I was surprised after coming here and seeing negative comments because Zaful honestly exceeded my expectations. I ordered 2 bikinis - both of which arrived on time. Both bikinis were surprisingly good quality material, however, one was not the color I wanted (although most people probably would have kept it because it was the same bikini and still cute). Customer Service was extremely adamant about responding - and I exchanged MULTIPLE messages with them. They were very understanding and immediately agreed to send me another bikini that was the same price as the other. I ended up choosing one that was $3.50 more and so they sent me an invoice just for that and my bikini is on it's way!

I recently made an order on the online store Zaful and i am honestly so happy with my items. The sizing with great and quality of the bikinis and romper i ordered were amazing. Excited for my next purchases!

Zaful website is not like the others! This is a truly reliable site! I place an order in November 2015 and I have really nothing to say. Product quality is superb as in retail stores and a low price and we found that the products on this site. I do not command much on this kind of site, but nothing to say. Even at sizes is niquel. I was really suprised and delighted when I found my product, it was a way bomber winter it is warm, beautiful, material leather, really happy for the price of only 37Euros. Customer service is extra if you have a problem they answered us in the following 24 hours. I advise you sincerely. It is a pleasure to see that there is still reliable sites our day.

I had heard of Zaful before from many youtubers and heard mostly good reviews so I decided I should give it a go and try some swimsuits. I was very happy with their selection and prices, quite amazed actually, but since it was from China I thought they were going to take forever to arrive. I made my order on June 13th and I ordered 3 pieces. For my surprise I got 2 of the items on june 24th which is less than 10 business days! Standard shipping is supposed to be between 10-18 business days, so I was really content with these items. However, the 3rd item only arrived the next week on the 30th, which i didn't mind at all since it's still pretty good considering many other websites' shipping times.
Overall, the quality of the swimsuits is amazing and you really can't beat the prices, they're really different from what you find in regular stores and I'm completely satisfied with their services!

So I was slightly sceptical at first when ordering from Zaful as sizing is something that always worries me, but when my items arrived they fit perfectly, true sizing to what was shown on the website. I ordered a bikini that was a slightly different colour to that displayed on the website but aside from this all items were exactly as pictured. I will definitely be recommending Zaful to family and friends. Great clothes at even better prices!

I am usually a little hesitant about ordering from oversees companies, but I read Zaful's return policy and decided to go for it. I ordered a few times from the site and when I got them I was super excited because everything looked like it did online and was great quality for the price. Unfortunately, two of the items didn't fit so I contacted Zaful's customer service about the return. They responded quickly and were extremely helpful. They resolved my problem without issue. I cannot wait to continue more from this site!

I discovered ZAFUL because a friend recommended it to me. Before I bought anything, I searched online for reviews and read a lot of bad things, a lot of people saying that they never received anything. Besides that, I made an order anyway, because I wanted to try it myself. And I had a great experience! Yes, it did take a little longer to arrive, but it is being shipped from overseas. I already received 3 items and I'm waiting on the last one, that is being shipped. Based only on this experience, I'll order in ZAFUL again for sure.

I would like to help other zaful shoppers feel more at ease with shopping decisions. I was skeptical about online shopping, but I gave zaful.com a chance because I loved their products and they have been courteous with talking to me about tracking my package, very helpful as well as well as the Z points and coupons, anytime you can save money that's helpful. My package arrived 1 1/2 weeks and I was amazed by the product. The glasses were made sturdy, the bathing suit was made from great material and the print/color was identical to the picture. You may want to order a size up but everything was to my standards and I am a picky shopper lol. I also ordered 2 more bikinis, a necklace and a purse and I will post more reviews and pictures as I get them. Thanks again zaful.com for being so helpful and helping me by raising my confident level with these beautiful bathing suits because I can never find one that compliments my body in the stores. I recently ordered some items from Zaful-- I loved them and plan to order again soon! The prices are great, but that means you have to be cautious about what you buy. I steered away from items that I knew would be sheer. I bought a polyester romper, a bathing suit, and a pair of sunglasses. THE SUNGLASSES ARE TO DIE FOR. The romper and swim suit materials were great-- just not a completely perfect fit because I'm super short with a smaller waist and bigger bum (but still very wearable). For example, I'm 5'2" and 120 lbs but I should've order my one piece swim suit in a large. I think ordering for a first time somewhere is a trail run. Now that I know my sizes, I will be ordering again. Plus, shipping was not long for me like I was expecting-- I live in MI and it took about 7 business day.

Update June 28,2016: The day after my complaint here, Zaful responded quickly and said my items were being shipped. I responded that was not acceptable because the items couldn't even be tracked and I expected a full refund. About 1 week after my complaint here, Zaful refunded my money in full. The products never did arrive. They blamed it on the shipping company.

I ordered two items six weeks ago. Nothing was ever delivered. They sent me a notification two days after I ordered saying my items were shipped and to expect delivery 8-15 business days later. Well, it's been 25 business days and over 5 weeks. Their customer support sends a canned response saying the stuff is being delivered. The tracking number has lost the item on day two of delivery over a month ago..
