Just as I thought things couldn't get any worse with this site, I confirmed yet another complaint many people are having. This website is fraudulent, I never received any of the items and now I noticed an unauthorized charge on my bank statement from this company. I've tried to contact them but obviously they keep beating around the bush and probably just hoping I'll stop. I will take care of this and report it to my bank as fraud. On top of that, zaful basically tried to bribe me to take my previous review off this website. I refused because everyone should be warned before they lose their money on this website. Like many women, I took a chance despite reading tons of bad reviews and I regret doing that. AGAIN, DO NOT BUY
I've ordered a swimsuit almost two weeks ago and it was "shipped" but it has never arrived or I can't track it at all. I'm concerned from the rest of these reviews that I'm not going to get what I ordered. Not to mention they took more money from what they were supposed to. SO unprofessional!

It took about 3 weeks for my item to arrive, which is fine with me. Once I got it, the fitting was awful, but the material was decent (especially for the price). It was loose on the top and the bottom. Mind you I ordered a size small. So I would be extra careful when ordering swimwear or don't bother at all from this site.

I ordered on April 4th, I wrote a review below about how I still have not received anything. Zaful sent me an email offering to refund $40 of my total (over $100).
By the time i tried to respond to them "the ticket has expired".
It has now been almost two months and I havent gotten anything. Absolute joke.

I made an order at least 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting I payed 80 dollars of the money I worked hard on getting. Tracking device doesn't work at all and iv been calling the company no ones picking up the phone. If I would have known about this I would have never ordered! It also say only partially delivered even though I haven't gotten none of them. Either o get the bathing suits or my money!

I placed two orders on zaful one order only had swim wear and the second had clothing both my orders came within 3 weeks of me placing the orders and looked great on me I was skeptical when I first placed the orders but I was extremely happy with them when I received them the bathing suits looked exactly like the photos shown and so did the clothing... the only reason I'm giving zaful 4 stars is because of the wait and the fact that the tracking numbers didn't work but overall I had a great experience shopping on the site and I plan on ordering from it again
Despite the awful reviews, I decided to give this website a go because I found a bathing suit that I thought was really nice. I've been looking for something similar for quite a while. Anyway, now I'm skeptical as to whether I'll receive my items or not because I received an email from Zaful shortly after purchasing my bathing suit (April 30th), starting that my order has been scheduled for shipment. The email also included a tracking number, which has yet to work. At first I thought maybe I'll give it a little while, but now it's been 11 days and I'm concerned because the tracking number still does not work. I am completely aggravated with this unprofessional website, wondering why my order that I was able to pay for immediately is unable to be tracked. Also, the status of my item is "shipped." I want answers. I need a refund or for the tracking number to work now! I'm starting to feel like this was a scam... Two stars for hope. Yes, I have not received my order in three weeks. No way to contact them, chat does not work you think you are waiting for 2 mins for an on line chat and then they hike up the waiting time to 3 then 6minsa and so on. I am waiting now for 20 mins, email is not replied to, phone gives you a message and hangs up. The ticket tracking number is not valid. What is going on?

This site has great prices and very cute things, but it has been over a month and I still haven't recieved anything! I ordered a red wine bathing suit on March 19th and it still hasn't arrived. I would love to get my package asap or at least get my money back. Pretty disappointed.

I went to the Web site originally because I watched a YouTube do a haul and she said they had good stuff. I couldn't believe the prices on the site and it all was so affordable. I placed multiple orders and everything came in about a month or so. Online they show good quality stuff but I received broken jewelry and ripped clothes. Not everything was broken or ripped but the stuff that wasnt, was still very poor quality. The items I received are of lesser quality than what the website shows. It's awful and I will never order again from such a cheap site.

I ordered 1 dress, but there was some error/problem in their systems and it processed an order for two dresses and charged me for two dresses. I immediately contacted them to notify them about the error and request they cancel the order. They claimed the order had already been shipped and they could do nothing till I received the items, but promised to resolve the issue then. So when I received the items I contacted them again. They refused to admit the error in the system and continued to claim that I had intentionally ordered 2 items despite my proof via screen print that the order summary screen only showed 1 item. They have refused to allow me to return and get a refund for the second dress which I never ordered and was NOT reflected in the order summary screen.
I checked out several review sites before ordering and saw that there are many problems with people not getting orders or not getting the right item, but I ordered despite my better judgement because the company often replied to reviews saying they would resolve the issue. I suspect they do this for show, because they said the same to me several times and now are refusing to resolve the problem. They also have an F from the Better Business Bureau for similar issues and almost all the cases filed with BBB are unresolved. Fortunately I paid with Pay Pal and have filed a dispute. Hopefully I can get resolution through Pay Pal.
The crazy thing is I LOVE the dress! It's as pictured, fits well and looks great on me. If not for this headache, I probably would have continued to buy from them. But I will NEVER purchase from them again.
***UPDATE***
They did eventually fix my problem. In fact, they refunded the full amount for the second dress and allowed me to keep the dress. I'm not sure what to do with the dress because it's the wrong size, but at least their solution was an over correction. I was expecting to have to pay return shipping. I'm very satisfied with the solution, but it sure was a pain in the butt to get to a solution. So I'm increasing my rating to 2 stars.

I ordered two bathing suits on March 15th and now it's april 19th and i still haven't received my merchandise. The tracking number i was given only updated until March 21st where it said it was leaving the singapore airport. They took my money right out of my account just days after the order was processed but i have yet to see my clothes. Despite the many many awful reviews Zaful has received, I figured I'd try my luck at purchasing a couple of items. They charged me right away, but it's been nearly a month and my order still says it's processing. The website says ordered should be processed within 3-10 days. I thought giving myself two months to order clothes for a vacation would be plenty of time, but who knows if it will even arrive, there is no way to find out.
