I was very wary of ordering from this site after reading so many bad reviews and watching many youtube videos, but decided to try it out and buy something for a couple dollars to see what would happen... My first order was a romper, I place my order on March 28 and received it about a week and a half later. It met my expectations, it was white so it was a little see through, but I like it. I decided that since i recieved my item and it looked like the picture, that I could trust Zaful, so I recently placed another order on April 10th. It is now April 19th, and I check the tracking information everyday and it hasn't changed since april 13th, saying
"CHINA, SUZHOU EMS, Processed Through Facility, Your item has been processed through a facility in SUZHOU EMS, CHINA at 12:11 am on April 14,2016."
And after that, nothing. So are they just holding my order for days at this facility? I'm becoming very nervous but I will update this review in a week...
THIS IS A SCAM! PROVES ME RIGHT. THINGS ARE JUST TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, AND BELIEVE ME. SUCH TRASH MATERIAL, ILL FITTING CLOTHES AND WRONG SIZES. MATERIAL IS CRAP CRAP CRAP. STAY AWAY! BUYER BEWARE! I received my purchase and EVERYTHING was TERRIBLE quality. When I tried to return they tried to argue everything. Then when I finally got them to agree to remburse they closed my ticket so I cannot go in there and get the information to send it back. Now I am trying to call them- bad number, trying to log in - not working, trying to live chat- continues to say a wait of 7 minutes. BEWARE OF THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. I ordered a few items a month ago and I have not received any of them. I contacted someone via live chat and they gave me a tracking number to be checked on postnl.com it worked the first time I entered it and said it was in the country 10 days ago but then I tried it again 10 min later and the tracking # doesn't exist. I then tried to contact them again via live chat and they are conviently off line. Everything from the website to postal service is a scam. And they wrote to me last week saying that they didn't have one of the items I ordered and that they can not refund me but will put zaful money in my account, as if I'm gonna waist my time and order from them again. I just threw 100$ in the garbage.

I recently ordered some clothes online from Zaful. When I received the clothes I was extremely disappointed. First, I only received 1/2 my order, but was charged for the whole order, the size chart was way off on their website, I ordered small, they fit like xxx-small. Last but most definitely not least... the quality of theses clothes are the absolute worst I have ever seen, if they did fit I would not be caught out in public wearing them. They "guarantee 100% customer satisfaction" on the website and say "At Zaful returns are simple". BS! They refused my request to return and now having to dispute with credit card company.

Costumer service is a joke.
I ordered a bikini more than a month ago ando told me they didn´t had that item at the time
They told me i could wait for the item or sorder something else, so i´m still waiting for my package.
As you can see in these reviews, you can complaint all you want but costumer service is just copy-pasting their responses, they actually don´t care, and most likely wont get a refund.
I hope they take this seriously at some point, but i wont EVER buy from Zaful again.

I loved the clothing i saw on the website, when i received my purchases they were great quality and so comfortable! I will be making more purchases!
Okay. So I ordered two bikinis from here, they got to me pretty quickly. But, there VERY VERY cheap material. It's literally the bikini material the very thin part and that's it. The strings on the side are like rubber bands. I mean you do get what you pay for. I read these reviews and I ordered anyways to see for myself. They didn't take forever but the material is very cheap. I would not buy again. IF I do, i would buy tops only, but that's pushing it.

I thought I was getting one hell of deal since I ordered 5 things for about $50 I made the mistake of only reading one few and getting caught in the amazing deals. I ordered my items at the beginning of March thinking I would get them in a few weeks and be able to actually use them for what I needed them for. I got a email confirming half my order was sent on the 20th and I would get another confirmation order soon when the other two items shipped (I didn't get any type of email from them regarding my package till a week later). Unfortunately I have checked everyday several times a day since then and the first package that claimed to of "shipped" hasn't moved in weeks and the other one is no where to be found. I'm extremely disappointed with your company and will not be shopping with you guys nor will I recommend you ever again. I'm still waiting for the items I PAYED FOR WEEKS AGO
Update: I received an email from them fairly recently that basically stated two of my five items completely stopped being made... no one told me this. Along with this email I stated very clearly I no longer wanted anything to do with this company and to cancel everything to which they respond they had no control of that package and it had already shipped out even though they had no idea where the hell it is so now I'm stuck with items I didn't want. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

Zaful is my go to place for unique yet trendy clothing. They have so much to choose from and good sizing. Just follow the size chart and your clothes will fit fine. They always have a sale going on so its easy to save and their clothes are already reasonably priced. They ship quickly after ordering and they send you a confirmation email with tracking so you can track your order. The orders arrive to the us really fast and packaged really well. Ive ordered sweaters, dresses and shoes and theyve arrived and looked great.
The clothing is very low in price but very well made and mimicks today's fashions to a tee. I spent over $100 my first time buying from them and I was highly satisfied with everything that I received.
I have yet to be able to TRACK my order, it said "3 day shipping" and after 5 days still NOTHING and am still not able to track my order. I just want to know when I'm getting my order.

I figured it was going to be cheap-made because it was priced sooo cheap! I should've known not to expect quality! Pictures online were 1000 times enhanced and does not look anything like what's pictured. Very deceitful! I received each one the items tightly wrapped in clear plastic. Some Chinese writing on the wrappers. Soon as I open them, I smelled body odor and dirty feet! I did not even attempt to try them on. I would return them but I read one of the reviews that said returns shipping would cost as much as what the clothes cost. I guess I will keep the cheap, smelly clothes and cut my losses! Never again order from here. Too bad you have to at least choose 1 star for rating.

A few months ago I had written a serious warning about Zaful.
After I did, they contacted me and said they would refund money to me and they never did!
Their clothes are extremely small in size, no matter what size you order and are made of very cheap material. And they lied about my refund!
