This was my first and last time. This company is a SCAM. They give you a fake tracking number and they don't respond to any complains. Extremely disappointed! Don't order anything from this company. Its a SCAM!

My items arrived wet and mouldy inside their packaging - the box and the inside of the box was completely dry and undamaged so it's not something that happened in transit.
The items look nothing like their pictures - cheap, nasty material and crap versions of the items pictured.
Their customer service department said "sorry for your frustration, but you can't have a refund" in broken English.
US and UK / EU trading departments should ban this company from trading at all!
Thankfully paid through Paypal so I am protected by them, currently under investigation.

The dress took months to arrive and that was after several inquires. It was made of cheap material, poorly made, oddly shaped, and not as pictured. It says there were 49 reviews of the dress on the site but you can only see three, which are suspiciously very similar and all five stars. I SHOULD have read reviews on other sites. Run away!
* I don't know if Zaful would have been good on their offer to refund that came as a response to this review. I am so disgusted, and the other reviews are so bad, that I simply threw the dress away. I wish to have nothing to do with them.

I purchased clothing from Zaful in October of 2015. As I said in my previous posting - it doesn't fit and their customer service is non-existent. So after 3 months of continued emailing, filling out tickets on their site, going through incompentant people on their chat line, I finally got someone to give me the information to mail the clothing back. So January 22nd 2016 I mailed the items back. $50.75 to mail to China! Also, you can't request a return receipt because the post office told me that will immediately prompt a package review which will hold up you package anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. The post office also said that China companies are notorious for refusing packages with RRR - they don't want to acknowledge that they received your return! So surprise surprise, it's been two months and I have not received a refund. I looked up my old ticket with Zaful and sent a request asking where in the hell is my refund and the computer cut off my request and sent me a pop up that says my ticket has been cleared. What? So I can't even communicate about that ticket. So I tried to make a new ticket, and you guessed it, couldn't do that - my order number is no longer recognized. This would be funny if it was a Ben Stiller movie. But I'm not laughing. So I called my bank and told them I wanted to report fraud. They took all my info about Zaful, I need to email them a copy of the postage receipt, and they have refunded me fully for my purchase. They will go after Zaful themselves. Wonder if they can get anybody on the line?!?!? But HEY! Lesson learned, I will never buy clothing on-line again. Never. So maybe the rest of you unhappy zaful customers can get your money back from your bank. If enough banks are filing fraud reports against zaful - maybe that might make a difference.
UPDATE 5/23/16: I FINALLY received a refund from Zaful for the garments I returned to them in JANUARY. It cost me almost $50 to send the clothes back to China, and they do not reimburse you for shipping costs. But at least I got a refund for the clothes. I will NEVER do business with them again.

This was my 3rd order placed with Zaful that I was pleased with. My entire order was internationally delivered in a timely manner and the clothing was true the photo and description provided. In the rare case that I ordered something I was not pleased with, the company issued me a refund after following their return policy. They offer an eclectic selection of apparel that is unique with great price points.
This is a terrible store. Does not mention orders come from China and take forever to get here. Clothes are cheap imitations of what pictures show, not true to size and smelled like chemicals. Customer Service takes forever to answer questions about returns and keeps asking for pics. It took 6 or 8 messages for me to finally get an address for the return and yet another to get the RMA. By the time all was said and done it was too late to get my $31 back. BTW, they only offer partial refunds or store credits. If I were you I wouldn't order from this store. If you do, make sure you get all the return info before you order. This way you won't have to go through the frustration that I did.

I am encouraging all that are dissatisfied with this company to contact the government. I am contacting my 2 US Senators. Zaful doesn't even follow the clothing laws of the United States. All garments should have a label stating the laundering instructions. Plus the material needs a list of the percentage of different textiles used. Please help run them right of the United States.

If I could give it a zero I would. Merchandise I got was TERRIBLE. The halter string wasn't even sewn properly and everything was HUGE plus looked NOTHING like the pictures. Then when you want a refund the want you to pay ridiculous return shipping fees wheb they are responsible for shipping the crappy items in the first place! Defintely a SCAM!
***UPDATE*** After posting this negative review I was contacted by a rep that offered me a partial refund on the defective items and waived the return requirement which is what I asked for from the start. They then sent me 3 separate messages asking me to change/update this review which I think is funny since it took me weeks of emailing and still didn't get the response needed until I posted here. Although I am relieved my issue was finally resolved, it still concerns me that they gave me the run around until I posted this review because they could have offered me the same resolution when I initially asked for it. Personally, I still will never make a purchase from this company or any other like it as I am scrolling through facebook... lesson learned!

