When things are priced this low, it's bound to reel bargain shoppers in. Don't be fooled. The clothing made is a cheap imitation of the picture you see on these models. This was my second experience ordering from a China-based website and I regret it as much as the first. My medium swim suit bottoms fit like an xs and the top was completely see through to the huge, obvious white padding on the inside. The clasp holding the top together was so cheap I would not bother chancing this suit for a day at the lake or anywhere else for that matter.
Just ordered from here today... I'm Hoping I won't regret it. Zaful has so many bad reviews though... Hoping I wo t be one of Em.

I order a suite from Zaful over 3 weeks ago, I have checked my account and the money has been of course taken out and I'm still waiting on my swimsuite. I can't seem to find a number for this place and not only I have sent many emails and I get nothing back other then something along the lines of saying, please hold tight someone will get back to you soon.
This is complete bull and I'm now wondering if this is even a real site.

Ordered 2 swim suites. 1 bikini and 1 one piece.
The bikini was received in about a week or so. Not bad. But the size? WAY TOO SMALL!
I'm a size 2 and petite. I ordered M. The bottom is a perfect fit. But the top is like a nipple cover! Tiny, itsy bity top... Can't wear it.
Still waiting for the 1 piece. Will see if that one fits. But either way, learned my lesson. Won't be purchasing any more.

After reading the bad reviews I was scared of the purchase I made. I ordered 2 different bathing suits and they arrived a week after which I think was quick. The quality is good but one of the items is alittle small for a size M. Overall I'm happy that I got the items I ordered and will wear it for my upcoming trip :)
I never write reviews but this one specifically has pissed me off. I ordered everything for my vacation in February. I never recieved anything on time. I came back to only half of my items. Other half was missing so I contacted Zaful. I wanted my money back and they gave me 2 options to get credit/choose other items or wait. (One think they are good at is replying) They said it was on back order that it will receive end of February... I said fine. Well March has came around and I'm still waiting. I asked again for a refund and reminded them I don't need these items considering they were for my vacation. Told me they can put it as a credit... Now I'm getting mad. I just want my damn money back... So before I can reply once again saying no I want a refund into MY account not CREDIT FOR ZAFUL they decided to just ship the remaining items yesterday 03/14/2016! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE\ WONT GIVE YOU A REFUND EVEN WHEN IT IS THEIR FAULT. And the quality is not good. I get its what you pay for but the Pictures just trick you it looks nothing like it. I love zaful and every product I have recieved on Zaful. Its a fun website with ways to win clothing items and even gives you chances to design your own clothing and get votes! Great quality clothes im over all very happy.
After 2 weeks of not recieving my order I checked the status of my order where I was informed the payment had not gone through. I paid the £25.21 and thought nothing of it. I later checked my bank and the money WAS taken a week ago.
I have paid twice for items that I have not received. It makes me wonder how websites like this are aloud to get away with what they do.

I have ordered multiple times from Zaful and I have always had something go wrong (missing items, wrong items sent, broken items) yet I have always had good service. When i submit the ticket I either get refund or new items shipped right away and with everything so cheap I think it is worth the work
I bought a cute jacket and dress for an upcoming vacation a month before my trip. It's been 3 weeks and my order still says "processing" I attempt to call, but there's no number to reach them. I live chat and I always get either * or *, no one else ever responds but those two, the two of them keep telling me it'll be sent out tomorrow, well that was a week ago. I've cancelled my credit card (after the payment came out) from fear of it being a scam to steal you bank info. But as I read the previous reviews notice that someone named Sandy is the only person to ever respond to customer complaints, I dunno I just think for a big company like this (is it's even real) would have more than one person in their customer service dept. I just hope enough people read this to buy elsewhere!

I purchased a dress online from Zaful on September 15,2015 hoping to have it for a Christmas party. It is now March 14th 2016 and I have received nothing!
When I tried to contact customer service months ago they advised item had been shipped and to check my local post office which I have been doing regularly. Now 6 months has passed and when I try to log in to my ZAFUL account to contact them for a refund it keeps saying I am using an incorrect user ID or password and won't let me check or submit a query. I made a point of writing down my username and password and have not changed it. This is just another way for them to avoid contact with customers.
I am forced to believe that this site is now a hoax and I have just sent money to a scam operator. Be warned, do not send them your hard earned cash!

This is a follow up on an earlier post. I was most happy with my top when it arrived. And I was especially pleased with the customer service. They addressed all my questions and solved them quickly. Since the first purchase, I have returned many l times to buy more and the clothing has been attractive and fun-- or I wouldn't keep coming back! Great for those of us who enjoy trends and don't want to pay a lot of money.
In addition, they have swell promotions. I'm hooked on Zaful!
Do not buy from this site. Clothing of poor quality but most important. They will not refund money if you want to return. Stay away!...
UPDATE: I was finally able to get a refund from the company.
I love the clothes, however, I paid $60.00 for a dress, including insurance, and I never received the dress. I never got a refund and I never receive a apology. Shipping is slow, you have to spend extra money, on shipping, if you expect to receive the product! Unhappy customer

I love Zaful they have the cutest clothing and accessories for the friction of the price. I never had a problem with my order. I want to make a note for people who complain about sizing, Zaful has different sizing for each item which you should look up before ordering. I received my items pretty quick as well.
I ordered to skirt back in Dec., I was charged $50 and I only received one skirt. I have not been able to contact anyone in customer service. I also went through the BBB and had no luck there. So now they just get to keep my money. I would not recommend ordering from this company!
UPDATE: Don't believe this respond to my message by "A Zaful Representative". I responded and they never wrote me back! It was obviously just for show.

All items I have received are adorable, and I love this for Coachella outfits! You get what you pay for, and for cheap options I have loved everything I have received. Also when buying from this site you have to keep in mind it's basically straight from the factory in China, so you need to order keeping that in mind. A lot of people complain about how long the shipping takes, but it is very clear for each product what the processing time frame is, and the shipping time.
I ordered 2 dresses and earrings to reach the 30 dollars with free shipping. Although my tracking number didn't work, the customer service replied quickly to my question about it and I got my order in 2 weeks (between 10 and 45 days announced). I'm happy with the products.
