed on purchase. EACH time the check out online would not allow me past a certain point and ORDER at the discounted price. Then I call the horrible customer service and they tell me, "We cant honor that price it has expired." LITERALLY this time I called it was ONLY 10 MINUTES prior to trying to check out online. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I bought an expensive necklace for my daughter on-line, as our local store closed. The necklace was packaged poorly and the necklace chain had knots in it. The necklace was put haphazardly in a velvet bag and then in a cheap cardboard box. My chat with customer service was terrible with "sorry, but you can return it". I then called the customer service number. Rachel asked me to wait so she could see what could be done. I was on the on the line (not on hold) for 45 minutes waiting! Then I was hung up on. No return call or email. They obtained all my information at the beginning of the call. I filed a BBB complaint and will continue to notify other consumers of their poor quality and service.
I am Livid with this company and I will be leaving reviews wherever I can! I ordered my wedding set and was supposed to receive it 2 days ago! Unfortunately my order is still showing pending! I have been lied to 4 times in regards to my order nobody can tell me anything! They have nobody higher up to speak with! Not only will they ruin my engagement party but I do not know if my rings will be here for my wedding! But yet you can go online order the same set and get it next week! I have no words for this company other then they need to have supervisors available that can get things done! I sure hope nobody else is dealing with this issue! Well i made an order and got an email confirmation with an order number. Well when it come time for it to be delivered no zales stuff. So i decided to check on things come to find out my order was canceled. Waited forever when i did finally reach them the lady proceeded to tell me. Lol that somehow after all this time ive had this card something went wrong. Apparently. She claims maybe or possibly there was information that wasnt matching which is a lie my billing info gets sent to my address etc. Its been that way since i got the card from the local store which i love them at the store. But now my son wont get his special gift he wanted extremely bad which really hurts me. So i will be paying this card off and canceling it i will get one from someone who cares about me as a customer i do not care if canceling the card will affect my credit this was ridiculous for me a loyal paying customer to go through horrible experience the worst and i wont forget that.
This place is not a company you want to buy from, I ordered a ring September 13th was told it would be here by the 30th i didn't receive my ring until yesterday! And when told I'd be compensated for the delay. They lied! Lol not worth it! Take your money and go else where. They don't tell you anything when you call either it's a "we can't do anything" type of business! They're lazy! Rude! I'd honestly be embarrassed to work here smh!
Don't recommend ordering for this place. I placed a order online and they took money out of account but said order didn't process when called so told me to order again over the phone did that but received email they canceled order. So took over 1200 out of my account and still have no ring. Customer service sucks. If I could rate a 0 I would.

Recently purchased a +$2000 necklace. Within 1 month clasp broke-kindly (not really) offered to fix it for $100. Now 7 months old and it has lost all its sparkle and will not lay flat. Their solution is we can send it in for repair at your expense. It has not been abused, slept in or worn in water. My $200 chain that's 25 years older looks better than this one. Their customer service will do nothing to help you. They did not even tell me it was exchangeable until after it was too late. I will never again buy from Zales and will not hesitate to share my opinion.
I brought $400 earrings as a gift to my fiance. They came broken. I've called and tried to get this fixed. But instead of zales correcting and going out their way to fix the problem, they made, they keep telling me to go out my way. I'm already out a extra $500 for engagement pictures. When I said I would sue. They told me to go ahead and sue. Lost of time money and still out of earrings. Will be returning and never buying again. Cheap high priced jewelry.
I will never order from zales jewlery store and i will not buy anything from zales jewelry store. I ordered a pair of green quartz earrings order number ************** when they arrived they were clear glass no green whatsoever. I called to send them back they said I had to print a label I don't have a printer. They said no problem go to the UPS store and they will print it and mail it for me wrong answer ups will not print it for free it will cost me $3 what a crock of crap that I have to pay $3 to return the item that was their fault. When I spoke with customer service agent Brenda she was less than helpful she tried to tell me that the color was a matter of personal preference I said absolutely not I ordered Green quartz and came clear no color whatsoever that's not personal preference you ordered green your supposed to get green what a Croc never again.
I had a 1.26ct diamond putting the setting of my engagement ring and 3months later it just fell out. I was charges $400 for this to be done by a "new jeweler" that they "didn't know anything about" but we were assured that they had full confidence in them. The stone was crooked and the prongs are visibly uneven. My fiancé doesn't have an engagement ring anymore, and I'm out the cost of a 1.26ct diamond because of shoddy workmanship. I never plan on being back, and will tell everyone not to take the risk with zales. I'd prefer a check for the value of the diamond and having it set at retail price so I can have it done properly elsewhere.
After placing an order with my finance as a gift for someone else, his card was double charged. When I emailed to have this mistake fixed I was told that although I had all the shipping information and the order was made under my phone number, email, and address, since it was under my fiance's name I would need to have him call. This was not a problem until they sent us a shipping confirmation once again. When I messaged once more just to be sure we would not be charged again, saying I did not need information on the order just wanted to confirm that we would not be shipped anything else, I was met with sass. We will definitely not be ordering anything from this company again.

They were more interested in me being happy and saving money, the times that i have made 5 purchases this month alone and they help me pick what i ask for and also told me which day was better to make buy with the top savings. The sales team and management treated me like if i was family and for that i am deeply thank for, I shop at the Jacksonville Florida Location at Town center Park way. I highly recommend this location and all Zales stores but specially this location.
Bought expensive bracelet and needed links taken out but guy at New Jersey' said it would take 2 weeks and cost at least $40.00 rediculous never buy from zales again no wonder they are going out of business
Call zales and my name is on the account with my husband. They see my name and said ma'am we still can't tell you how much to pay he has to call from ICU and tell us it's okay for us to talk to you even though your name is on the account. If the promotion is not paid off on time the company will just add interest. Please someone tell me, I'm I missing something in trying to pay a bill. Have a Bless Day.
