I literally have found everything here from skimpy BUT CUTE swimsuits to shirts with tears masterfully crafted throughout. And they stay in an affordable price range - even offering multiple promotions and coupons every day! I'm a loyal zaful customer because of this - and their customer service and fast shipping times help too ;)
Overall, I would definitely recommend shopping with Zaful. I mainly use their online store for buying bikinis, and their products are surprisingly good quality. Only thing is that bottoms usually come a size below the tops. Super easy customer service process though, and if you have problems with your order they just refund you.

All these positive reviews are definitely written by ZAFUL themselves. I ordered a hoodie more than 2 weeks ago, and promised shipping time was 5-10 days. After checking in a few days later, the status changed to "processing" and has stayed that way for 16 days. I have contacted customer support twice now and the response was "oh, it's out of stock - we're sorry we didn't inform you sooner. Can you wait until next week?" Next week has rolled around twice, and still "processing". Unreliable company with very poor customer service.

They stole my money. They still are "processing" my order and it's been months. Why would you sell someone something that is "sold out"? I have fought with countless representatives for weeks. Every time they tell me it will be back in stock on some bogus date, but it never happens.

I ordered my swimsuit and sunglasses about a week or two ago and I still haven't gotten the email that says its been shipped. After reading these reviews I'm afraid it'll take months to come and by then summer would be over.

Zaful is great for quick buys, their sizes are small so must size up, overall I've been shopping there for many months and love it. It's a hit or miss so you really have to read reviews, look at pics other shoppers post, and make your decision. This is my honest opinion and I'll keep shopping with them!
If you live in BC, Canada, shipping is no more than 2 weeks! Everything came and in perfect quality! I was so impressed! Some stuff did run small so read reviews on individual items to check whether you should size up!

Despite the many many awful reviews Zaful has received, I figured I'd try my luck at purchasing a couple of items. They charged me right away, but it's been nearly a month and my order still says it's processing. The website says ordered should be processed within 3-10 days. I thought giving myself two months to order clothes for a vacation would be plenty of time, but who knows if it will even arrive, there is no way to find out. So far, I'm not a very satisfied customer. Now I'm cringing just waiting to see the quality.

You're complaining about a website that is selling bathers for 10 australian dollars. Why do expect the best quality and quickest shipping? I ordered clothes here monday and they are already in transit. Hopefully everything works out but if it doesn't I can rest easy knowing I purchased 3 things for $25.00 so its no big loss.
Okay, so the title is a little dramatic but it definitely has been an awful experience. I guess it's the truth when they say "you get what you pay for." The quality is definitely not as great as it appears to be in pictures as well in the patterns, but more importantly, the sizing is completely inaccurate. For example, my sister usually wears a size small but ordered mediums just in case and watching her try them on is laughable. I am literally looking at her laughing... (but trying not cry as we spent quite a lot of money on these suits). She is a small girl and the bottoms are cutting off her circulation. I tried calling customer service right away but the number they provide does not go through. The only thing I suppose I can hope for now is that our 10 year old cousin likes cheeky bottoms because she will now be getting bathing suits for her next two birthdays.

I have already quiet a few things from Zaful. Love it to pieces. Last jacket I have bought fits amazing. Nice colors, fabric. Very light weight, soft and pretty warm. I am using it when riding a bike, so everyone could see me. Nice long zipper. In general, quality of products is great for the price. Could not say anything bad for customer service either. Highly recommend.
Really enjoyed zaful as a whole and picked adorable clothes that so many people have complimented. Other users reviews really help with finding out more about sizing and quality of pieces. Will definitely be buying from them again

As a first time buyer at Zaful, I was very hesitant to order just like I am with every online websites but I thought I would give it a try due to its affordable pricing. I was hesitant most likely because of the sizing. However, Zaful completely changed my views towards them.
