I was very wary of ordering from this site after reading so many bad reviews and watching many youtube videos, but decided to try it out and buy something for a couple dollars to see what would happen... My first order was a romper, I place my order on March 28 and received it about a week and a half later. It met my expectations, it was white so it was a little see through, but I like it. I decided that since i recieved my item and it looked like the picture, that I could trust Zaful, so I recently placed another order on April 10th. It is now April 19th, and I check the tracking information everyday and it hasn't changed since april 13th, saying
"CHINA, SUZHOU EMS, Processed Through Facility, Your item has been processed through a facility in SUZHOU EMS, CHINA at 12:11 am on April 14,2016."
And after that, nothing. So are they just holding my order for days at this facility? I'm becoming very nervous but I will update this review in a week...
They have pictures of the cutest outfits but they lie and take your money and don't even send a confirmation

These clothes are the worse quality I've ever received. I ordered multiple items. Some were acceptable and others were an absolute joke. The ties on one of the halter tops isn't even long enough to reach behind your neck to tie and the fabric is so sheer I can't imagine my daughter ever wearing it. Another 2-piece outfit is nothing like the color on their website and the quality is terrible. The fabric is cheap and the seems don't match up. I don't sew, but could do better than this. Another dress is so short it would have to be worn as a shirt and my daughter is only 5' 3". I'm just starting the process of a return but don't have a good feeling about this.

I finally received my package today after it was returned to the post office after a failed delivery. I was very confused for over a week because online my package's status was "delivered." However, the post office must have taken it back and I somehow never saw the package slip from the office so I didn't know that it was sitting in the post office. So this is not Zaful's fault by any means, simply my own or the local post office.
This being said, I'm not super impressed with my order. It's low quality, but it is what I ordered even though the print on the swim suit is very different, although similar in color. It also fits a bit small but hey it was only $10 so what can you expect? The dress's material isn't quite right but it fits and I can wear it for the event I have today so I can't complain further. Zaful support did a good job when I contacted them and was unfairly angry after having read many reviews that items never got delivered. Just know what you're buying.
I ordered two swim suits (Halter Sexy Printed Bikini Set + Plunging Neck Flouncing One-Piece Swimwear) from Zaful on the 16th of March. I didn't receive them until April 30th so the shipping time is quite long. I was in contact with customer service during the wait period for my package and they were very helpful and responsive to my questions. Other then the long shipping time, I was very happy with the products I received, especially for the price they offer them at.
So I was stocked to order all these clothes from zaful, because you could rarely ever find trendy clothes for the prices at zaful, so i placed my order, as well was my friend. ITS BEEN FOR EVER and I don't know where it is and when it will be hear. Zaful has no customer respect. I mean i don't even know if it shipped to be honest. This SCAM is horrible because it lures people in with its cheap prices and than steals their money. You know we can report you and bring a f breaking law suit upon you if you don't give us your stuff.

I ordered 3 bikinis from this website about 2 weeks ago. I know the shipping takes about 2-3 weeks, which is not a big deal.
First of all, I never got a confirmation for my order via e-mail.
About a week after I placed my order, the website said it was shipped out. There was a tracking ID, but it didn't work. I contacted the customer service and they gave me the right tracking ID.
On the website, they said shipping would take 8-10 business days. I check the tracking ID every day and my order hasn't arrived in my country yet.
Today I went on the website, to check if there are any updates and my order just disappeared. When I sign in to my account and click on the orders, it says 'You have no orders yet'.
I don't know, where my orer is right now, but it's obviously not on the way to me and I can't even check anymore because the website deleted it.
I contacted them totay, but they didn't reply yet. I'm still hoping this is just a mistake and i will get my order, but i think i just waisted my money.
I will never ever order anything from this website.
Update: Just logged in to my account and found my order. Obviously they fixed it. Order is already in my country and on the way to me.

This was terrible. I placed an order for a swimsuit. I had read the shipping takes awhile so I was patient. I paid extra for a tracking number so after two months without shipping confirmation I contacted them. They said that the item was back ordered (which I hadn't been notified of). When I asked to cancel my order, suddenly the item was available to ship... Ok... So the item eventually comes. Now, I've had white swimsuits before so I know that they do not equate to being see through. This one, however, had absolutely no lining. In addition to my lady parts being fully visible, there was a mesh panel that was to go around the waist. It was way too low and showed my entire butt crack. The top had no structure, no wires, no padding. It's an absolute mess. And with it taking two months for me to get it, I know there's no way I'd be successful at returning it. Save your money.

I'm not pleased at all with Zaful, I ordered something from their site mainly because of the free standard shipping. But the standard shipping is pretty slow so I decided to pick the quicker shipping that costs 5,99 euros ( or something more or less I'm not quite sure.) But now there charging me with 47 euros of import costs and this is only over a part of my order ( they have only shipped a part of my order so far), I'll probably have to pay import costs over the other part of my order as well...

I received my purchase and EVERYTHING was TERRIBLE quality. When I tried to return they tried to argue everything. Then when I finally got them to agree to remburse they closed my ticket so I cannot go in there and get the information to send it back. I ordered a few items a month ago and I have not received any of them. I contacted someone via live chat and they gave me a tracking number to be checked on postnl.com it worked the first time I entered it and said it was in the country 10 days ago but then I tried it again 10 min later and the tracking # doesn't exist. I then tried to contact them again via live chat and they are conviently off line. Everything from the website to postal service is a scam. And they wrote to me last week saying that they didn't have one of the items I ordered and that they can not refund me but will put zaful money in my account, as if I'm gonna waist my time and order from them again. I just threw 100$ in the garbage.

I ordered a cardigan in a light cream brown and they sent my a black tiny see through leotard.
I paid for express shipping and it came 2 weeks late. I paid for tracking and i told them what happened sent them a picture of what i got and they refused to help me saying that it was all checked and $#*! like that but it obviously wasnt.
Never buy from zaful. They wasted my time with all the back and forth messages just to be useless.

I don't normally write bad reviews, even though i do a lot of online shopping and have received some really bad clothes, but this has to be the worst... ever. Normally when you buy cheap clothes... you get cheap clothes but with zaful your paying retail price for cheap, tacky, horrible clothes!
I bought two dresses, and they looked amazing on the models, and i am a petite person so i am about the same size (UK 8) which on their website a UK 6/8 is a M, so i ordered the dresses in a Medium. The one dress came was not a medium it was big... in all the wrong places! They both basically looked NOTHING like the dresses in the pictures and they definitely did not fit like how you would expect them too. Its terrible, the fabric is terrible and its like whoever made these dresses did not put any thought into how it would fit a person with a 'medium' body. Really really bad i hope i can get a full refund because i will never order from them again, i've wasted my money and most of all my time because they were specifically bought for a special occasion and now i have to look for dresses again. I hope in the future they can fix up and put REAL photos up of what they are actually selling or fix up their dress makers! Its a real shame because their service was good in terms of letting you know about shipping.
