It is the beginning of May and I ordered an item way back in MARCH. I told customer service, and they so unhelpful. They keep sending me generic responses that do not address the issue at all.
Zaful got me my swimsuit very quickly and the quality is amazing especially for the price, I love it!
I have bought several bikinis from Zaful and have been very happy with each result. The style is exactly the way it appears on the website. I was concerned that the material might be too thin, but it is really flexible which makes it very comfortable. I use Zaful for nearly all of my bathing suit purchases because of its great quality for an affordable price. I absolutely recommend this website to other shoppers.
The service, products, and site has been satisfactory. The product is cute, comfortable, and eye turning. I have never had issues with the service or recieving the products. The site has been easy to navigate. I recommend this site to my friends and family though word of mouth and social media. The good deals, coupons, and points offered keep me coming back for good deals on great product.

Absolutely terrible experience! I order swimsuits in January and I haven't received all of them yet. They keep saying that it should be here, but it's not.
I enquired about my swimsuits after I purchased them and 6 weeks went by without anything and their reply was: "Ooops, it's out of stock/not shipped/discontinued"
Spend your money somewhere else. The product isn't great and the fact that you have to wait months for your order, is not worth it!

I bought the cutest swimsuit from Zaful and received so fast. Track number made possible to check my order so easy. Zaful's mobile app is so easy and fun to use. They have new items every day and Sales are the best. I never thought I could buy these trend clothes so cheap and with so good quality. One tome I had some problem about my order and costumer service did so good job and fixed it in hour! I am so happy with my purchases. The best summer and holiday shopping website is Zaful.
Ordered 3 items from them. I usually do not purchase anything overseas but seeing how it was all over Instagram and Youtube, I thought the fit and quality would be great. Wrong. Despite following the size chart, the dress I ordered just slides off. And the two swimsuits as well. The swimsuits fit my waist and hips but just completely slide of my shoulders (they were one piece off the shoulder swimsuits). Those swimsuits I ordered M and L to see which fit better but still slid off my shoulders. The darted stitch on the chest of both suits was poorly done, and the entire chest area, along with the padding, was situated on my ribs instead of my breasts, no matter how tight I made the adjustable straps. Very disappointed. My husband said to return them but upon checking the website, swimsuits are not refundable.

I recieved something completely different than my order! It also says there are 2 items in bag but there is only 1. I don't mind the long wait but I'd atleast like to get what I ordered! Never again

I decided to buy swimsuits from Zaful after seeing many videos on YouTube about them, and I'm so glad I did! I ordered 5 swimsuits and 3 of the 5 fit perfectly! The other 2 fit, but they fit a little awkwardly. I still think that this is completely worth the money, and the customer service is amazing! Love Zaful! Also, this review is my honest opinion!
Made an order, a jacket and 2 bikinis. Got only the jacket, awful quality, totally not wearable! Now 4 month later still didn't got my bikinis... Very hard to contact them.

I ordered 2 swimsuits. The first one came after about 3 weeks and broke as I was trying it on. They responded quickly and refunded me immediately. The second swimsuit came after about a month and a half. The size of this one was super weird. I ordered small. I'm a size D in bras and the top fit more like an F. I'm a 00 in pants (or smaller) and the bottoms cut into my hips really bad. They refunded me quickly for that too.
I went to leave reviews on the items and it said I hadn't purchased them and couldn't leave one *eyeroll*. I think they just didn't want negative reviews. At least I didn't have to send any of the suits back and I didn't pay any shipping. I really lost nothing in the transaction, I just have two worthless swimsuits now lol. I'd probably purchase again since the customer service was so great, maybe I just had bad luck.
This has to be the worst company I've dealt with it said it would take 15 days for my items to be shipped I've waited patiently for two whole months almost three at this point! I bought a one piece as a birthday gift to myself! I've emailed them multiple times no response! They are thieves and just after money!

I was really glad i found Zaful. It has plenty of fashionable clothes. And the prices are not tearing your wallet. Anyways, girls, always measure yourself before purchasing. Glad I risked and got the perfect size.
I have ordered several bathing suits from Zaful and a few chocker necklaces. From my experience, everything fit me true to size, how I had expected, and matched the picture that was shown on the website. I ordered smalls in all of the products and they worked well for me, however, I was told by some to always go up a size, but I did not and it worked well for me. The bottoms tends to be very cheeky, but I liked them and that is definitely in style. I also think the quality of the products were pretty good. The only complain I would have is the shipping time, it probably took close to 3 weeks for my to receive my order. However, I was told by many about this timing so I just made sure to order in advance for my vacation.
Ordered a bikini, money came out of my account, didn't even get a confirmation email or anything and never received my order!
