To start, this is a China-based website with inexpensive clothes. Knowing that, and knowing that you get what you pay for, I thought this company was great. I ordered my clothes during a busy holiday season and it took a while to arrive, as expected and as described. But when the clothes did come, they were better the expected. The dresses I bought fit nice and the necklace that I bought is one of my favorites. I would and will order from them again.
Overall I love Zaful. I ordered two dresses for my birthday on this site and I could not be happier about them. They are beyond beautiful and I got compliments from so many people. I received my items on the day they said they would come.
What a joke! I can't believe they think it's okay to post pictures of models wearing beautiful clothing and when it comes, the quality is complete crap. The sewing is clumsily put together, the quality of the material is cheap and awful, and the sizing is completely off! I ordered two cardigans from them, and both I am very unhappy with. One of them was torn the moment I took them out of the bag. The other one was so different from what was pictured on the website that there was no way I could keep it. It looked like a third grader made it and I would be embarrassed to go out in it (take a look at the pictures I uploaded). I have emailed them pictures like they have asked and they make it so difficult for you to return anything it's ridiculous.
**Also, they'll tell you to open a "ticket" on their website and refuse to talk to you via email. I have tried writing them messages on their website, but after I hit "submit", a pop-up comes up and tells me "The question has been deleted". The same pop up comes up every single time I write a message! I can't even send them a message on their site! It's a scam that they even try to tell you to talk to them via their website. I'm escalating this to claims on PayPal, I have had enough.
I wrote another review about this terrible company on another site... trying to spread the word on how terrible this company is! Clothes are not standard fitting size, sewing is horrendous. Very very cheap company. They have no regards to their customers' satisfaction. I find it interesting that this Sandy Z. Rep from Zaful comments on how they want to help those of us who are unhappy with our purchase, yet when you ask for a refund or a return they make it so difficult and so unworthy to even try that you end up keeping your products just because it is not worth the hassle. I wouldn't mind the hassle if they gave a fair trade, but they don't. It is despicable how they treat their customers. I warn you... PLEASE DO NOT fall for their cute looking clothes... you will be so sorry!

Also, please note these guys are constantly peppering the review sites with fake 5 star review. Check the English on those reviews, it's always a give away.
Update: One item I ordered was on backorder, and hadn't been shipped. I cancelled that order and they refunded me the money for it, which was the solution offered below. Otherwise I get to pay $18 to return a $15 order to China.
Go figure.

If Zaful has sent someone something to review (on youtube) know full well that was specially made for them. You will NOT get that if you order it.
UPDATE 2/15/16
I did finally get an almost complete refund - minus the cost of insurance. That felt fair to me. This happened because I wrote this review, and while going back and forth with Zaful reps it was insinuated that if I change the review I would be refunded. So it is possible to get a refund, although you have to work at it.
I don't get it. These guys really have some lovely designs. If they would just sell what they advertise (and raise the price if necessary - no one expects something that nice to be that cheap) they'd be swamped with orders. Instead they go the ripoff route and have trashed their American and European business. Beats me.

My recent order from Zaful was successful and I am very satisfied with this website. The products are priced reasonable, the quality is well made, the appearance is very stylish, and the overall fit is true to size or a little bit smaller since its an Asian brand. Shipping was surprisingly fast! It took about a week to get to my destination. Like I said before both the quality and appearance is amazing as if it was from a legit store, very high quality and looks expensive but for a great price. They do provide sizing guides on their site and its important to consider that this is an Asian brand so sizing may be a bit smaller than usual. I love how they have tags unlike other wholesale stores where they just have the sizing tags (s/m/l). When you place your order they give you the tracking number very fast and when its processed they provide you a picture of your package with your shipping information which is very satisfying and relieving to see. I plan to place more orders in the future since I had such a great shopping experience from Za-WONDER-FUL :)

