This ID order was the second one. Sunglasses and a yellow dress. The sunglasses are very trendy and great material, cost only 4.00 USD. I learned from my first order and asked the dress in a bigger size (XL instead L). It fits great, the color and the material are just like the pictures on the website. The deliver took 3 weeks in a regular shipment, but I'm in Mexico City and I was not in a hurry. I'm looking forward to wear them in next holidays!
I ordered clothes for a recent holiday back in November, I spent over £150 on their website on bikinis, dresses and a top. I wasn't expecting anything special as the prices were very cheap, but I wish I didn't bother. When they arrived in FEBRUARY after my holiday, every thing was falling to bits. Nothing looked like what I had ordered. I emailed them to sent the items back, as they were unusable, I still have had no reply. Lesson well learned and I would never shop on this website again!
I was casually scrolling Instagram when I saw a pretty blue off the shoulder dress. I ordered the dress and it arrived 2 months later. The dress is not the same design or fabric as the photo it is also way too big for me. Says size small but looks like a sack.
The dress is completely useless to me. Waste of time and money.

I first got on this website thinking that the clothes were super cute and so cheap it was unreal. I ordered 3 swim suits, which claimed to all be in stock, and everything seemed to being fine. I payed the extra $9.99 for express shipping so I could get them a little faster. A couple of hours after ordering, I noticed that I had ordered the wrong size in one of the suits so I contacted the company and they told me that they changed my size and to expect the same delivery day with no problems. A few days later I wanted to make sure everything was still the same and I used the chat messenger to ask someone about the arrival date and they told me that one of my suits was out of stock and I would have to wait another 8-10 business days and that it would be after they re-stocked on the 20th of March. Needless to say I requested a refund and I will NEVER use Zaful again.

Dress had sweetheart neck i got straight
Dress had maxi i got small aline no extra fabric

I ordered 4 items from this website. My order was sent in two 'packages': the first one containing 3 items and the other containing just a swimming suit. It took 50 days for the swimming suit to arrive and it was the reason I find out of Zaful, but it turned out it was my country's postal service who kept it for almost 30 days after arriving from China because of new policies.
About the clothes I ordered:
- A velvet coat which is amazing, just as I imagined and as it looked in the pictures. The fitting is quite good.
- A black lace cover up that had some threads at the seems, but besides that the fabric is good.
- A sweater dress that turned out to be from a lighter material than I expected and not as white, a bit creamy, but quite comfortable and the size is accurate.
- The swimmig suit is similar to the picture, the print and colours vary but was not bad for the price and the fitting is excellent.
Finally, take into consideration reading the comments to find out if the print and colours change from those in the image. F you're really looking for something very specific, you won't get it here. Also, the pricing is really apealing so it responds to a certain level of quality but it is not as different from medium-price brands, it's here that they get even with the pricing.
I ordered a dress on standard shipping. It took 6 weeks for me to receive my order. I did 2 enquires and on both occasions I got feedback but no dates of when I will receive my order. Nevertheless I received my dress which I'm happy with. It was worth the 21 Dollars. I will order again but probably pay for faster shipping.
I ordered two items from this seller. I received one of them a month later, and I never receive the other one.

I placed a $100 order, paid with my credit card. It was processed. However, I then get an email from them asking for a COLOR copy of my Drivers License, AND a COLOR Copy of my Credit Card... My first problem I came across was the £19 I had to pay for my goods to come into the country, I wouldn't have minded but I was not warned of this.
Secondly most of my order arrived about a week and a half after I ordered it with the remaining bit of the order not yet shipped.
After looking at my order I did receive I was appalled by the quality, I ordered a thick suede dress that was meant to be tightly fitted when it some it was a see through material that hung off of my body
I then cancelled my remaining items that hadn't been shipped and got a refund (only positive thing that did happen)
The returns policy is worded in a way that makes you think you will get your money back but I wasn't sure so I messaged them asking if I could return the items if I did not like them they replied with "please just try" we will do our best to help you if you are unsatisfied. I do not like my order and now wish to send it back but I can not get a straight reply back they have offered me store credit or a partial refund ($15 out of nearly $100)
Very displeased with the whole experience, wasted a lot of money, clothes are poor quality, nothing fits and you have to pay a lot of extra to even receive your parcel

I purchased from them for a blog review and ended up making them one of my go to sites. It was so affordable and the quality was better than I expected
So I did expedite shipping and it came within a week. I read the reviews previously about size being too small and items not being received so I was a little skeptical. Thus I made a smaller purchase which also indicated that it would ship within 3 days and I can't complain. I am 5' ft and 117 lb, I ordered two medium ( usually i am small or xs) bathing suits and they fit perfect. The quality is okay, I mean come on for that price its pretty good. I usually wear bathing suits once or twice and then I want a new one so for me the quality is good. However, I kept in contact with the office till they sent me an email with my shipping information so I suggest that you keep on nagging them to make sure your item is shipped. Will shop again!
