I ordered two bathing suits. The first one was a bikini. The material is soft and it is put together well. There are not any flaws to the bathing suit and it is just like the picture. The second bathing suit is a one piece and fits amazing. It is the softest bathing suit and isn't cheaply made, it's very cute and is just like the picture. It's my favorite. Zaful has good quality items and I will definitely be ordering more from them. For any incoviniences, they are willing to give "points" which gives you discounts. They really care and want you to have a great experience.
No contact possible to send back an horrendous piece of clothes. Ordered a dress (one-size) and I could use it as a tent. Size seems like XXXXXL and thats not a joke. I wanted to get my money back or send it back and get a refund but nobody is answering my emails or requests. SCAM and RIPOFF WEBSITE! DONT ORDER!
I purchased 5 items from Zaful, I had to cancel one of my items because it was out of stock but the rest of my order arrived and I was impressed with the quality. I really love the Free Shipping!
I honestly love this website. I ordered three things and each took 15 days or less to arrive. The quality of the products were good for what youre paying for. The only thing that I wouldnt rate 5 stars is their promptness of replying back. I've been meaning to return/ exchange a product of theirs, and its taken them a while to reply back. Still, it feels like they want to be able to satisfy my needs and make it less stressful than it should be ( the whole returning or exchanging process). Other than that, this site is great! They have great deals and random promotion which make it exciting to buy more things from them.

Decent quality for price but one seemed to be extremely cheap and didn't fit me right but the other two swimsuits were good.

I ordered a swimsuit... i got a xxl flowy shirt. I called customer support and asked me to take pictures and send them in which I dis and i have no response. No refund, no correct item.

I was skeptical about ordering online after seeing so many mixed reviews about this website, but as the bikinis I ordered were such good value I decided to take the risk. I expected a long wait, especially as I live in the UK and had read some US orders had taken 5 weeks to arrive. However, my order was dispatched the day after I placed it and I received my order a week later. I was so impressed by the quick delivery and the bikinis which look exactly as they did on the website, especially for such a good price :)
I love swimsuits but I don't like paying 50+ dollars on them, so when I can across zaful I was shocked. They have so many cute and afforadable swimsuits so I surprised. I ordered my first once not expecting good quality or correct fit. When I received them I was so excited to find out it beat my expectations. I would recommend sizing up but other then that, I've had a good experience!

I recently ordered a bathing suit from Zaful. I live in Canada and received it in less than two weeks! The quality of the suit is amazing and the prices are even better. I can't wait to order from them again!
So, mum and I decided that we would get a dress each from this website. Within 2 weeks my dress came but mums is still coming and it has been almost 2 months!
Overall I love this website and will DEFINITELY be buying from it again.
All the products from the website are so cute but here's the catch, it is from China. So it takes 2 months to get to you.
Want your money back cause it takes too long? Too bad, they'll only refund you HALF cause they use the money (my money) to return their crap.

I always dread swimsuit season because I hate having to pay 30 a piece for a bikini top and bottom but after doing some looking around I discovered Zaful who sells both the top and bottoms for 20 dollars or less! I thought for sure that the quality of the swimsuit must be terrible but they offer great prices for equally as great swimsuits. Will definitely purchase from them again
I was apprehensive at first to purchase from Zaful for the sole reason that there prices seemed to good to be true and I had never ordered from then before so what if my product didn't come and I payed or was of terrible quality however I was pleasantly suprised indeed when my items did arrive - there was a problem with my delivery as my items did not arrive I messaged zaful support team and their response was phenomenal they were efficient and effective in helping me locate my parcel even offering a full refund thankfully their help meant my parcel arrived a week or so later my items were of a good quality and I love them wearing and they are worn regularly. I will definitely be peruchasing from zaful in the future!
Order placed in February, still not received 3 months later when purchase was required for travel. Customer Service team was not helpful and did not attempt to resolve issue. Will never be using Zaful again.
