It has been over six weeks since I placed my order, but I have nothing to show for it. According to the "tracking" information they gave me, the order is still in China (I'm in North America), and has not moved at all within the past month.
I left a review at the company's invitation on the products I ordered stating that I never received them. This review was promptly deleted and the site won't let me review an item that I have "already reviewed". I suspect that the positive reviews are planted and I now know for a fact that the negative reviews are being deleted. I have also attempted to resolve the matter directly with the customer service reps at Zaful but they just tell me to "check back in 15 days".
This company was advertised to me on Facebook and I am considering contacting that company to alert them to this obvious scam. I wouldn't be surprised if there is simply no Zaful clothing company at all. I encourage others here to do the same.
After my initial review, I received an email from Zaful about a full refund. This was on 3/3/16. I was out of town for the weekend, and when I went into the link that Zaful sent on 3/3, it was no longer available.
So I sent a message on my open ticket on the Zaful site again only to be told that I can get a partial in store credit if I return the items. That's the best they can do.
So the bottom line is, they will not refund for returns.

I've seen a lot of people complain about this company, but I have never ever had a bad experience with them. The only even remotely negative experience was that I ordered a skirt that was too small because I didn't look at the size guide. That's on me. I have gotten a lot of things from this site and they've all been good quality items and come on... You can't beat the prices.
The items do take some time to ship, but it is worth the wait in my experience.

Recently I ordered two large size dresses from Zaful which appeared beautiful in pictures but I couldn't believe what was sent or made.The material quality was very cheap, sizes were small and colour was different from online pictures. Really why do you deceive customers in pictures and mail something else? I regret and don't know what to do with the dresses except to donate them because Zaful shut me off by not getting back to me. I ordered a dress on Jan. 30 and almost a month later it is still showing "processing" when I check on it. Their website won't even let me file a ticket to inquire about it. I'll probably never get it. Absolutely horrible customer service (no way to contact them except by filing a ticket). Don't order from them unless you're willing to take a chance on losing your money.
UPDATE - Months after my review I got a reply from Zaful telling me that the dress I ordered was not available. They said to go ahead and order something else. I tried to no avail. Still didn't receive anything. Finally received a refund in May. Absolutely ridiculous! Don't ever order from them!

I actually got exactly what I ordered. I don't know what kind of expectations people have when they're ordering cheap stuff. You get what you paid for. I am completely satisfied with my $55 purchase of a oversized trench coat.

I waited for over 2 month and never got my order from them. Then I wrote to their customer service and it was even worse than not getting the order. So first, the person asked me to go to the post office and check if my package was there and check my neighbours houses as well! Seriously!? After all that nonsence I requested a full refund. They started offering me only credit towards future orders and all kinds of "special" discounts. How generous! So it took me a couple more messeges of requesting my money back with a threat to file a PayPal complaint. Only after that they promised to give me a full refund. After about 10 days I finally got my money back. So in total they've been using my money for 2,5 month!

I've been wanting a pair of thigh-high boots, and have seen them in various stores for $100+ (Macy's, Nordstrom, etc.) and found the exact same ones on Zaful. I ordered them and they are exactly what I was looking for.
Ordered 22 items for the first time from this seller Zaful. BIG mistake. When I received my items in the mail, EVERY ITEM was of poor cheap quality material & was nothing of what they advertised in the pictures. All 22 items were cheap imitations of those pictures. They were not the actual real deal in the pictures. I went to return all 22 items for a refund. 1 week after Zaful had already received my returned items in the post, they refused to respond nor issue a refund, telling lies, claiming that they did not receive it, despite tracking on website confirmed that it has been DELIVERED to the correct address. Lucky I was insured with Paypal. If it wasn't for Paypal, Zaful would have ran off with my money. As per reviews on this site, it is evidence that this seller is a scammer (475 Bad reviews vs 150 good reviews).
The seller uses different tactics to make their money by:
*NEVER issuing a refund
*Selling cheap poor quality fake imitations & marking up their margin
*Over charging
*Not dispatching any purchases, after charging customers (this is called stealing)
Im not a fussy person, however everyone else saw the products I had bought off Zaful & they all said the same thing... cheap imitations poorly made & look nothing like in the pictures. BUYERS BEWARE. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS SELLER NOR NEGOTIATE WITH THIS SELLER IF YOU WANT A REFUND, OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE. GO THROUGH PAYPAL AS PAYPAL WILL GUARANTEE YOUR REFUND.
Message for Zaful: Zaful you can write whatever comeback you want, regardless of what I say... You have over 475 BAD reviews versus 150 good reviews. Thats more than half! So say what you want with your sh! Tty copy & paste generic emails that you send to everyone. Actions speak louder than words.
