It really surprised me that Zaful ships good quality products since this is not the case with other online-shopping sites. Two years ago I ordered one plus size striped blouse and cut flare pants as seen in pictures. They fit me perfectly, I am very satisfied with the sizes they provide. That is why I continued shopping on zaful. In summer 2018 I ordered two yellow pieces of wardrobe (also seen in pictures), one dress and one flare blouse. This winter I ordered one jumpsuit for spring and one black dress with cut-out sleeves (pictures are in progress :D )
About the shipping:
I live in Austria and my orders come at the exact time that is stated on the site, that is 14-18 working days, because I pay the lowest shipping price. I think that is ok.
More precisely about the quality:
Since I am a plus size person most of my wardrobe rips very easily - this is NOT the case with zaful clothes, I must emphasize.
Zaful is a perfect shopping place for plus size people!

I bought three items of clothing from Zaful store including one swimwear, a shirt and a sweater. Normally I get scared of buying clothing online because Im very petite (5'2 - 97lbs) so its hard to find something that fits.

What convinced me of buying from Zaful was that they offer a review section under every product where people can post pictures of them wearing the item and talk about the fabric, size, etc.

After I picked the three items they were quickly shipped and guess what? They arrived at my house in three weeks! I was so surprised, every other store I ever bought online from outside my country took around 2-3 months! The items came in these cute ziplock bags which is amazing because you can keep it and use when you travel. They also come with Zaful tags that you can easily remove without having to cut or risk damaging the item.

In general I had a very good experience. The prices are very ok for the products and in comparison with other fast-fashion stores. Every item fit, even the top of the swimwear which made me so so so happy. The fabric is exactly as you see in the pictures and in the description of the products. When in doubt, just buy one size bigger.

Zaful is legit. I would definitely recommend the store based on my experience.

Kept stringing me along saying only a few more days until my delivery. Their customer service is almost completely automated, and ignored my simple individualized requests. When I did call in, they confirmed that the automated information was wrong. Although they are in the process of returning my money, they did not adequately compensate me for the time and effort that I spent communicating with them. It was not a easy experience, and the least they could have done was give me a free inexpensive shirt or pants or something(something better than a $2 credit for my attempted $50 purchase). Overall, they ignored my specific requests and to ease out of my experience. They sucked.

Update: they found out about this posting and asked that I removed it in exchange for a $10 credit. You can see the exchange within the photos.

I mostly order bikinis from zaful and I LOVE them. You can't beat the price. Especially if you're like me and have tons of bikinis not just one or two staples.

There was one time when they sent me the wrong size. I emailed Zaful right away and they sent me the correct size and asked me to donate the other bikini! Super nice!

Only downside is how long it can take for customer service to get back to you due to the time difference but it is usually within 24hrs. It's just that by the time I respond they are probably sleeping. Also the shipping obviously takes longer than somewhere like Amazon but I've always gotten my stuff in about a week- a week and a half.

I have ordered several swimsuits from zaful and they are such good quality for a great price! They run true to size witch I really like, because sometimes ordering online isn't the easiest. Looking at the reviews for sizes is always a big help because you can find someone with the same body type and see what size they got if your unsure about what size you need. Only great things to say about this company! Shipping is always super fast, and they normally have amazing sales going on for everything on there website.

I've always had a positive experience with Zaful! Whenever I've ordered from them all of my clothing and accessories have been very true to size and matches the photo online. Sometimes the colouring may be slightly off but the item never comes completely different and I always still love it! The only issue I've had is with bathing suit sizes, I find some are more reliable than others but I continue to look at other people's reviews and find which one's would be best. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Ordered a swim suit and never got the package because they changed my mailing zip code! Now no one responds to my emails requesting a refund! They billed to the correct zip, which is the same as my shipping zip code, and the payment went through with the correct zip, but they literally changed my shipping address zip code! When I called the number associated with their company, they said that they can't do anything and I would have to email the support center. I have emailed them and they won't respond to my emails to refund me. They are a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They should not be in business, they are not a ligament company. Do not support this company!
