This company is a total scam. I ordered a dress which looked NOTHING like the website. I asked for a refund and they had so many hurdles, asking isnit defective, etc. I explained it is not defective but cheap material, quality, etc but it was not returned. Would not recommens to anyone. There are many websites that offer better products, customer service, etc

Stole my money

Never got any of my items and they're not trying to help me out. Very disappointed. I would not recommend anyone to shop here.

Ordered a bathing suit, took a month and a half to get to me, once it did I was extremely disappointed. Worst material I have ever seen, stitching already coming undone, does not look anything like the picture. Not even bothering returning it because I don't want to deal with their horrible customer service.

Do not use! Worst online company, cheap material, terrible customer service, horrible return policy, false standard shipping advertisement. I will never use this company. Stay away! Just shop Goodwill. Better quality.

I place an order from here, thinking I was getting a great deal. I ordered a couple of swimsuits and other things because everything looked so cute. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE PICTURES! They are completely false advertising their products. Everything comes with terrible haphazard stitching and the cheapest materials I've ever seen. Two items were "dresses" but didn't even cover my butt. The swimsuits were the worst of all. And now they are making it super difficult to return the completely unsatisfactory products. Avoid this company at all costs!

CHEAP MATERIAL

Okay. So I ordered two bikinis from here, they got to me pretty quickly. But, there VERY VERY cheap material. It's literally the bikini material the very thin part and that's it. The strings on the side are like rubber bands. I mean you do get what you pay for. I read these reviews and I ordered anyways to see for myself. They didn't take forever but the material is very cheap. I would not buy again. IF I do, i would buy tops only, but that's pushing it.

I thought I was getting one hell of deal since I ordered 5 things for about $50 I made the mistake of only reading one few and getting caught in the amazing deals. I ordered my items at the beginning of March thinking I would get them in a few weeks and be able to actually use them for what I needed them for. I got a email confirming half my order was sent on the 20th and I would get another confirmation order soon when the other two items shipped (I didn't get any type of email from them regarding my package till a week later). Unfortunately I have checked everyday several times a day since then and the first package that claimed to of "shipped" hasn't moved in weeks and the other one is no where to be found. I'm extremely disappointed with your company and will not be shopping with you guys nor will I recommend you ever again. I'm still waiting for the items I PAYED FOR WEEKS AGO
Update: I received an email from them fairly recently that basically stated two of my five items completely stopped being made... no one told me this. Along with this email I stated very clearly I no longer wanted anything to do with this company and to cancel everything to which they respond they had no control of that package and it had already shipped out even though they had no idea where the hell it is so now I'm stuck with items I didn't want. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

I received a defective item (NO button hole! WTH?!). I opened a ticket as directed with pictures. Never received a response, AND when I checked the "Submitted Ticket", it says "This question has been deleted."
I have tried to open a new ticket but the site will not allow. And there is No customer service phone number on their site. AND if you click "Chat", even during their listed hours, it says they are not available.
VERY unreliable site!

Overcharged

I ordered three items from the online store which came to a total of $36, the payment was successful however after checking my bank today I noticed they overcharged me and took out over $50 from my account! Very unprofessional and will not be shopping from here again.

Good value for money

Recently ordered a bathing suit through Zaful. While the sipping time was right on about 4 weeks, the fit was fairly true to size and the item worth the money spent in relation to its quality. I would shop there again.

WTF

Seriously WTF! I placed an order March 18, and I've been tracking it every single day literally nothing's changed! Still in $#*!ing China, I just sent them an email and after reading these reviews (which I wish I would've read BEFORE I purchased anything, and NEVER will again) should I even expect to receive my order any time soon? Or should I even expect a response from these people?! I know I expect something and it better be soon! I will go to extreme measures because apparently all this website does is STEAL people's money.

Pleasantly Surprised

I ordered a bunch of things before I read reviews, and I was extremely worried after all the bad reviews. I'm not sure if my order was a fluke, but I ordered on March 14th, and my package arrived today. Coming from China to Canada, I wasn't really expecting it any sooner anyways. Everything fit, and looks like the package so I'm satisfied. You can tell its not the greatest quality, which is fine for the price.

I have been nothing but pleased with my experience with Zaful. Shipping takes a little time but that should be expected when it is coming from China-- aka don't order something and expect it to be on your door step in a couple days. That being said, everything I have ordered has come in less than 2 weeks. I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of items I have ordered. And they have so many great, cute, fashionable and inexpensive clothes on their website! The one time I had an issue, customer service responded in less than 5 hours and had fixed the issue the same day. I could not be more happy with my experience with Zaful and will continue to order from them! You are MISSING OUT if you do not give them a try!

Horrible service!

I order quite a bit of stuff from zaful almost a month ago. I got a confirmation email but as soon as I went to open it it disappeared. I have emailed zaful and have asked them what was going on with my order over a week ago and still have not gotten a reply. I spent over $100 on this website and I am absolutely furious that they can't even make an effort to reply after I made the decision to support their company. I will not be ordering anything else from this company ever again. And I do expect them to either get my package shipped to me or give me a full refund. On the website it says my order was shipped March 12.

Where is my package?

It has been over a month and I have not even gotten my package. When I try to track it, its says it is still in China. I have pretty much accepted that I have been scammed and will never see my package or get a refund. Never ordering from Zaful again.

When I was searching their site for swim suits I noticed that one of the pictures of a bathing suit they were selling was one I purchased from victoria secret 2 years ago. It was literally the exact same picture from their site. And they were selling it extremely cheap vs what VS was originally selling for! I then became sketchy on ordering anything I added to the cart. Luckily from these reviews I won't be caught in the scam

Terrible!

Awful experience. I ordered a bikini set, they clearly sent the wrong size (it didnt coincide with their size chart) and they still wouldnt redund me or exchange it for a bigger size. The bikini top was supposed to be a pushup bra, mine didnt have any pushup! Very poor quality of the material. Stay AWAY from this website. Its not worth your money or time!
