Never Again!

I orders a swimsuit from the store that had a lace up front. After swimming just once the hoops rusted?!? And left orange stains on my swimsuit. I gave them a chance and let them know what happened and they gave me some store credit. I ordered a dress which is some cheaply made imitation of the photo and half my order didn't show up.

Support local industry not this scam business from China.

Awful!

I recently ordered some clothes online from Zaful. When I received the clothes I was extremely disappointed. First, I only received 1/2 my order, but was charged for the whole order, the size chart was way off on their website, I ordered small, they fit like xxx-small. Last but most definitely not least... the quality of theses clothes are the absolute worst I have ever seen, if they did fit I would not be caught out in public wearing them. They "guarantee 100% customer satisfaction" on the website and say "At Zaful returns are simple". BS! They refused my request to return and now having to dispute with credit card company.

Horrible Service!

Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from this site. They will lie and say your order is 7-10 days away, but you may get a wrong item and may take more then 45 days to receive your actual item (that's if you even get it). Worst customer service and worst company I have ever dealt with!

I ordered 3 bathing suits on 3/23/16. I received 2 of the 3 on 4/8/16. The first suit-http://m.zaful.com/sexy-geometric-print-round-collar-bikini-set-p_*******.html was ok. Pretty good quality top however, was cut non-symmetrical. The second bathing suit-http://m.zaful.com/strapless-ethnic-pattern-padded-bikini-set-p_*******.html was the worst quality you could possibly ask for. It looked nothing like the picture, was not even bathing suit material. What a waste of money. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a good product- this went right in the trash. Will never order from this company EVER again!

ZAFUL IS THEFT

I have ordered 3 bikinis from this site and been in contact with them multiple times because at the time of purchase I was guaranteed 8-15 day shipping times and now that I have complained they are saying shipping times take 45 days this is complete and utter BS they are robbing you it is a scam DO NOT PURCHASE. I am filing a lawsuit against the company.

I just wanted to give a good review to Zaful, as so many people seem to be completely disappointed in this site. I've ordered a beautiful summer dress, and received it 10 days later (from China to London). I've got the tracking number almost immediately and everything went really well. I'm very happy with the product I've ordered, it's the perfect size and looks just like the picture: gorgeous!

Ok, out of two Shipped items in March 7 2016, ( Shipping #: RO*******CN, RO*******CN), I received the Item with shipping # RO*******CN in April 12 2016. The shape and the quality was exactly I expected to be and I thank you for that.

I ordered a few items off of the site over a month ago and have not received them. I got a few different shipment tracking numbers and each number leads to a malware site meaning they contain viruses. Each time I submit a ticket I get a bogus response that it is on route, but the shipment info never works. I think this site is a total scam.

Do not order!

I ordered a top from Zaful, it came and was damaged and the sizing was wrong.
When contacting them they sent me a ticket that I can not open. I have recently emailed 6 times and all have been ignored! I would never order from this company again as their products are false and customer service is dispicable!

BUYER BEWARE

Zaful is a disgusting company with atrocious service. They claim that they will process returns, but they are a total scam and will do anything possible to screw you over. It took me months to get Zaful to even agree to a return... and it ultimately only happened after I opened a dispute on PayPal. PayPayl found that I deserved a refund and told Zaful to give me a return address. What Zaful's website doesn't tell you is that if they absolutely have to process a return, they'll force you to mail your return to China, at your own expense. From where I am in America, that costs $80. I ultimately had to cancel the PayPal claim bc the return cost as much as the initial purchase. Absolutely gross company. I'm astonished.
DO NOT SHOP AT ZAFUL.

WRONG STUFF

I got my parcel and thought yay that was quick, to realise that they had given me the wrong stuff. Underneath my order tag is another girls name. If there is a Stephanie Hunt out there who ordered like 16 items. I have them but dont know where mine is.

Just the worst

Costumer service is a joke.
I ordered a bikini more than a month ago ando told me they didn´t had that item at the time
They told me i could wait for the item or sorder something else, so i´m still waiting for my package.
As you can see in these reviews, you can complaint all you want but costumer service is just copy-pasting their responses, they actually don´t care, and most likely wont get a refund.
I hope they take this seriously at some point, but i wont EVER buy from Zaful again.

I place an order, its be over a week and it is still processing there is no way to make contact with, them there is no phone number anything and my money obviously was inmediatetly taken out of my account, I will file a claim at the Federal Trade Commision, what ZAFUL is doing is deceitful! Dont buy from them!
