NO CUSTOMER SERVICE--on hold for 15 minutes before giving up

Bought my wife a ring at Sarasota / UTC store
Stone fell out after 6-months
I was will to PAY for repair--was told I should have brought the ring in for "inspection" within six m onths of purchase? No friggin way ~!
They would not INSPECT the ring, give me an ESTIMATE or TIMEFRAME of repair
They just didnt have time!
DO NOT SHOP AT ZALES--DONT BE STUPID LIKE ME
