I really loved my experience with Zaful. The quality is surprisingly very good and the shipping was pretty fast. I will definitely be buying again!
I was very excited to get my clothes for spring break - the lowered prices and sketchy "shipment insurance" definitely reflects the quality of this service. The few items that I actually received looked nothing like the pictures and the sizes were not accurate. I haven't even received more than half of my order and it's been significantly longer than the "25 day shipment guaranteed"
The bathing suits were great! They came so much quicker than expected, and the quality was exactly what I expected. A lot of websites try to advertise an inexpensive bathing suit that's also a CUTE bathing suit and this website does exactly that! If you're in a budget and want to keep up with the latest trends in suits, this is honestly the place to go. The sizes run a little small so order a size up!
I love that the communication with Zaful was very clear and on time. The products came as expected quality was very good I am very excited about future orders with Zaful
I waited 5 months for my shipment to arrive and when it did, it looked nothing like the pictures. The material was cheap and sizing measurements were way off. Also a so called 'towel' I bought was not much more than a piece of off cut material. I spent over $100 on this site and am not happy. It is safe to say that I will definitely not be shopping from this site ever again.

I ordered 2 swimsuits for a vacation a month ago. Its a few days before my vacation, but i havent received it yet. They sent me a shipping confirmation with tracking and when i clicked, it didsnt show anything - 0 items. And this was just a few days back. I think i have been scammed so i emailed them. They just said we have logged a ticket and will contact you soon. SCAMMING COMPANY... beware!

I ordered 4 swim suits and all of them fit well! In addition, they came pretty fast for a great price! I would deformed reccomend this site for everyone! Also the reviews on each product help so much!
I ordered a bathing suit in January. Near the end of January I hadn't received the item so I used the chat feature to check on it. THe associate said that it was back ordered and asked if Id like to wait for it to ship out Feb 20th, or order another item. I decided to wait, as I wasn't in a huge rush for the suit. All of February and half of March passes, with me periodically checking with the staff via chat where my item was, as the tracking number does not work. It has showed the same thing the entire time with no progress at all. I was told on 2 occasions to wait 15-25 business days, and after that there will be a solution. I waited until March 20-- 25 days and created a support ticket. All they did was say that it was on the way and to continue to wait. I responded that i had waited the 25 days and required a solution, as waiting wasn't one. Again, they replied that shipping may be slow due to "extreme weather, festivals and holidays, or back logs in the package shipping/processing". I protested again as id ordered a few items from AliExpress, where most of the items come out of China. I received all of those items in 2 weeks or less! I recommend that website over Zaful--who is a scam.
So they responded that they will give me a refund of $5 if I continue to wait-- I say ok. Then I get an email saying that I now have to wait until April 20 for a solution! Do i think the bathing suit is coming? No. Do I think they scammed me and stole my money? Yes.
I will continue to complain thru their support ticket platform, then I will involve my bank. Ladies, there are a million different REPUTABLE sites where the items are shipped as they should be and the shipping time is reasonable. I understand that shipping from overseas takes some time. However, it does not take 3 months...
Don't but anything on that site. Its a complete gamble if you'll receive the items or not, and the staff doesn't care at all and does nothing to offer solutions to their terrible service. 0 stars---- buyer beware!

I have emailed them a number of times demanding something to be done but they are no help whatsoever. NEVER ordering from them again! They give terrible customer service and takes way too long to come in.

I've boughten two bathing suits from here and they are my favorites. I got both pieces for less than twenty dollars; which I can't say for other stores. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.
The bathing suit came in so soon and looked exactly like the picture and fit perfectly. The material was great quality and seems like it will hold up for a very long time.
I ordered some earings and a hoodie, this hoodie came completely different to how it looked online, due to this I requested a return. I have emailed Zaful 13 times now regarding the return of the hideous hoodie and they have responded with an "E ticket"! Each time I try and view this E ticket, the question is "not found". The amount of stress this website has caused me, I have been trying to return this item for 2 weeks now and each E ticket they send, is suprisingly "not found". The issue still remains unsolved, I should not have to contact Zaful 13 times and still have the problem unresolved. I am getting sick and tired of this and just hope any person intending on buying from Zaful is sure, because if not, they are bound to experience hell. I have exams coming up and should be spending my time revising not contacting an incompetent company. The fact the customer service help line costs to ring is also ridiculous as their is no way that this will become solved. I will never reccomend anyone to shop at this website to experiene what I have.

Not only were the products amazing and good quality, but everything was so easy and straight forward
I bought a bikini in size S. After one month of waiting, which is ok in my opinion, it arrived (to Germany). The bikini looks exactly like in the picture, true colour and good quality. The bottom is a little bit too big but still wearable.
The customer service replies always very fast and is very friendly.
At first I was sceptical, especially because of the long shipping way, but now I can say, that I will buy again in Zaful.com.
I ordered two bathing suits and a necklace. One bathing suit and my necklace came in a month later, which was expected. I loved the two items so far. I was curious why my other bathing suit didn't come in so I e-mailed customer service, they replied a day later and said it was out of stock but will ship when it's in. A week later it shipped, and the tracker they give you is very helpful.
The moral here is, you are buying inexpensive bathing suits from china. Of course it's going to take long. Just be patient and you will get your stuff eventually.
