ZAFUL

I've so far ordered 3 items on Zaful, all of which have been delivered on time and exactly how they looked online. The sizing guides are extremely accurate, but sometimes I order a size up just for a baggy look on specific jackets. Their pricing is absolutely amazing. You can't get this type of clothing at these prices anywhere else. I will continue to buy from Zaful. I am always a happy customer with them!

This company is absolutely awful. Contacted them 6 times via email. Attempted to call their "customer service line" and received no answer multiples. STILL have not received my order a month later. They keep emailing me "it's on the way". Still waiting...

Shipping hard to track. Needed to several Google searches to finally figure it out... filed a dispute w/ PayPal and won't ever order from here again no matter what my niece puts on her X-mas List!
Don't have pictures but have screen shots of every confirmation screen / email. Won't stop until I either get my merchandise or refund!

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Two weeks have gone by since I've tried to get shipping information to/from them. I even purchased a tracking number which I never received. They are unresponsive and my order was time sensitive. It is still showing as processing and hasn't shipped. This company seems like a total scam. :(

Received all 4 products and they look just like the pictures! Quality is great. Only downside it took 8 weeks for two of my items to get here because they were not shipped until 3 weeks after ordering. Still great website

I ordered bikinis and some summer wear, which looked really cute online. I was shocked with what arrived at my place. Poor product quality. Bad fit. No refund for returns. All in all, terrible experience. Stay away!

Everything went fine from ordering to receiving. I had no problem with their service at all, CRM functioning perfectly, they are very helpful, I dont have any negative experience.
Products are good quality, and looks&fits as expected.

Zaful has some great stuff with brilliant prices! If you are willing to wait a bit longer then normal online sites then I would definitely go with these guys! The quality is decent too! I got 4 lovely bikinis hat lasted me all Summer!

Placed an order with Zaful on Christmas Day, I had gotten 4 beautiful bikini sets for $50 total! Came almost 3 weeks later which was understandable as I ordered during the holidays. The bikinis looked exactly like the photos shown and fit well. I recommend reading reviews on items to determine if they fit small, large, etc and then choosing your size from there.

I've made several purchases. I have always received everything with incredible quality. Different models, some exclusive. The wait was also acceptable because in Brazil the delivery service is usually slow

Zaful offers affordable imported clothing at a low price. The quality of the products may be hit or miss but the detailed user reviews with photos help in the decision process. The Zaful customer service has also been able to handle any issues I've had very quickly.
The size was wrong for one item and they gave credit, even after the return date.

I have not had any problems at all with Zaful. Brilliant customer service, postage time (from US to Aus) and items were exactly what they looked like on the site. I would definitely suggest people buy from them.

For the price, things come in a very good condition and quality. Never received anything damaged. Usually the postage takes about two weeks. I'm always happy with the customer service even when something goes wrong.
