They make absolutely no effort in getting back to you via emails or with their direct site when trying to contact them. I paid for a service which I never got. Despite their good products, their customer service are not up to standards. I will never again order from them nor recommend it to anyone.
They are really helpful these people and the sizes and prices are really great. I will recommend this site for sure!
I have made a lot of orders in Zaful and it has always been a really good experience. There clothes have always been great quality for an affordable price. They always check up on you to make sure you've received your items and if everything turned out well. They offer very modern clothes, prices are very low, customer service is very professional and quick. I do recommend making sure you follow the size guides and read the reviews before selecting your size. Personally - had a great experience and will continue using this site. I would recommend this site to everyone and I will definitely order again.
Great quality, prices, and sizes. The sizing chart is true to size with everything I got a perfect size. The quality could be better, however still usable and nice. All products arrived on time which is very good.
I orderd ordered a few bikinis, sunglasses and one playsuit! And I need to say I am so happy about everything! I orderd the sunglasses a second time and I am gonna order more as they are my favorite! Also the Bikinis are amazing! I am 176 meters and 70 kg and I orderd large! And they all fit! I got tons of compliments and everybody is asking where I goy my bikinis from! I can really recommend you to order Bikinis from that site! I am very happy with it!

I have made a few orders and I will definately keep buying clothes from this website. The tracking method was easy and accurate. The clothes arrived very well packed and in perfect conditions. Everything fits great and I have received a lot of compliments on the clothes!:)
I'm so pleased with the customer service. Honestly I'm sad to read a few bad reviews, because in my case they were so helpful and I felt very satisfied with the overall experience with the staff. They answered my messages quick, obviously within some hours because of the time zone difference, but I had no problem in getting to an agreement with them.

When I first found Zaful.com I was a bit careful because I thought that this site would be too good to be true. So then I ordered some bikinis and a two piece outfit with a friend of mine.
Although we had to wait for it for a very long time.
But when it finally was there, everything was so nice and exactly like on the pictures.
The one remark I have is that the sizes are a bit small. I have a M en bought an L and that L is even a bit small.
The support of Zaful is also great. I send them a ticket because it took so long for my delivery to come and there were really helpful.
I just want to say to everyone who is doubtful abaut Zaful, DONT be :)

Zaful is one of my first choices when it comes to buying on the internet. The products just like in the pictures & the costumer service was very helpful.

To be clear, the problem has not been resolved. I have made it clear (via at least three exchanges using Zaful's internal messaging system) that I will not have access to refunded money through the card I used because it was a gift card that had been expended. Zaful's recent "solution" includes the card company reimbursing me after they are reimbursed by Zaful. This will not work because the card company doesn't know anything about me. It is a gift card. Not sure how many times and different ways I can write this. So frustrating. I have made several orders from Zaful in the last few months and will not order anything else until there is an actual solutions to this problem.
Zaful alerted me to the fact that I would be receiving a refund because an item I had ordered was out of stock. At first they offered my credit to purchase other items but then I was told they had refunded me the amount on the card. Well, since the purchase took place over a month ago, the card I used (which was a rewards card) was empty and I had chopped it up. When I let them know this was the case, I received a message that basically said tough luck. Terrible customer service and this could have all been avoided if it didn't take them days to respond through their email system.
I ordered 4 items of clothing. Everything arrived on time, fitted me well and had a good value for money. I'll probably order again.
My order U************** was really successful. The dress is gorgeous, it looks exactly like the photo and is true to size. Can't wait for the summer to wear it :) Same with sunglasses. It looks exactly like the photo. Really beautiful sunglasses that suit lots of different face shapes. Would 100% recommend for such a low price. The blue and silver combination looks fashionable, will wear it in winter time too :)
I really recommend Zaful, for me it has been a very happy experience, because being from a country where it is not easy buying online, it was very easy with Zaful and I felt everything was in control, my order arrived in time, I really love it and the customer service was very kind answering my questions about my order. I will definitely order again there.

Ordered a bikini from Zaful, it arrived after 2weeks, which isn't bad timing considering some people had to wait for over a month. However, they got my order wrong and I have had to ask them for a refund which they haven't given and its been another 2 weeks.
Seriously, this website is not worth the trouble. Order from some where with better customer service.

You can tell once you hold the cloths that no attention has been paid to the materials and the cut. Zaful is really good at putting up pretty photos and increasing their social media presence but the quality of these cloths are SO bad. Furthermore, they took 1.5 months to deliver and as a customer, I had to follow up with the deliver provider they selected. It was a really annoying experience. Zaful? Never again.

I got to know tihis site because i was looking for graduation dresses, i didnt find the one i like but i saved the page for later. Now i have bought more than five items and i can tel l quality is pretty good and styles are original and beautiful. The delivery time is pretty good considering that i live in Colombia and that deliveries como from China.

I did not have any problems with my order. First I chose the product and then I consulted the reviews to understand if the product was a good purchase. I bought one bikini and a swim suit, when both arrived I verified the material and design and were very similar to the foto.The dimensions were very appropriate. You have to pay attention and choose the dimension considering the equivalent dimensions. For last, don't forget to see if you will pay aditional taxes in your country

I was scared to order from there at first but I took the chance because the bikinis looked nice and were super affordable. Now I have ordered from them for 4 times and will definitely order more because I know that I can trust this site. You would think that because it's made in China and inexpensive, it's low quality and nothing like on the pictures but every time I've ordered the clothes/bikinis/jewelry looked exactly like on their website and I was impressed by their quality - no kidding. Their shipping is super fast too, one time I got my package withing a week, other times within less than 2 weeks - that was another surprise because when I've ordered from other China based sites, they usually take minimum 3 weeks to arrive. Zaful has been a positive surprise for sure. And they always have great deals and free shipping.

Zaful is such a great website. It is appealing to the eyes and it is really easy to use. Their bathing suits are super cheap and high quality. My orders have came in pretty fast and the tracking system is easy to use as well.
