This is for the attention of Zaful. I refer to the order number above. You have sent me three garments from China which I believe to be Counterfeit. I believe the items you sent me are fake, counterfeit copies of other manufacturers designs that you steal images from and post on your website. The items you sent are of poor quality and have no manufacturers labels on them, no fabric composition labels, no care/washing instruction labels, no garment identification code labels. The package you sent contained no paperwork, no invoice, no receipt, no contact details, no item inventory, no returns information. I WANT ZAFUL TO :
1. GUARANTEE THAT THE ITEMS SENT ARE IDENTICAL TO THOSE ON YOUR WEBSITE.
2. CONFIRM THAT ZAFUL HAVE NOT UPLOADED STOLEN IMAGES FROM OTHER MANUFACTURERS DESIGNS
3. CONFIRM THAT YOU DO NOT MAKE COUNTERFEIT COPIES OF OTHER MANUFACTURERS DESIGNS
4. EXPLAIN WHY THE LEGALLY REQUIRED LABELS FOR MANUFACTURED CLOTHES ARE MISSING
5. CONFIRM YOUR RETURNS POLICY AND GIVE AN ADDRESS FOR RETURNS
My shopping experience with zaful is very good.

Bad Bad Bad company. Orderd almost o 1 month ago. I was thinking well they might come from China and be experiencing growing pains as a quidly growing business but customer service does not exist. Then broke down and saw more cute stuff and ordered. Tried to contact them. No response. Is this company a scam? Feels like it I and am really bummed because the clothes looked so cute on the website and I was really looking forward to receiving them. I have never written a review on anything but I think folks need to be warned!

A few months ago I had written a serious warning about Zaful.
After I did, they contacted me and said they would refund money to me and they never did!
Their clothes are extremely small in size, no matter what size you order and are made of very cheap material. And they lied about my refund!
Stay away from Zaful; they should be arrested and put out of business!

I am updating my review because after writing this review Zaful reached out to me and ended up refunding me for the items that I purchased. Their customer service turned out to be a lot better than I had originally assumed and I am glad that they resolved the issue in a professional manner.

I ordered on March 6th. Paid for EXPRESS shopping and STILL haven't received anything except 2 items rolled up in an envelope like garbage! On top of that I can't get them to email me back with an explanation of WHEN I can expect the rest of my stufg. The clothes are disposable. They are ridiculously ill fitting. To say they don't fit is inaccurate. They wouldn't fit anyone properly. Yes the clothes are cheap. And they are visibly CHEAP. I wanted to return my five items immediately. I received the runaround since the moment I received my package because I stated they didn't fit. I don't like them either. In the return policy it states I can return if I don't like them within 30 days however no return address is provided. It's unethical.

So I made an order of over $100.00. It took me a while to put in my order since I was reading the reviews under the items first to figure out my size. First of all don't be ignorant and think that just because you are a size L at target you'll be a L here also! These are items from China and the sizes are way smaller than the American sizes. I am a size L and I am new to this size as I was a size small for a while. I know I am supper overweight so I went ahead and order whatever said it was loose and order everything xl and xxl. My items came in and I could not be happier everything fit (fitted not loose) and the quality was what I would expect from the prices. Only one shirt the only one that I got on xxl didn't fit it was still small. I'm not mad at all since in the review it said it runs beyond small and they were right so that is my fault. I'm keeping it as I'm working on loosing all the weight I've gained. It does feel depressing when you don't fit into something but don't be a fool and blame the website be smart read comments take your time. Over all I am one happy costumer and seeing how an XL is not loose on me didn't make me mad it motivated me to loose the weight!
One more thing one of the items wasn't send as it said they were going to send it later I still haven't gotten my notice telling me it shipped so I will keep an update on that it $10.00 so I for a $120.00 order that's not terrible.
Shipping took 8 days. Order was made on March 10th it is the 18th today :)

Tried two times paying for my items and once i hit the make payment button it says failure to pay but yet still emails me a order conformation both times it said failure to pay? Im very confused and upset. I signed in through my laptop instead of my iPad and went to my orders and its says "payment not made" so I pressed the cancel button to cancel it. But why am i getting these order confirmations after the items were failed to be paid? Did I really cancel my order by hitting the cancel order or did i get scammed?

Like many other reviewers here, I wish I read these prior to purchasing. When my item finally arrived I wasn't expecting much... Loose threads and just a strange factory-like smell. I said, I can wash it, so no big deal about the smell. It was the item itself that was just disappointing. The sleeves are not long as shown in the picture, nor were they flowing as shown in the picture. The dresses sleeves were 3/4 length and fitted. Keep in mind also that these dresses are made smaller than the size that would probably fit you. What a waste of money...