I gave all the needed info to Zaful aka IVAN along with pictures. They told me to send their defective items back to CHINA at my own cost. Zaful wrote back to my review and said that they where sorry and asked if I could send them the order information. They are just going over everyones reviews and putting a pat answer that sounds like they are trying to help. THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO HELP AT ALL AND THEY ARE NOT SORRY! I ordered a flower dress ans I loved it! The fabric is different but the concept still the same, i used this dress for my sisters wedding and it was perfect!
I have been throroughly impressed with the two Zaful.com orders I have placed. In each order I have purchased 6-7 items all at great prices. In each order, there has only been one item that I haven't been entirely happy with but this was as a result of personal preference. I have got many wears out of my other items and I have been pleased with the material and the fit of the items. Whilst the items aren't of best quality, the items are still wearable and comfortable, and for the low price it definitely keeps me coming back and checking the new stock they have on the website. The free shipping is also a bonus, and it is entirely expected that it takes a little longer to arrive, yet it is something that doesn't bother me as I am paying such a low cost.
Has any infuriated customer actually sought legal advice? Is this a case worth pursuing? I'd be happy to file a class action... my feeling is that since this company is obviously very well marketed, they have found some sort of loop hole to get around their fraudulent behavior... However there are measures that we can take as a consumer. It will be far easier to do as a collective, rather than on an individual basis.

I did not read reviews until after I placed my order. I made an order for clothing to go on my cruise coming up and was nervous after reading if I'd even get the items in time. However, I placed my order December 31st and everything arrived January 6th.
Upon opening the package, the dresses and rompers were very cheaply made and half of my order was MUCH smaller than the measurements listed on the website. The shirts were exactly as shown in the photos though. I also ordered two pairs of shorts, the lace ones were perfect but the Jean ones looked NOTHING like the photo, on top of that the hole where the button is supposed to go into was non existent.
I contacted customer care and they responded within a few hours. I sent photos showing measurements were way off along with photos of the shorts not being the same and defective. They responded with three options.
1. I can keep the item and receive a 20% credit to my account for future purchases.
2. I can return the item to China and pay shipping for the exchange (even the defective item and items not true to size guide).
3. I can return the item and they will credit my account for the value and extra points ($1=5 Z Points).
Overall I will be returning four of the ten items ordered. I am irritated that I am expected to pay for shipping even after showing proof that one item was not even useable and the other three are far smaller than the measurement guide. I paid $107 for ten items, you get what you pay for.

I had no problem with shipping and deliver, the first two of my items arrived within a timely fashion. However the look and fit of the items( a "body con" dress and a halter bathing suit were abysmal. I am a slender person, understood the fit is small, but still bought the smallest size. I have ordered from Venus( which is GREAT) and it appeared that the photos on Zaful's site were the exact same photos but for less money. I thought I would buy 4 items for $60... and THAT WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. The bathing suit I threw out immediately because it was a bizzare piece of trash. The dress I attempted to shrink in the drier... it still looks like an old granny nightgown, there is no way I would wear either items in public. Unfortunately, I am waiting for another dress and bathing suit to arrive. I am not going to attempt to return the items because it seems too troublesome. I will chalk it up to a $60 mistake. I would advise Zaful not to use photos from Venus because it is extremely misleading. I work hard on having my body in good shape to wear xs and look good in the items I will choose. Sigh, I guess, the moral is you DO get what you pay for, and if something seems too good to be true it probably is ( Such as getting the same Venus styled dress for half the price,

1 star is too good for zaful. End of September 2015 I ordered a dress that was suppose to arrive at my sister's doorstep by or around her birthday (10/09/2015). Now, we're in January of 2016 and STILL no dress. I've called the provided number listed on the store's website many times and was never able to get anyone on the phone. I've sent emails back to back with my order information in regards to this issue and have only received automatic email replies. What am I suppose to do with that? You ask for my ticket number, I send it to you, then you reply with an "I don't care about your order" automatic reply and do absolutely nothing. Never will I ever shop at zaful.com again. This was my first experience and my last. All my family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors will be told about my experience and advised against shopping at zaful. Call me crazy for holding out this long for a product (as if I had a choice), I tried to give zaful the benefit of the doubt because I understand business is not going to be perfect everywhere but I'm over my limit. If you decide to open a business and make it accessible to people all over, please, know what the hell you are doing because with your type of customer service, you can easily get shut down. So to ad to my past issues I agreed to get a 70 dollar credit. When I tell you nothing I purchased looked or was wearable I wasn't kidding. They wanted me to send the stuff back to China on my dollar... it was 32.80 to send back to get a refund based on their discrepancy. At that point I cut my losses. Please save yourself the time and the headache. I'm from Connecticut, not china. The quality is nothing like we have here in the US! Very disgusted. Don't do it to yourself.