Ok I have ordered my first lot of 5 dresses from zaful.com. First of all you get what you pay for. So please do not expect amazing quality for 15$! Get a grip people. The quality is fine for what you pay for it. Secondly dresses arrived within 2 weeks in UK and they were tightly packed, I guess due to cheap postage etc I have selected.
Thirdly the dresses fit me well. I love them and have received lots of compliments. They are not perfect/spot on/amazing quality but like I mentioned above for what it cost me I am more than happy to give it 4 stars.
I purchased 2 dresses. When they arrived they were shoved tightly in a bag with no invoices or DCPI's attached to the tags on the dresses. Although I normally wear a medium, I was going to order larges, since they looked a bit like Junior wear. Upon looking at 1 dress, it was frayed around the tie and did not fit right. The other dress, which was not bad, was very tight around the bust. I asked for a return slip, I understood I would have to pay for return shipping, but get a full refund. Low and behold the runaround begins. First I was asked for DCPI #'s, and picture-the tags had no #'s--1 tag was in Chinese, so who knows, They asked me for pictures of the products with measurements, (tape measures on the dress). (Doesn't a manufacturer, know its own products. The 3rd request I tried to send thru the site, but it said exactly "this question have beed deleted" I tried several times, no luck. If you don't respond to their request for more info, they just forget about you. I've learned the hard way that this company asks to much of its consumer for returns. (pictures/ measurements-have you ever heard of such a thing?)I've dealt with many other online companies with no problem. My suggestion for anyone is not to buy ANYTHING form this site. Its customer services stinks! I am presently having my CC company dispute these charges.

Bought some dresses from zaful.com at the beginning of December that looked and sounded lovely on their website. Upon receiving them, they are nothing like the description and look like sacks! The quality is cheap and trashy and even the low price I paid for them is far too much for this absolute junk! I requested a refund and was told that I could keep the dress/sack and they would refund me $1.30 for my $31.03US purchase! I have now launched a PayPal dispute for a full refund of my regrettable purchase. Take my advice and do not order from zaful.com, they should be called 'z-awful.com.

Pleeeease do not and I repeat do not order anything from this companies web site. All of the information on this site is fraudulent and very misleading. The shipping either takes months to come or you just never receive it at all. Then when you ask about refunding your money they total ignore your request then one day all of a sudden in the mail there is SOMETHING in the mail. However it's not what you ordered.

I only ordered one item realizing that it would ship from China... Order arrived in timely manner but product was NOTHING similar to what was pictured --- Picture showed a "Swing" Coat, what arrived was a very tailored item. --- Lets talk about size! The item was ordered in XL to account for any sizing issues as coat can be bigger without a problem but this coat was sized for approx size "0" ---- Passed around to all family members, all slim and about size 8 and no one could even get arms through. --- Finally gave to a teen who could get into it but did not look too thrilled with the extra "gift" ---- Will never order again!

I wish that I'd read the reviews here prior to ordering from Zaful. The clothes looked NOTHING like the pictures on the website. They were ridiculously sized. I'm 5'2" and a size 2-4. A medium sweater shirt barely reached my waist. The picture on the site shows the model wearing it with one side knotted. Not sure where THAT extra fabric came from. The clothes are cheaply and poorly made and I would be embarrassed to wear them in public. The return policy is horrible. I had to call, email, login to my account to track my ticket, and was required to send pictures of every item with its SKU number. Zaful doesn't cover return shipping and it was going to cost me $35 to return my $70 worth of merchandise to China. Huge waste of time and money to be stuck with clothes I'll never be able to give away.

The clothes and they were either way too small or the quality was very poor. I sent a request for a return and no response. I feel sick to my stomach that I spent my hard earned money funding a crooks shady business. I'm ashamed to say that I fell for this scam. "If it's too good to be true, it probably is."
I bought multiple items form the site and another site connected to them. The prices seem so good you get hooked. But you get what you pay for. The quality is poor and there is basically no return policy that means anything. You pay to ship it back to China which costs more then the item. Let the buyer beware

I've spent over $100 on dresses for my sisters and niece this past Christmas. I've ordered dresses from zaful.com only to realize that these are not the items that were advertised on the site. One of the dresses was described as a chiffon dress, but was made with a canvas fabric (the same fabric that is used to make parachutes). It did not look, flow, or fit anything like the picture. This was a huge waste of money, as the dresses are so horribly made, I wouldn't even consider donating them.

Wish I'd checked these reviews before. I've poured so much energy and frustration into dealing with this Zaful. Most of the clothes that arrived didn't look at all like the images on the site, very cheap materials, tiny sizes (I'm a UK10 and their Medium didn't come close to fitting me) Communication felt dodgy, lots of hoops to jump through. Finally got a return postal address in China, but I don't trust that they'll honour good trade practice and refund my money. I'm scared and angry that I may have lost upwards of $150 with them. I don't want their store credit ' z points'. This experience has served as an important reminder that a flashy website doesn't necessary mean safety. Approach with caution.
