I ordered 2 swimsuits a month ago. 7-15 days estimated shipping. NOT! Then when you go online and try to find out where your order is, they give you the same vague answer about "verify your information and contact your local post office" I understand that they ship from overseas but they should be keeping track of their shipping in order to give customers accurate information. And the phone number they give goes to what sounds like a personal voicemail- very sketchy! I hope if I ever get my order it is at least close to what the picture looks like! I wish I had read up on the company before I spent any money there!

I ordered 2 bikinis from this website and the same day I got an email that said to partially shipped, I went on my account to see which one shipped and it showed me a picture of a bikini that I did not order. If the shipping takes as long as everyone is saying I don't want to wait all this time and end up receiving the wrong bikini
Do not get fooled by the customer service response from this website... their customer service is very active after getting a bad review on site jabber. They send you numerous emails apologizing, refunding and then asking to remove/change the review. Yes I got a refund for the bad product but that does not change the fact that you have bad products and are fooling your customers

As my first time ordering in Zaful I was afraid to get a poor quality product since their prices are really cheap, but as I got my product the quality of it was way better than I expected. I had an issue with the product design and even tough it had nothing to do with Zaful, they helped me out DIRECTLY and INMEDIATLY. They were really kind and I'm really happy with their costumer service. The shipping isn't that bad taking in account that most of the products come from China but for the price and quality is worth the waiting. I will keep ordering from them!
I am very disappointed, I have ordered from Zaful before and have received beautiful swimsuits but with very long shipping times. Knowing this, I ordered three swimsuits for a trip I have to leave for July 1st at the very beginning of June, knowing Id have a full month in case the shopping took longer as it did last time. A couple days afteri placed my order I went to check the tracking info and it said only two of the swimsuits I ordered were sent and there was no information for the other swimsuit. Next day I went on again and all the information about the two swimsuits that had first shipped had been erased and everything was blank. Almost two weeks after I go on today to check and the information is back on for the two swimsuits and the other still hasnt shipped, and the tracking information is the same as it was two weeks ago. I was expecting some shipping delays but it is very dissapointjing that it has been two weeks and I havent even received proper tracking information when I trusted them to provide me with the swimsuits for my trip on July 1st, and I need them to make content for my Instagram account which is my job (@sofia_delfino). If I wouldve known this I wouldve bought my swimsuits from a more reliable site for this is not only for pleasure but I really need them for my job.
I have ordered a bunch of items already from shorts to tops to two piece sets and everything has been GREAT. The price, the quality, the service and the shipment. I honestly can't say anything bad and I would recommend Zaful to just about anyone. I'll be ordering loads more in the future.
Although, the shipping took a while (which they tell you) the quality of the two bathing suits I ordered were great!
I have ordered so many times from Zaful and I like the bikini's and clothes very much. The bikini's material is very nice for such a low price, I have so many bikini's by now, but I can't stop buying! I live in The Netherlands and shipping is very fast. I order from Zaful over 1 year now and only 1 bikini came in wrong. They immediately gave a refund of my money with extra points! If i have questions they respond very quickly, within 1 day. Good company, good prices and very nice material of the clothes!
I am so glad I found zaful because of their amazing styles and prices! Their customer service, shipping, and more was all wonderful. The only down side is that most of the clothing isn't true to size. I am always a size medium and find that most of the clothes run small. From here on out, all I have to do is order a larger size.
I paid for three items a week ago and it says ''Partial order shipped'' since that there isn't any update information online. The sunglasses i bought aren't even shipped out yet and the bikini and top i got are ''shipped'' but the tracking status says: Item is ready for transport - so whats going on? Is it out yet? When will i receive my package/packages?
Also the tracking information says 'by Belgium Post'' but is leading me to PostChina?
The Information, the contact, the tracking service... veeery superficial.
I want clear statements and a correct tracking service!

It took about 3 weeks to receive bathing suits i ordered and when I got them they were way too small. I tried to return them but their policy says you cannot return clearance items so i only got 20% of my money back. Make sure you use the size charts!

I ordered a bikini a week ago, paid an extra $9.99 for express shipping (3-7 days) and the extra $1.50 or however much it was for shipping insurance, AND IT STILL ISNT HERE. I really don't understand why so many people are complaining about the customer service. Zaful were able to reply quicker than most companies I have ordered from. Also it CLEARLY states that shipping could take up to 25 days, so I don't understand why people are complaining about this when it clearly states this. I honestly did not mind the wait especially since the bikinis I ordered were so inexpensive but are of good quality. Zaful also has great discounts and coupons that I can use throughout the year and the point system that they have adopted is really easy to use. Using their point system has saved me a few dollars for sure! I will definitely be ordering again!
After several phone calls and emails and not receiving a response, I found this site and complained. I immediately received a response from Zaful and DID receive a full refund and they did not require me sending the items back. It's too bad I had to write a bad review in order to get their attention and resolve my complaint. I am grateful I received a full refund. If I ever have a similar problem, I will use Site Jabber.

Used this website to buy clothes for my vacation. I ordered a bathing suit, a romper, and a cropped shirt. They all looked amazing, but my only warning is to make sure you get the correct size. Everything had somewhat fit except for the romper. Shipping may take time.
