Love the range of bikinis and swimwear provided at very good prices. Delivery was surprisingly fast as I got my first parcel within 10 days from order with standard shipping. I am based in Singapore. Aftersales service is also very prompt. Highly recommended!
I ordered some bikinis and tops a month ago. I didn't expect the delivery to be fast due to all the bad ratings, but today when I finally got my package it was only half of the stuff in it. I've tried to track the rest of my order, but the last thing that happened there was 3 weeks ago and it's written in chinese. Where is the rest of my stuff?! The quality was great and everything is so cheap! Definitely make sure to check the sizing before choosing a size, but overall i had a great experience with them!
If I could choose to give this company 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service, they do not send your items and then turn around and tell you they were returned to their warehouse and you need to REPAY for shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU WONT RECIEVE YOUR ITEMS BUT WILL BE CHARGED FOR THEM!

This is a lie. Not only they didn't actually have this item, but they didn't know when they are going to have it.
They didn't even updated me. I has to send them messages all the time and the answer was always "we don't know".
I will never buy from this website again, and I will recommend all my friends also not to.
And zaful- your refund is not all that matters. I had planes that were based on your commitment.

I looked and it said it got delivered but I NEVER GOT IT! I called them and the automated message said it wasn't business hours but their website said it was. I ordered a bikini from Zaful on the 25th of January 2017. They took my money and told me I would hear from the in 3-5 business days. Three weeks later having still heard nothing I emailed them enquiring had my item been sent and they replied they had a problem with their supplier and nothing had been sent out but the shipment should be ready within a few days (not once did they inform me of this problem before I emailed them to ask). I am now still waiting for my bikini on the 17th of March 50 days (just under 3 months) after I ordered it. My item is due to arrive in 3 days, however is still in Beijing? This is not the service I paid for and I will be contacting Zaful again if my order has not arrived in the next three days as it is simply unacceptable.

Only one item arrived, no confirmation that other item was shipped. Took 3 weeks for 1st item. Ordered both items for my daughter to go on cruise, she will be down one swimsuite. Swimsuite that was received she did like. We would order again but hope all items get delivered.

I had researched zaful before placing my order and i saw so many negative reviews. I decided to take a chance and place an order based on how cute and cheap all the bathing suits are. I have received 4/8 bathing suits and all the ones i received were 100% like the picture. Customer service is great and responded to all my questions. I plan to order again soon. The only thing is that the bottoms ran very tight on my hips. Over than that great stuff.
I absolutely love Zaful! Everything is made with super high quality materials and fits like a glove. I will definitely be ordering again!
I had ordered once from here before but it wasn't clothing so i was a bit skeptical at first. After watching Zaful hauls on Youtube for swimsuits they seemed to get positive reviews so i went ahead and order. Got my swimsuit about 2 weeks later with normal shipping and it was cute! Nice quality, good timing considering its from china. If you're looking for a cute swimsuit i would def recommend Zaful.
I have wrote a review and got an email with shipping but supposedly my stupid package has been in the same damn place for 5 days and I have been waiting 2 weeks for my clothing that I had 3-7 day shipping on and I paid extra. I bought four bikinis off Zaful and they all arrived quick and were great quality. The designs were very cute and they were super affordable! I would recommend this website for anyone on a budget!
I ordered two items from Zaful and was really pleased with both pieces, the quality and design were amazing for the price. Delivery to the UK took about 1.5 weeks. I am very pleased with both the quality of the garments and the service and will definitely be ordering again.
I ordered 3 items, and paid for express shipping. Not only did not items not come in a timely manor, 1 of the items was missing. I ordered 3 swimsuits. None of them were true to size and the quality was TERRIBLE. I do not recommend using this website at ALL. Essentially you are throwing away your money. Avoid this site!

I bought two dresses on zaful and right after the order went through, I checked my paypal account. It said the money was given to something or someone called "IVAN" or something like that. It scared me, and I googled "zaful reviews" and got really scared. All the bad reviews of people not receiving their stuff made me think I had been scammed. However, after receiving my tracking number and saw that my dresses were actually shipped, I thought there might be some hope. And sure enough, I got the dresses in separate packages 2-3 weeks after I bought them. I live in Scandinavia, and it usually takes more than a month for packages from China to get here, so I was very pleased.
I love that their stuff is so cheap, I bought two dresses for $50 with a coupon they would have easily cost the double if I had found them in a store in my country!
Both dresses are made out of velvet, and after receiving the first dress, which is a black and light pink ombre dress, it was all wrinkly and I actually thought they had messed up the dress in the coloring process; however, after ironing a part of the dress, I realized it was just due to transportation that it had become wrinkly, and that the dress was fine.
The reason why give them 4/5 stars is because the one dress was a tight fit, and the size was a little weird. Luckily it's easy to adjust by sowing it due to the material. The other dress was very loose, which makes it easy to fit most people.
So yeah, I can't really complain that much about this website, and I'm sure I will buy from there again!
