Zaful is my go to place for unique yet trendy clothing. They have so much to choose from and good sizing. Just follow the size chart and your clothes will fit fine. They always have a sale going on so its easy to save and their clothes are already reasonably priced. They ship quickly after ordering and they send you a confirmation email with tracking so you can track your order. The orders arrive to the us really fast and packaged really well. Ive ordered sweaters, dresses and shoes and theyve arrived and looked great.

I LOVE THIS COMPANY

The clothing is very low in price but very well made and mimicks today's fashions to a tee. I spent over $100 my first time buying from them and I was highly satisfied with everything that I received.

Horrible!

Sent completely different things then ordered, fabrics differed, ill fitting - either too tight in shoulders or huge - then customer service will just ask endless questions and never stop if you wish to return something! YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

I figured it was going to be cheap-made because it was priced sooo cheap! I should've known not to expect quality! Pictures online were 1000 times enhanced and does not look anything like what's pictured. Very deceitful! I received each one the items tightly wrapped in clear plastic. Some Chinese writing on the wrappers. Soon as I open them, I smelled body odor and dirty feet! I did not even attempt to try them on. I would return them but I read one of the reviews that said returns shipping would cost as much as what the clothes cost. I guess I will keep the cheap, smelly clothes and cut my losses! Never again order from here. Too bad you have to at least choose 1 star for rating.

I placed an order for a few swim suits and a dress and i was given an error message that my payment didn't go through, but the payments were taken out of my credit card twice? Did my order go through? If so I wasn't given any confirmation or receipt as it shows in my login portal that my order number is still waiting for payment, when clearly you have already taken the payment out twice.

Horrible!

I ordered an item from this company. It was totally different than described and pictured on the website. Shoddy material and ran way too short - DON'T trust the sizing. After 3rd return request, was offered ONLY 20% store credit which I'll never use. I don't even want to donate this to Goodwill.

I initially encountered some pretty interesting delimmas with this company, including over-charges and stitching issues on one garment. However, after some back-and-forth communication with Customer Service Team, I was reassured that the mistakes were going to corrected and that I was in fact going to be reimbursed for my troubles. I applaud this company for listening to the customer and truly going up and beyond what is usually expected. The sizes run small on some of the items, so order up or be mindful of the size-charts.

I purchased an item 7 days ago. I contacted them today because I hadn't received ANY emails with tracking or updates. It turns out they didn't have my item and told me that I could wait 10 more days to recieve my item that they apparently didn't have or I could pick something else... if you pay through PayPal you can open a dispute and get your money back.

I wish I would have thought to look at sitejabber before I purchased from this company (BTW - the same as Rosegal). They lure you in with nice looking, cheap clothing... If you buy from them you WILL learn the hard way like I did. What you get is not what you see and good luck returning it - will not happen. You might as well throw your money down the toilet because that's what you'll want to do with ALL the items you receive. PLEASE DO NOT BUY! Don't learn the hard way!

I received my order worth $113 and we thought the quality was poor. I wanted to return the items and none of the packages included an invoice where you could return the items. I have been going back and forth via email trying to get an approved RMA before the merchandise can be approved. After several emails I was told that swimsuits and sale items are NOT returnable and my last item would have to be shipped to CHINA at my expense for a credit (NOT RETURN). So they offered me $8 in points for my $113 order. I say rip off.

Total rip off!

One star is too good of a rating for this sham company. Clothes are not what is represented in pictures on site. They sent a dress size large that wouldn't even fit a size 4-6 and was short on me. I am 5'3"! Paid express shipping and it took a month to arrive stuffed in a plastic bag. Not even a tag on the dress indicating size/care.

I wish I would of read all of these reviews before ordering from this site. Of course their advertising popped up on Facebook. Which I will be alerting Facebook that they should not allow this terrible company to advertise anything on their website. My friend and I order swimsuits and dresses from there. We received most of our items and still am awaiting another item that hasn't shipped yet. Which when I received my items I told the seller who comes up as IVAN on my paypal account that I did not want that item to cancel it and that I would return all items and wanted a full refund. IVAN declined my refund and wanted me to send pictures. First of all. The material is cheap and badly sewed together. If we were to take pictures of our items it would be like sending soft porn through emails. We both have different size bodies. I couldn't even tie up one of my bathing suits All the bottoms cut off circulation to my butt. The dress were see through and my boobs where coming out the bottom of the top part. One of my friends swimsuits the top cut off above her boobs it was so badly made that it didn't even pull down correctly. This company needs to be taking out of business and their website taking down. They will just keep taking people money. I have escalated my claim with paypal. I will also file a claim with my bank and report them to BBB as well as every other company. Because this needs to stop.

So Crap

After waiting for my items for a week I had to contact customer service and they told me the items were out of stock. When they finally shipped them I had to wait even longer. Still haven't received them. That's what you get for ordering from a Chinese company that isn't Taobao... They should correct their Shipping Info section for the standard shipping 10 days- THE END OF TIME.

Zaful is awful!

After waiting three months, I finally received my purchase -- only to find that it was too small. Not only did the "Large" coat not fit me (a 10-12), it didn't fit my mom (a 6-8). I immediately contacted Zaful and was told I could return it and pay the shipping ($100+) or keep it and receive a partial refund. When I asked how they determined the $6 refund (on a $30 coat), they never responded, but increased the refund to $8. I got tired of the back-and-forth, took the $8 and gave the coat to my size 0 niece.

UPDATE ON 06-25-16: As if my initial experience wasn't bad enough, Zaful has been contacting me daily this past week, encouraging me to change this review and promising "points" for future shopping experiences. They are horrible!
